I'll try to contribute as much as I can. ( I think, when I get my new laptop, I could dig into the data :^) ) I could add images and such if necessary. Also, I can make a logo and ask the owner of the wiki if he can change the Home button to the logo :V

In front of the Goldenleaf Town gate in route 3, inspect one of the small bushes. It should contain a dusk stone. It's one of the rewards for completing the Chandelure event, so explore Amethyst cave a little bit after having obtained surf.

That's in the ORAS Learnset. It might be that Xatu has XY's learnset, so it would learn psychic at level 66, unfortunately.

Did you upgrade to version 5-5? Because if you didn't, then the happiness checker in the velvet appartments would still be there and crash your game if you talk to her. 5-5 removed her from the game. Also, I think there was a post which had locations of pokemon which you could use to train ev's with.

Alright, cool! You should separate them in different parts then with spoilers, so it won't get cluttered. Maybe you should delete my comment though so you can reserve the second post for more space and less clutteredness... Since I think there's an image limit. But yeah, looking forward to more!

No, I'm afraid not. The only way that you could have kept an old savefile is if you made backups of your game.rxdata file, which is the file that contains your save. Once overwritten, you won't be able to change it back to a previous savestate.
