    I personally had my Flaffy use Electric Terrain to negate the mist for five turns, and when that ended it reverted to just a corrosive field, no mist in sight. Plus his Skrelp kept using venom drench on the first turn, which the field changing negated completely. It was quite helpful.

    Heh, if I hadn't been told she was fully deserving I'd be in the same boat as you…and it was kinda justifying once I saw how outright nasty she is. You did that poor Pokemon a favor, trust us on this one.

    It wasn't my intent to cause pressure or anything haha…it's just something I think would make for a nice touch is all. Story won't be hurt if you skip over it, so please don't feel as though anything major will be detracted from your work either way. Looking forward to the next bit though!

    What is something no one here knows about you? - [8/7/2015] Well, assuming Autumn doesn't count, let's go with the fact I'm colorblind. Tends to be a good icebreaker, and it's not something anyone else here would know.

    Huh, well done, forgot Hariyama learned Knockoff at a reasonable level. In the future, don't be afraid to branch your team out…it's perfectly ok to have a Pokemon on your team for a single gym…Reborn's difficult enough that the whole 'once I get a team of six I like I can do anything with them' mentality doesn't always work. Keep it up though!

    Your level cap is just high enough to catch a Skorupi in the tunnels with the kids and evolve it. Drapion's Night Slash is devastating to Shade in general…would likely be more helpful than your Hariyama, or perhaps Noibat for the time being (I'm guessing that was a typo because of how much higher Noibat has to be to evolve)…my personal team uses both a Noivern and a Drapion so I can get behind working with Noibat, but for situations like this it may be better to bench it temporarily.

    Willkommen auf unsere Kommunität! I know a bit of German myself, though my grammar's getting shakier than I'd like due to lack of practice. I'm also half German as far as ancestry is concerned, but I've never been there myself (though I very much want to go there someday). Fire Emblem's an excellent series, and while I've only played one Tales game (Abyss) it remains my favorite 3DS title (yay ports!) Because no one else has said this thus far: Community rules to your left, search bar above that, Showdown server above that. Status bar (to say whatever's on your mind) is below the rules, mixing the bars up is more often than not humorous for those who aren't you. In any case, welcome again, and I'll see you around!     Somehow I missed that this had been put up yesterday. Another entertaining read, and I do appreciate you using my suggestion to put more of Erebus' feelings in there. Directing yourself east to avoid Corey and Shade was a nice touch, I very much appreciated that. I don't want to influence your writing, but there's something I hope you cover in your next post (which you will reach, I can guarantee that), but regardless, I feel this'll still be a fun run to read. Your writing style fits the tone well…keep it up!

    You can also take heart in the fact that down the road you should be much better equipped to take the Chatot down…the last fight I had with Taka I oneshot the thing before it had a chance to do anything other than Nasty Plot. Felt extremely satisfying. I'm concerned it'll get even nastier down the road, but for the moment I'm relatively confident that Chatot is meant to get less…terrifying…during the middle of the game.

    Arcanine for me…once I evolved it, the thing's been consistently my highest-leveled mon, because it's insane offensive capabilities mean I can trust it to get the job done. It's very rare that something's left standing once Arcanine shows up on the field. Honorable mentions go to Drapion, who managed to best the Ditto Arceus by having Poison Fang badly poison it three times in a row, exhausting El's Full Heals. Probably the only way I was going to be able to take that thing down with the way my party was set up at the time, and it was really satisfying to watch happen.

    8/10. Like it as a whole, but his eyes just look off to me (I'm really finicky about faces in art, so I'm probably just being weird) Someone beat me to that one heh. Gonna say 6/10 on that one, I'm not the biggest fan of that art style, but for what it's worth it's well done.

    Just replying to my bit here. Pokemon Showdown is a website dedicated to allowing people to create teams and battle them against each other. Some focus on the metagames that have sprung up, complete with tier lists. Others (like myself) make teams just for fun and battle other such teams to see if the concept we based the team off of was good or not. Reborn has its own chatroom on Showdown, which is what the Reborn Showdown! link is. Not too active in it myself, but what have you. Spoilers work so long as you put whatever you want in spoiler text inside of [*spoiler]these tags without the * character[*/spoiler] Hope that helps, and again welcome to Reborn!

    My main advice to my younger self would be to not sweat the small stuff as much…I was super strict about everything, even the things that didn't really matter. I'm still a serious person on the whole, a worrywort, all that good stuff, but I've relaxed on the smaller things in life and I've been better for it. Doing so earlier could only improve things for me.

    I feel it's a height issue. The three appear via sprites to be about the same weight for their height, yes? If Radomus is taller, then that means he must be wider to be at the same healthy weight for his height. Thus, if he's a tall person and the three share body types, he'd have a harder time slipping through. Just my take on it though.

    Welcome to Reborn! You had about the opposite experience from me involving the official Pokemon games…I joined on in gen 3 and backtracked while waiting for gen 4. It sounds as though you're getting caught up, which is most excellent. The people here tend to be nice, so you can ask away and be assured of getting at least a couple polite responses back. Because no one else has said this, I'll handle it despite the fact Vinny seems to dislike someone doing this for reasons I've yet to learn Community rules are to your left, search bar above that, and Showdown server above THAT.
