Dimensional Gyarados is not necessary to be won in order to proceed with story, as for ability capsule, there is a hidden Ability Capsule inside Venam's gym before you battle her, spam button to see if you can find it in the rocks or furniture in Venam's gym. Edit: ninja'd lol

If you have a grass/electric type already, i would swap t-bolt/energy ball for calm mind, it will not only make Gothitelle a special tank but also packs a punch on special attack side. As Chubb previously stated, Gothitelle works best as a special tank rather than offensive mon. That said, Calm nature might be better if you mould Gothitelle into special tank

Aside from 1 guaranteed 4*, i would say that's pretty good 10-roll 'cause 2 5* CEs, albeit those 2 CEs don't have a lot of use, on another note, i rolled a Mercedes on my alt account on 10 roll(that account attracts too many a Berserkers, an NP4 Kiyohime, Lancelot, Heracles and now Nightingale, if only Cu Alter would grace it with his presence after unlocking America, if only), managed to only pull a Formalcraft from 10 roll on main

Arcanine with a negative nature in special attack(Jolly nature +speed -special attack) might be better off with FlareBlitz than Heatwave or Flamethrower as both are special moves(but you evolved Growlithe prematurely before it learns FlareBlitz which is at level 40-ish so probably out of question for FlareBlitz since Arcanine cannot learn Flareblitz by any means aside from preevolve move), otherwise, follow what Viri said about the movepool of your Arcanine. Agility and Thunder Wave on Jolteon basically end up with same result, which is either cripple opponents speed or amp up own speed, drop either of them(Agility preferably) for hidden power(you can check hidden power at hidden power guru at Apophyll academy)for better type coverage

Due to most Kyogre's attacking move being special(can't do much against Sheer Cold though, unless you outlevel Kyogre since Sheer Cold accuracy is based on level gap) I defeated Kyogre by using Ludicolo's Leech Seed(egg move, need to breed for it from Cherrim)-Giga Drain, this fella is a natural counter and check to most water types

I am not sure about Amethyst Grotto(i haven't found a single one in Amethyst Grotto despite having found multiple Tyrogue in Marianette's mansion throughout my two playthroughs) but according to location guide you can find Tyrogue in there, as for first question, have you defeated marianette in v6? If the answer is yes, then re-entry is not possible without any mod with RPGmaker(mansion reverts to original torn old cabin at the sewage), otherwise you can re-enter since there are no maids in v6 that guard the exit(with v7, maids are placed there to prevent you from escaping)

I am heartbroken when you say Klingklang is hideous, cri A fire type on your 6th spot with Sunny Day or Drought ability may pair well with your Leafeon, given both Leafeon's abilities benefit from sun, especially Chlorophyll, Arcanine,Chandelure, Ninetales and Darmanitan are all pretty versatile fire type with great movepools for coverage, since you have flamethrower on two of your mons, sun can also boost their flamethrower
