it's underwater so ya might not be finding it for that reason. (you need Dive) You will find it within some grass at the north most end of the underwater area.

If the problem is not extracting the file but what to do with it's contents, it should have a guide on installation either in the contents or from the location you got it from.

There is like 1% chance of Absol appearing Wild in various locations including the Celestine Cascade (basically right outside Amaria's house) during the Day or Night but not the Morning and only on Land so in grass not on water EDIT: also i got a Life Orb though the painful method of soft reseting the event Absol and it probably amused Ame to know the torments i felt at the Absol fainting itself when it had a Life Orb and wouldn't catch.

hmm well unless ya got the igglybuff or whatever it's name is from that woman in peridot early in then ya only real chance would be to get any Jigglypuff traded to you or use an older save file before trading Jigglypuff to send a copy of that untraded jiggly to someone to then trade to your main file

Not certain but i believe it is conditional, if you got the Jigglypuff before it's O.T was changed to be the actual owner and not the protagonist then the game should ignore the O.T and only check where you got it from.

There is no more or less that you can do that i can do as for anyone else here, yet we are still using what we have learned so far to try establish some understanding of what to keep in mind, nor can i change the outcome of this day magically either.
