  1. Water is probably the best type overall. Only two weaknesses, and grass isn't terribly common offensively (but I could be and probably am wrong, because I don't play meta all that much). They're also the most common type, so they can fit all sorts of roles.
  2. If it works like the main series games, they should become more disobedient the higher you rise above the level cap, so it shouldn't be too bad if you're only a couple levels above. I know because one time in HeartGold, I tried to cheat by trading a Lv. 81 Articuno over and figuring I would eventually get lucky and kill the opponent before they even got anywhere close. I lost to the first Rocket Grunt I saw.
  3. I didn't know you could catch a Shuppet there, but I know you can find another silver ring in Corey's room. This wouldn't be the first time a human came back as a ghost Pokemon.
  4. I would totes be a Swag Jockey Probably a Pokemon Breeder if I'm playing Y or Ace Trainer if I'm playing Omega Ruby/Reborn. Edited because Battle Girl is more like someone who does karate and stuff... not me in the slightest
  5. This seems interesting, if it's even still going. The thread seems to be a couple weeks old. If this is confirmed to be a thing I will definitely check back
  6. Actually, he's a she... XD Wish granted, one ink cartridge now costs exactly what it's worth - one ink cartridge. I wish all the Burmese Pythons in the Everglades just vanished, so that I won't have to write a stupid essay on Burmese Pythons in the Everglades. Oh yeah and something about saving the ecosystem there I dunno
  7. Espurr used Disarming Voice! Somehow, the quiet meowing defeated a god.
  8. My friend sent me this picture a while back, mildly innapropriate (I think)
  9. Granted. All the video game stores in your area are closed because they don't get the money that you're supposed to pay them for your video games. I wish I could change the name of my Escavlier, because "Bugsington" is dumb.
  10. Just got flinch 3 times in a row with Bite... I almost feel guilty XD

Given that it's a 30% chance, it's not that bad.

0.3*3 = 0.027 (2.7%) That's the actual chance. No matter, take it for all the times you were haxed.

a soldier... it's a thirty percent chance per strike, as in it resets each time.

  11. Depends, what fire types are you talking about?
  12. Nevermind, I'm dumb. Granted. It's now painless, so you don't even feel the grinding of your flesh. You die in a bloody, confused heap, your spirit floating away wondering "What happened?" I wish I had 6 Lucky Eggs in reborn, 'cuz grinding's gonna take forever.
  13. Banned for encouraging laziness.
  14. Wouldn't you know it, I have exactly 10 Pokemon that I'm using right now in Reborn. So I guess I'll just list them all XD 1. Tangrowth - Bulky with good coverage, and can heal with Giga Drain. I am happy with her 2. Meowstic - Very fast and very hard-hitting, she was a lifesaver in the battle with Shade. 3. Samurott - Maybe he's not really as strong as I think, since it rains a whole lot in my game, but Samurott's always come through for me 4. Gigalith - He can take a few hits and is just great to have around. Not very good coverage though, he's only got Rock moves... Rock is a pretty good offensive type overall, though. 5. Pidgeot - He's nice to have around, I guess, but you have to put up with Gust for a long time before you finally get stupid Wing Attack :/ 6. Crobat - Crobat probably is actually better than Pidgeot, but I haven't used her a whole lot yet so I can't know for sure. 7. Butterfree - He's really mostly good for Double Battles. What's a sleep clause, lol. 8. Magcargo - He's there when you need him. His typing and speed are pretty bad though D: 9. Garbodor - He's definitely useful with Acid Spray attack, the only reason he's so low on the list is that he's often not the one doing the actual fighting, just breaking down the opponent for another Pokemon (usually Meowstic) to clean up. Not to say that he's useless, though. 10. Donphan - This guy sucks and I hate him.
  15. Any tips on how to beat PULSE Abra in the Tanzan Cave hideout? No matter what, I just can't seem to win...

Sucker punch mawile or a ghost type switched in the right moment (during the hyper beam for example) should do the trick. Or if you happen to have a prankster that can paralyze it turn one, that's good too.

    3. SilverJakler

I think for some reason it also had Steel typing added, I seem to remember my Blaziken KOing it with a super-effective Blaze Kick? Idk

The PULSE abra is a psychic/steel with magic guard. You can't burn it or toxic it, but at least it's speed can be halved with paralysis. And yes, it is weak to fire and ground, but that if you are fast and durable enough to hit it that is.

  16. And a Flygon's Flying... fly-y Fly attack.
