At the Terajuma island, there are rocks you can mine with the kit. If you want (and what i did) was to keep mining the rock until something i want appeared, soft resetting if i didn't. So that's a way to get the sun stone? for the helipotile to become a heliolisk. I think that electric types are the way to go. The field boosts electric moves by a bit and most her mons carry ice beam for the grass types. manectric, Zebstrika and heliolisk (preferably with dry skin) should be able to do some work against her, and if necessary bring in a grass type for any ground/water or electric/water types she has.

After looking through all these teams im confused how the hell did my team even manage to beat v7 normal.

heatproof bronzong with Trick room or rain dance are both options. If you find it tricky to get up one of those moves, maybe try something like a quick claw to guarentee your Rain Dance with a suicide lead mon and finish off with earthquakes or rock slides. Since ground and rock types are generally slower it seems that trick room may be a good option here.

the Blue Moon Ice Cream also heals the HP to full iirc, or near full. Also, there is an NPC which you can trade ice cream with in exchange for Honey

May I add that you can use Phantom Force to maximize damage from Leech Seed, W-o-W and have more turns of harvest, enabling it to stall effectively. Paired with a great attack stat, Trevenant can do a lot of damage regardless. Medicham for A Rank +Obtainable after Gym 1 (in the cave before Sheridan) +Learns High Jump Kick relatively early (level 28 as a Meditite) +Good way to kill Audinos - High Jump Kick generally one shots them +Pure Power enables it to 2-3HKO the v7 Kyogre, depending on EVs, IV, Nature etc. +Is generally able to kill at least one thing per gym/boss battle +Good coverage with elemental punches +Detect for stalling/taking attacks in doubles -Evolves somewhat late - requires to go over the level for Marianette -Speed isn't too impressive -Frail - Medicham is a glass cannon and generally can't take supereffective hits well. -Physical Phychic STAB and Elemental Punches are only available through relearning

My team was NOT ready for Swalot, so i ended up stalling it with Bronzong. The rest were about equally easy, with the exception of Abra which it meant to be easy to beat

is this even a spoiler...? But as much as I'm excited for Gen 7, this is most likely part of a sequel to Gen 6. And am I the only one who sees this as possibly a bug/steel type? although that type is quite overused, it definitely has a buggy vibe to it.
