  1. I gave it sucker punch just because you said that probably wont kill tbh i didnt give haunter more attack than it already has lol There also isnt many psychic types available at this point, in fact, only one of them outspeeds this haunter, unless you early evolve or ev train the other ones lol
  2. Lmao, well the problem is... evolution itself. Since i made every made every pokemon have the potential to be as good as any other pokemon, this means that low level evo's like mightyena, watchog, gumshoos and etc. are all super strong. and well, basically the mod itself is going to have a weird type of difficulty until around lv36ish, cuz thats when i can finally get away with going all out and give leaders/bosses the most broken crap i can think of, because you yourself will be just as busted as they are. Also i've been trying to make gym leaders as competitive as possible, while also still being completely "playthrough-meta" Heres an example: https://gyazo.com/acbbbe21a6cc5bab01f9fbd174652456 The Haunter has grass knot, so basically any unsuspecting person would attack this toxapex with their best ground move, and end up getting punished for it. Grass Knot is also x2 in power in this field. (And yes i know Toxapex is illegal at this level, its only purpose is to trap a ground type/something weak to haunter. I could do this with mareanie but its stats just arent enough to handle the ground types you can get at this point. Also, this is for corey on the corrosive mist field. I made this battle as hard as possible, because I also put some really really REALLY good pokemon in the mystery egg. If you want that egg... You must overcome MY test )

  4. after thinking about it for a bit, you're right. Healing items are the problem. So, i've decided to completely remove them from the game nah but for real, ill probably revise the movesets some more and add an item ban mode. Im still not gonna give moves that boost speed and stuff (quiver dance, dragon dance, etc.) until later levels, because with speed you sometimes dont even need healing items to pull off a sweep
  5. Ehh idk about that. Setup moves usually make the game way too easy, even in my first test run i just setup curses with grotle and swept the first 2 gyms with ease. For that reason, most mons have had setup moves pushed back in their movesets. I want the game to be hard and more strategic, not just "click this 6 times and spam super potions"

  11. Basically, the only way that I know how to setup a randomizer is basically have the script pick a number between 1-802 everytime you get an encounter or everytime a trainer sends out a pokemon. So if you battle someone twice, they will not have the same team... I'm not sure if theres any workaround to this, unless if i make like... 100 random teams for each leader, and then have the script pick a number from 1-100 each time you start the game, so they will then keep that team. However, I don't know if my logic there is even correct, and if it is, it would be EXTREMELY tedious and just not worth imo Also, i've decided that im going to include a mode that ups the difficulty even more for those who are completely insane like i am Basically, this mode will be called "Legendary Mode", and well, as the name implies there will be legendaries involved. I was originally going to just figure out a way to add some other legendaries into the plot and involve it in the mod, but I realized that A LOT of people don't like that sort of thing, especially boss battles. So yeah basically just a mode that takes the difficulty a few steps forward, with new trainers, a really long sidequest involving El's Ditto (you can probably see where thats going ) and probably some more stuff that i'll have to think about. Obviously though, this mode doesnt really make much sense, because in normal reborn all the legendaries seem to be very inactive. So it's purely there just for a challenge, and to show off legendaries because I did buff them as well
  12. So i feel like talking about my plans cuz im bored. When this mod is completely done and i'm ready to release it, I'm actually gonna release quite a few different versions of it. These will probably include: -My own version, with trainers having pokemon that can abuse all the buffs i am giving them. Along with many other custom stuff. -A randomized version. Randomizers are always fun. I'm even going to make a completely custom trainers.txt for this so you wont have the entirety of Aya's team being poisoned by black sludge -A version thats even more heavily modded, including mods that i find are popular. Im probably gonna get requests for this anyway so might aswell make it ahead of time. (Although Reborn Hardcore is probably a no. The trainers in that mod are carefully devised by Commander so I dont want to make a version of his mod that completely negates the name of the mod itself... It would be so easy with the buffs.) -Sandbox Mode. I probably gotta get permission for this but if all goes well then I will definitely include a version with this.
  13. So uhh... I kinda completely forgot that I said I would do this Life has been getting a bit busy so I don't really have much time to do it right now... So maybe in the future I'll ask Waynolt if I can just make a post for all of his mods, but for Rejuvenation.
  14. Guess i should give an update, all of gen 7 is done and all i have left is trainers and encounters. After that it will be playtesting time. Also... If you're a fan of a certain Pokemon that should be GETTING IN THE BAG, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise on your way to Calcenon
  15. I remember getting a Jumpluff as Fern from one of the Dumpsters in Beryl Ward. I don't remember which one and I'm not on a computer so I can't take a screenshot If I remember correctly theres only like 3 dumpsters there anyway, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Ooh also, I remember getting something as Cal in Apophyll... I honestly don't remember what it was, but it was from a girl in the same room as Nurse Joy.

  18. Did you start a new file or are you on an already existing one? If its a new file, make SURE you replaced the Scripts and Map001 file in the data folder with the ones you downloaded.
  19. Yes. Since I can't randomize the PBS files specifically, basically it just takes the opponents pokemon and picks a number between 1-802, and then sends it out. So everytime you fight them will be different.
  20. I can do that, although it would literally be taking waynolts mods and inserting them into the rejuv script.
  21. It has to be, the randomize function in your party screen doesnt have anything to do with difficulty mode, just the script and the active mods file. So something went wrong there.

  23. You gotta start a new game, you can rename your current save file to something else to prevent losing the data.
