If it is the case, i would breed a new Swinub if i were in your shoes, Mamoswine is very good only if you breed Icicle Crash into it, Blizzard being special move(only for removing field, given you already defeated Amber rendered Blizzard useless) does not suit him well as its special attack is pitiful compared to its massive physical stats(130 base attack is much impressive) and keep the priority move Ice Shard(priority is important in case of slow mons even if the base power isn't great), also slap an everstone to one of the parents with Jolly nature in daycare, the off spring will inherit the nature, Jolly nature is best nature for Mamoswine in game(Adamant is next best if you don't have jolly). 80 base speed for Mamoswine isn't bad in contrary to Tyrantrum's 70(but then again Tyrantrum has Dragon Dance breedable to it, somehow amending its poor speed). In any case, i would advocate breeding Tyrantrum and Mamoswine for a better nature and movepool, and i don't see any reason why you shouldn't keep both of them in your party, perhaps for reserve team or rotation? After all, we still have a lot of gyms to go, both of them have different counter and checks for those gyms. Follow up: Yanmega > Vivillon with same typing in my opinion, Speed Boost Yanmega can wreck houses when given chance to set up with Protect/Substitute.

Regarding Vanilluxe moveset, the answer to your question is yes, freeze dry over either ice beam or blizzard, as both moves are basically the same powerful ice moves with ice beam less hard hitting with better steal of accuracy, plus freeze dry provides coverage for water types, though eelektross already fills the role, that said, flash cannon can be more help especially with Vanilluxe fear most with rock types and provides fairy and ice coverage at the same time

Start off with Electrode, set up light screen(light clay equiped to prolong effect to 8 turns, softreset in mining rock should get you one or two light clays), most fire type moves are special which the screen in term reduces damages received from those special moves, since Electrode is a suicide lead, it doesn't matter whether it survives or not, upon its fainting, switch in Walrein and use blizzard to remove amber's field which is what amplifies Amber's attack, all those measures should abate the threat of strong fire moves, proceed to sweep with Amphy/Seismitoad/Camerupt. Use an ability capsule on Dragalge tho, Poison Touch isn't the best ability for it, as most of its moves aren't contact moves(best ability should be Adaptibility which essentially increase its STAB poison and dragon moves)

Are you up to raising some new mons? If so, my suggestion is to raise some good mons with Blizzard as what essensially accentuates Amber's attack is her field, Mamoswime and Walrein are your best option regarding this with the two packing ability thick fat(if you catch one and it isnt thick fat, use ability capsule), Thick Fat halves damage by the fire type moves coupled with those two massive HP and with aid of Delphox light screen(most fire moves are special), i believe they should survive few hits to use Blizzard , once burning field is removed, she is easier to be dealt with. Another thing i would like to add is benching Mawile(for now with Amber, if you decide to keep it as regular), raise a rock type with Stealth Rock and give it the role of suicide lead, Stealth Rock deals a lot of damage to fire types upon switching in
