Actually, Shiv didn't killed his brother. I view him as Itachi from Naruto. As for Nova, I view her as Madara, so no. Reality is indeed harsh, but we must accept it to move on.

I beaten him with Leavanny, Pidgeot, Typhlosion, Froslass, Magneton and Flygon. I tricked his Exploud by going Leavnny first and get the Flash Fire boost to Typhlosion by Exploud's Fire Blast. Then, I burned the field and it's smooth sailing from there. Well, not really.

Ehh, Tristan is not that annoying as Marianette from Rejuv or Noel from Reborn. Maybe its just me being used too Normal types, but ye. BTW, what should I do with the Bidoofs on Redcliff to get a piece?

Well, at this point, you will have all necessary Pokemon to take down any Gym Leader, but since the good TMs are still not yet available, there's still a little excuse for some that has still some difficulty on taking them down.
