Siena paused for a moment, trying to gather an understanding of what the girl had said, specifically about her expecting this to happen. She was at something of a loss for words, and her pause continued when the girl asked the question. She began to speak. “I.. I..” she stammered. She could tell that the girl was not trying to truly accuse her, nor did she seem to really be angry. She didn’t seem to be showing really any emotion actually. She began again. “I do believe that sometimes I do actually see something… but that feeling is, well, very rare. I can’t deny that most of the time it is just an act but…” she paused again, biting her lip a bit.She was not exactly sure why she was telling this girl everything, but she felt as though she had to, or at the least that she should. “But the thought of being seen as someone who is the way I present myself is a comforting thought. I like the feeling that people trust what I say, even if it is not true all the time and even if it might backfire on them. And I certainly won’t deny that I do do it for the money as well.” As she finished speaking Siena finally looked the girl directly in her eyes, and something finally clicked in her head. She saw, or rather felt, that the girl had something of a timeless maturity hidden beneath her mostly emotionless exterior.

Different games. Its not mega important anyway.

Final Decision. Strongest Pokemon Champion.
Swampellow replied to Zander's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
If you ask me, either Blue or Cynthia. If we were to include Megas though (as every champion has at least 1 possible Mega), I would say that it would either go to Blue or Iris. Reason being I see Blue having either Mega Alakazam or Mega Venusaur, and then Iris having Mega Salamence. Cynthia could have Mega Lucario, but it is doubtful as that isn't her signature Pokemon. And Steven has a decent enough team, especially with Megagross, but it doesn't hold to the the others if they all had Megas as well. -
Siena smiled when the girl finally responded. It was a strange response, a little troubling for sure, but she wasn’t completely put off given the demeanor of the girl anyway. “Well alright then, just a moment” she said, standing up to walk over to a nearby shelf. As she walked she made the candles along her path light up and flicker. She eventually reached her destination, an ornate looking box carved with various symbols on its surface. She opened it up, pulling out her main deck of tarot cards. “Let’s begin then.” she said with a smile as she returned and sat down. For the next minute Siena did her routine that she performs before pulling the first card. As she finished… “and your first card young lady, is... ” she flipped it over so that the girl could see it “Death. How interesting.” she said with a small smile. As she pulled the second card…. She paused, a small look of concern flicking briefly across her face, before the smile returned and she gave a small laugh. “Oh this is funny, someone seems to have combined two of my decks together” she said with a nervous chuckle. She placed the second card on the table face up, but not in the array as though it were a part of the girl’s reading. If the girl were to look at it, she would notice that it too was a Death card. “Let’s try that again shall we?” she picked up the first death card and reshuffled it, performing her routine once again. “And your first real card Miss” she said as she flipped it over, pausing ever so slightly before saying “... is Death. Again.” She cleared her throat before pulling the next one. “And your next card is...” she stopped again, this time just placing the card she pulled on the table. It too was a Death card. She then quickly pulled three more cards from the deck and flipped them all over, they were all Death. “I-I-I’m so sorry Miss, I’m not exactly sure what is going on with my deck” she said, giving the girl a weak smile, clearly troubled and worried, but most importantly: confused.

What Cass said is pretty much true. It is possible to plan out your team before hand so that you don't have to have that many pokemon on rotation. My first playthrough of Reborn I only ended up using 7 different pokemon because I eventually settled into a team of 6 that I liked. It is possible you will get more than 6 pokemon that you like and have rotate mons in and out of your party, but that may not happen on your first run. As for gym leaders, it is possible that you will have to get a specific pokemon trained up for them, but at the same time you might not have to. On my first playthrough (with the 7 different mons) I never actually ended up training specific pokemon for each gym, I just changed around the movesets of the pokemon in my party to beat them.

Ame has confirmed multiple times that there is only 1 gym leader in e18.

Onyx wandered back into the tent a few minutes later, quietly observing the individual seated in front Siena. After a moment she leapt back onto the table, sitting down directly in front of Siena before giving a soft chirp. “Hmmm what is it dea….” Siena began to say to Onyx as she refocused herself. “Oh hello there Miss” she said, giving the small girl a soft smile. She had meant to close the flaps of her tent so that nobody would disturb her while she was setting up, but it seems as though she had forgotten in the moment. She began to stand up to go grab her mask “I wasn’t planning on giving any fortunes right now…” she started to say, before deciding that she wouldn’t need it for this one and sat back down, placing the crystal ball back on the table “but if you would like I could do yours? Or perhaps I could do a card reading for you?” she said as she looked at the girl. The girl looked young, but Siena saw that she had an air about her, giving her a maturity that far outpaced her apparent age. She thought it best to let her decide: afterall she was the one who accidently left her tent open. And it just wouldn’t be right to be rude to a potential (paying) customer.

Siena stepped into her tent, glancing around at how all of her decorations were set up. Normally she set them all up herself, but she had asked one of the other members of the troupe to set them up for her while she was out. She wanted to try a different set up for their big show coming up. She began to move farther into the tent when Onyx chirped at her feet. “What’s that love? You think that we should change how the silk drapes from the table?” Siena smiled down at her, picking her up. “Let’s do that then.” she said, moving over to the table her crystal ball sat on, placing Onyx down on it. She proceeded to change the setup of the silks on the table. In a few moments they were arranged in a new position that she felt was satisfactory. “Why you were right dear, this does look much better” she said to Onyx, giving her a small pat that made her begin to purr. Leaving Onyx on the table, who by now had wrapped herself up around the crystal ball, Siena got to work changing the positions of various objects she had around as decoration; committing the new positions to memory. Finally she sat down at her table, Onyx still curled lazily around the crystal ball. As she sat she began to use her magic to make the various small orbs and candles glow and light up around the tent, observing what it now looked like with the new set up. She then made small amounts of fog roll out from under the table, making sure it still curled properly around the new silk setup. “I do think that this new setup is quite good my dear.” she said to Onyx while she cleared away the fog. “You are going to have to get up now, you know that I have to keep that polished” she said, moving Onyx away from the ball. She picked it up and sat back down in her seat, beginning to shine and polish it, her mind drifting as she did so.

They do the same thing they always did, which is unlock the help center.

The stench of the auth continues to grow. Congrats you three.

Yea the surefire way to actually beat her in v10 is a bit of Detect/Protect/Endure Spam with a couple of revives. The payout for winning is only ~5k though, so losing is actually more cost efficient if you are that worried about money.

Updating to v10 using an old file causes the character sprite to change, use the person offering to change your appearence in certain pokemon centers. And v10 doesn't change Steam Eruption back into Spirit Shackle, you will have to relearn Spirit Shackle still, it just makes it so that it doesn't happen again.

How close to complete is Pokemon Rejuvenation: Version 10?
Swampellow replied to Rorroto's topic in Rejuvenation
It updates in the same way that reborn does, in episodical releases. The other people have already said how far into the game it goes, so overall it is less complete than Reborn but still a very good game. -
Early game, use both. Both are good. Then swap out as you see fit.
-
Most recently it was Titania (Fire moves may become part dragon, but Scizor still falls over to them), but I think every time I have played through Reborn one leader has been much easier than all the others with my different teams.

Alrighty, lets do a mon that I really like. Basculin! I really like this fish, its just underwhelming in a few too many ways. Let's try to fix that a bit. Type: Water -> Water/Fighting Stat Changes: 92 atk -> 100 atk, 98 speed -> 103 speed (Total Boost: +12) Moveset Changes: Breeding: Ice Fang, Poison Fang, Rock Smash (Sharpedo), Psychic Fangs (Bruxish/Sharpedo) TM: Brick Break Level-Up: Tail Whip (Level 1) -> Wake-Up Slap, New Move at Level 1 -> Submission, New Move at Level 56 -> Close Combat Poor Basculin, it already has pretty decent stats for low tiers, and pretty great abilities for both of its forms. It's movepool however was completely lacking, consisting pretty much of 3 moves, Physical Water STAB in Waterfall/Liquidation, Crunch, and Head Smash/Zen Headbutt depending on the form. I wanted to give it a little something so that it isn't essentially just less fun Sharpedo. Thematically I think that it would make more sense for it to become part Fighting type rather than Dark type, as it is shown to be more aggressive and wants to just get into straight up fights with anything, as well as it already getting a great Fighting move in Superpower. I gave it the stat boosts not because it necessarily needed them, but because it just helps boost in that little bit more to make it more of a threat in conjunction with everything else I have given it. 103 as a speed tier is a great spot for any offensive Pokemon, and a solid base 100 attack gives all of its attacks just that little bit of oomph that they need. The rest of the changes for it are pretty straightforward for a fast physical attacker (although some of the moves like Brick Break and Rock Smash are merely for thematic reasons). Being part Fighting type now gives it STAB Close Combat/Superpower, which in conjunction with Adaptability, hits extremely hard on things that do not resist it. Gaining access to Submission also then gives both forms a decent fighting type move to use if they are not running Adaptability. Access to all of the Fang moves are also self explanatory, with Ice Fang finally giving it an Ice move that it can make use of, Poison Fang letting it hit Grass/Fairy mons hard, and Psychic Fangs letting it take on other Fighting types easier as well as hitting Poison types that can shrug off water moves more effectively. Basculin honestly doesn't really need much to actually make it usable, the only thing it truly needs to not be stuck with being outclassed by everything is a better movepool but hey, if I'm gonna buff it, I'll give it something a lil extra.

Lets do another gen1 Water/Ice type yea? Now Dewgong is pretty much just a worse Walrein, and even with some buffs will still probably be so; but we can try. Stat Changes: 80 Def -> 90 Defense, 95 Spdef -> 105 Spdef (Total boost, +20) Moveset Changes: Breeding: Slack Off (Walrein/Slaking) TM: Aurora Veil, Calm Mind, Scald Just looking at Dewgong's stats you can see that it is one of the many Gen1 Pokemon that have been left by the wayside in lieu of newer Pokemon that do the same thing but better. So in an attempt to make Dewgong have at least somewhat of a different use than Walrein, I gave it access to Slack Off. This lets it run its main PerishTrapper set pretty much the same way it always has except now it is able to have a actually useful recovery move that isn't Rest. The boosts to its defenses makes it on par with Walrein physically while giving it a bit of an edge in special defense, both of which help it a lot with trapping. I also gave Dewgong access to Scald because it is based on a Sea Lion, which do not exclusively live in cold waters. Thus I think it makes sense that it would be able to use Scald despite being an Ice type. Scald, in conjuction with Calm Mind also give it a pretty good Wall set, being able to neuter physical attackers while boosting it's Spdef to be able to take on special ones. Aurora Veil is Aurora Veil, nuff said there, gives it something that Walrein does not have. Not much can be done for Dewgong in terms of making it an offensive threat without massive boosts to one of its attacking stats (although it totally could be done), especially if one of its abilities were also to be replaced with Slush Rush/Swift Swim.

Technically yes. Although you could potentially ask someone to add one into your game if it is that important to you.
-
If I remember correctly from what I've heard, the reborn league continued until gen6, so there was a fairy type leader by then. I'm not 100% sure on that but I believe thats what happened.
-
You do not need to play v9 to play v10. From the sounds of it you are in a bad map (basically one that you can't load into when updating between version). You will probably have to start a new file on v10 unless you post it to get fixed. This is where you can download v10

Magikarp was pushed back because Gyarados literally steamrolls the game, it is very OP ingame lol. Thats why you can't get it, it basically ruins the game.

Telling Karrian not to walk with you in Pokémon Rejuvanation
Swampellow replied to Collin's topic in Rejuvenation
Sorry, who is Karrian? There is nobody named Karrian in Rejuvenation. And what base are you talking about after the first gym? -
We already know most of this, namely that she grew up with Venam and Amber in Gearen, its explored through various point of dialogue as well as numerous side things that you can find. As well as a little bit in WLL.
