    IMO Emolga is outclassed at this stage in the game by other Electric types like Jolteon, Ampharos, Magnezone, etc, due to its mediocre stats in everything that isn't speed. Also, to replace Scrafty, I suggest an ice type like Lapras.

      ^ that too. Pretty sure when his file was remade they ended up with the moves they had at current. And the old Malts was in his team before gen 6 mechanics were added. So, yea that's why it does not.

      I actually held off on Moonblast with mine and just kept draining kiss. With clam mind the recovery can make Gardevoir last a lot longer than otherwise.
