So a couple weeks ago I started looking for Tangela in the Rodochrine Forest. I caught one and it had near-perfect IVs, with max HP and 23-29 everywhere else. Just one problem, it's got Chlorophyll. I don't want to go looking all over again for a new one with Regenerator and I don't want to pass up those IVs, so I was just wondering how many years it's gonna take for me to get the Ability Capsule, or if I'm asking too much to think there even is one. Overleveling hasn't really been a problem for me-- actually, I'm gonna need to grind a whole lot just to catch up with Pulse Tangrowth. But I'm fairly early in the game, so what do I know?
