Emolga isn't that good of a pokémon attack/defensewise, so having a fairly attack based moveset for emolga wouldn't be the best since it'd be killed fairly fast without even having done much damage. Having nuzzle for paralysis and acrobatics for an offensive move is actually pretty good to have on it though, but i'd say use emolga more as a support and give it encore and tailwind instead of charge or pursuit, since emolga is still pretty fast and can outspeed most pokemon. it'd be a better status inflicter than an attacker because of its poor attack/defense but high speed.

Pretty sure you can get moon/sun stones through mining. And for the locations of the Dusk and Shiny stone...

Yes, I second this! It's a really fast and strong poke to have, especially with acrobatics, but it dies pretty fast so I'd put it as an A- or a B+ rank rather than an A rank. Aside from that, it absolutely slays and is a good addition to your team for taking quick care of pokémon weak to poison or flying attacks. -

jan just got really fierce about a short animated movie about a plane for a flight company bc one of the planes farted like twice bc of nerves or smth and killed another plane with it and im laughing so hard

What level was the Seel? If your pokémon is lower leveled, then you might still encounter pokémon that are higher leveled than the pokemon who is in the first spot in your party.
