Unfortunately, you're stuck with the ditto you initially received unless you find someone willing to trade you their ditto. What I want is Sinnoh Remakes (Specifically Platinum), but I don't think they will happen just yet. If we look at past remakes, you can notice a pattern regarding the system they were released on, being that they happen every other system Gen 1: GB --> GBA Gen 2: GBC --> DS Gen 3: GBA --> 3DS Gen 4: DS --> ??? I really think Gen 4 remakes will happen on whatever the 3ds' successor is. (And no I don't think it will be the switch) At this point, I'm honestly not sure what the next game will be. 1) The Kanto Starters are not available in the game, and will only be obtainable through pokebank or event. 2) I myself haven't done much of the battle tree yet, but I know that once you beat Red he will give you all four kanto starter mega stones at the same time
