Fixed Game.rxdata You're not able to go back to tanzan base because the entrance was destroyed. You should be able to find Simon in cemetery now. About squirtle, I think that you should be able to trigger that event even if you got mudkip before and I won't trade one of your mudkip for squirtle. Game.rxdata

Not going to fix this because of the usage of cheat engine, use backup save files to get unstuck This quest requiers multiple requierments - first one was talking with Simon in tanzan meteor base, then talkin to him in cemetery and then talking to him in peridot.
