Nice start! I like where you're taking it thus far, and I'm curious to see how you twist later events into you making things worse instead of better. My one suggestion is to offer more on what Erebus' thoughts are. As it is it's very 'Erebus did this' or 'he commanded his army to do this'…giving us an insight into what his motivations and thoughts are behind a particular event would provide a lot of depth of character, and make for a more enjoyable read. A good example here is when he started attacking everything in sight. What motivated him to do that? I know the general concept is he's trying to ruin the Reborn region, but why the random violence when otherwise he seems systematic about it? Definitely liked the start though, and looking forward to seeing what comes next!

Probably because he led it the last time you fought and that didn't go well, so he figured he'd let his sweepers knock out a lot of your mon and then sit back on a defensive type and let you bash your head against it. Didn't work of course, but it's about the only way I can justify it.

I'm torn between saying he was fully aware of what he was doing and saying he had no clue and was just irritated, because I can see Fern going both ways. Either way it was a nice touch to throw in there. Definitely chuckled first time I saw that.

Speaking as a programmer, it'll likely take more than a week, there're a lot of things that can go wrong with something like that, with multiple possible scenes because of the multiple people to choose. It won't take a month, but depending on how the code works (and I can't say I know much at all about the code behind the game, haven't looked) it could definitely take more than a week from start to completely finished. However, I still hold that it'd be absolutely incredible to have something like this, and would love to see it, so long as it doesn't compromise something more important being done.

I live in a state where I dislike things being messy but often lack the drive to make things not messy. This inevitably leads to my spaces getting rather cluttered until I can't take it anymore and spend far longer cleaning than I would have if I had simply cleaned all the way along, but get it in my head cleaning is always like this and the cycle repeats. So…yeah. Clutter irritates me but my drive to fix my own clutter isn't high enough to support that.

Welcome to Reborn! Swampert was my original starter (I joined the Pokemon party late and then backtracked) so I share your love of the water/ground monster, and Arcanine I've always appreciated, though it's not top tier for me. If you're not up to the competitive scene, some people around here (such as myself) make teams just for fun and duke it out with other non-competitive teams, so if that's more your speed I'm sure you'll be able to find a following for that. I would like to offer my support to this as well. Reborn has some incredibly well-written characters, and I've found myself growing increasingly attached to one of them in particular the more I play. While I can easily see a complete branching story at the end depending on who you pick being far too difficult for Ame and the others to handle, I would love something like what Autumn suggested, an event with just the player character and the selected NPC, dialogue changing to match the character, and it being open ended so the player can imagine it being romantic or just friendly as they so desire. I've honestly come to really like some of these characters, and I'd like to be able to have some impact on at least one of their lives at the end instead of being limited to the 'you saved us all' type of impact, which while awesome, is typically not all that personal. So yes, my vote is definitely in the positive direction on something like this showing up way down the road, when Reborn reaches its grand finale.

The above information is correct, but I'll add that if a Ditto IS involved, all eggs will be of the species of the non-Ditto involved in the breeding. In short, you cannot breed a Lotad unless you already have a Lotad, Lombre, or Ludicolo. This is what I get for not reading carefully (thought I read you didn't have a Lotad evolution at all). Yeah, get a Ditto and put it with your male Lombre. You'll get a Lotad.

That's actually one of the sillier strategies I've heard…and I love it. It makes sense, it holds up under the rules of the game, and you get to watch the frustration that something so trivial did him in. I'll have to remember the strategy of making Garchomp's ears bleed for later runs myself now...

I believe that got changed to a Misdreavus in episode 15. Still a strong Ghost pickup though.

Looks like this is going to be an interesting run. I'll be keeping an eye on it, partially out of interest, partially to see how you handle things differently than Autumneverlast (who's going to be starting a Dark/Ghost run himself), and partially because I'm beginning to formulate the beginnings of my own dual type run and am looking into how things're done. The dream world opened up an interesting concept for me…who's to say you couldn't run into Pokemon while you're asleep and catch them in-game, instead of going through all the work Black and White made you do to do so? Naturally, you'd only be able to catch Pokemon who are somehow related to dreams there, whether they can learn Dream Eater or Nightmare or whatever. Plus it'd be a way for the developers to be really creative with what the dream world looks like instead of pretty much limiting you to a house. The Reverse World from Platinum remains one of my favorite areas as far as creativity was concerned, and I'd love to see them do it again.

I feel like that's largely because his sister was there…from what I can gather, he actually cares about her (though he tries to hide it) and thus tries not to be a TOTAL jerkwad around her. My personal theory for why he tries to block you from going into her gym is he doesn't want her to suffer a defeat. I could be completely off the mark, but in my experience even the nastiest people have a soft spot somewhere, and to me at least it looks like that's where his is.

Growlithe are 75% male, so it's not too surprising it's tough to get a female one (I'm assuming the second female is a typo). It is possible though…mine is testament to that.

I'm STILL upset by this thing. But yes, Percy Jackson was a really poor adaption as well.

Regardless of how it was implemented, I feel it would be pretty cool. Not trying to put more work on Ame and the other devs, but if that were to go in, a quick flash of those colors in the usual X would be amazing to see. Granted, this is largely a cosmetic thing so personally I don't think it should be priority, but if they have extra time [/sarcasm] then it'd be a neat addition to the game.

I'd just like to say (because you didn't have it when I welcomed you) that that is the most intentionally cute Quilava I've ever seen. Seriously, thing's fricking adorable. Great choice of avatar!

LIES! Meh, the only misplay I'm mad about was not taking out Bisharp with Aegislash…the Frosslass misplay was largely because this wasn't my first fight against that team and I knew it largely didn't attack, else I'd've sucker punched it. Ah well, I did eventually beat the team with another one of my teams, so I can at least take solace in that. 9/10, I really like it, only thing that detracts is how similar the background color is to everything around it…as a colorblind person a starker contrast would really clearly define the girl and her whip. Otherwise, I quite like it.

You don't even necessarily need Flash for the powder in Blacksteam Factory…it's a fairly on-rails dark area…one of the split junctions takes you to the magnet powder, the other you get a TM of some sort if I remember correctly.
