it's all good, my only language is english and my english can be terrible at times, that said i don't quite understand the hype of Scyther/Scizor, i have used one before but never caught on with why people like it so damn much, is it really worth a 1% chance search i would only go through that effort as a completionist otherwise there are many MANY options at this point and personally would opt for something else or trade for the dang thing off someone who did bother with it but then everyone has their own pokemon they hype for regardless of good or not there is just one pokemon that you click for.

i don't think it is possible as Extreme Speed Dratini line only ever happened in Gen 4 remakes, so i believe the only way to breed it onto another dragonite goes all the way back to that one source.

You could in E17 steal items from the clown, not tested in E18 but you needed to survive 3 turns in order to complete the process of stealing an item.

Dragonium Z is behind Mirage Tower, there is a tree in a plant pot which is a Level 100 Alolan Exeggutor, defeat it and then you will find the Dragonium-Z in the pot sort of like a Hidden Item

This isn't E18 spoilers, it was also present in E17 and possibly earlier,as Abyss reaper said, it's part of the Zorua Quest, given he is here you have already seen him at his Gym at some point so he should appear at the final location now. If you wanna know where he is next and dont want a mere hint

pretty sure Alolan Vulpix is a wild encounter at Ametrine City in the grass on the mountain as you ascend it
