imo it is best to complete this part of story in v8 if you have already started to play it there

are you trying to load the game in proper location? also try loading the save file in v8 if you get same error then your save file got corrupted and you'll have to use backups

are you playing on mac or? also you aren't stuck in the save file you've uploaded anyway you got stuck there because of venam and because both florin and flora were in train

if you have stared a save file before e16 content then you won't have trade option available until you reach e16 content in the game

You can use non legit pokemon online but it depends on the way they were created. If they were genned properly you won't get banned or anything. Most of the people that got banned have manipulated trainer id, added all in game items, clothes etc.
