For NU, I have a particular set that is referred to as Lady Jane. Meganium (F) @ Leftovers Trait: Overgrow EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk) - Synthesis - Aromatherapy - Swords Dance - Petal Blizzard Yes this works as a bulky set up sweeper. The only annoying part is the mono-attack, but you can change something for EQ if you want. Generally you can set up enough SD's for it to not be too problematic. .

Legendary or Mythical doesn't mean that there is only one or that they cannot be captured and trained. The terms only mean that their existence is questioned due to the rarity of them. Anna having a Jirachi is irrelevant to whether the player can find an event for one. Shaymin have been shown to breed. The inability to breed ingame is a game mechanic. There have been many characters who have owned a legendary and/or mythical Pokemon, such as the Nurse Joy who owned a Latias to test that gyms were up to scratch. There is no reason that an E4 member or Champion or important character cannot have one (Shaymin and Jirachi were befriended by younger trainers, so Anna having one in some form is very likely). Just clearing up a few things.
