  3. Hi Hank, welcome to Reborn, enjoy your stay and see you around
  4. Yeah, if you can stack up minimize or cosmic power, stored power is a good alternative.
  5. My bad, Author is right about the TMs. In addition to that, please note that Clefairy learns Moon Blast at level 46(one of the most powerful special fairy moves), which if you evolve before that, Clefable cannot relearn its pre-evo form moves by any means(Most stone evolutions share the patterns of final evolved form not relearning pre-evolved forms' movesets)
  6. Jan's reverse psychology apparently works

  7. Comparison by: Abilities - Magic Guard Clefable is one of the best abilities out there, as it prevents indirect damages especially from Reborn well known field effects, unaware gets less use as AI rarely uses boosting moves. While with Gothitelle, it has competitive, which is situational in game, other two abilities also are less useful in game wise(Frisk can scout wild held items but that's it), in this aspect, Clefable gains the upperhand Movepool - Clefable has wider movepools with access to flamethrower and psychic to check its greatest threats, poison and steel whereas Gothitelle cannot check dark types Type advantages and disadvantages - Clefable as pure fairy type has two weaknesses, three resistances and one immunity which we will be battling one of the gym leaders from, while Gothitelle pure psychic has two weaknesses, no immunity and two resistances, so Clefable also stands out in this aspect Stat - They are even in term of tanking, and base special attack is almost the same. Overall, the replacement is pretty justifiable.
  8. No worries, sorry about the acronym, it means non player characters like random trainers, gym leaders etc. especially gym leaders as their mons have good IVs for their stats. Good IVs in defensive stats mean the odd of surviving an attack from hindered nature in special attack from us(adamant) will be higher than beneficial natures(as we discussed above) or even neutral nature in special attack. Infernape is versatile, it can play any role in a team barring tanks, as long as moves that you have in mind for it are accessible in games, it's up to you really to decide what to make of it Naive nature is great, it allows you to outspeed many threats, especially given most flying types that Infernape fears are fast
  9. If you want to mould it into a mixed sweeper, adamant nature probably isnt a good nature for it, even with LO, special move on Infernape might not result in clean kill, NPC mons might revenge kill instead. My advice would be changing the nature to naughty/rash/naive/lonely/hasty/mild nature that boost its offensive stats, as Infernape is not very good at tanking attacks anyway, why not maximize his offense potential at expense of defense stats, but make sure you have teammate that can assist it in countering its weaknesses.

  18. Back to House of Lies season premier \o/

  19. Magma Armor and Flame Body will not stack with each other if i recall correctly even with gen 6, so it is only worth using single one from either abilities as they occupy a slot in your party.
  20. This looks fantastic, i'd say it is even way better than some official mega evolution artworks. Curious, is it quadrupedal or bipedal, 'cause it looks like it is back on four limbs like its pre-evolved forms. Unlike mega Mawile which sits in Ubers, poison/ground is easily countered and checked, thus you don't need to worry about it being borked when given Huge Power, i certainly like DJ's idea of giving it Huge Power while investing the rest to special attack, if only GF could give us a special attack variant of Huge Power, Nidoking's special movepool seems more tempting to use.

  23. I am in favor of 'Ideal Biome' theory, i don't know if you are a Trekkie(Star Trek fan), in the franchise, life comes in many forms, there are several non corporeal sentient species with consciousness, they have emotions, thoughts and basic instincts like any other corporeal beings do, i am inclined to think Pokemon as such when they are in the state of pokeball. Of course Star Trek is just a work of fiction, can't really be seen as a foundation to support this. Anyhow, i am still curious as to what's going on in Pokemon Center, that a few glows on the machine and pokemon are instantly healed? No feeding and drinking involved? How'd you explain the phenomenon? and Pokepuffs etc are merely as supplementary food, aren't even main food? Edit: I just recalled for a sec there, game canon works differently than anime canon, there are real food for pokemon in anime however
  24. Are you at the part where you need to find Sheridan hidden shore? Go to Route 3 and look for Rorrim B, he is at the east side of the stream on route 3 beside a tree, where the stream meets a plateau. P.S. You need to prepare for a battle though, he is like last time you fought him, he is bug type specialist.
