  1. Stuck in Blacksteeple Prision cell after you play as Emma in the library. Yes, I applied the patches before I even started my file. Game.rxdata
  2. That...was amazing! I really was caught offguard by the very sweet background story section, and the Wide Guard strategy was actually unexpected! I loved it! I hadn't realized how weak Charloette was to blocking moves that hit both pokemon with the first two.... I may have to borrow your strategy with a few edits for mine Good luck on the future battles!
  3. Can I just say...fairy is my favorite type! I think rejuv is lacking in mono-runs anyway, so I bid you good luck my friend! I hope it goes well.
  4. A dark-mono run! The nostalgia.....mm. I wish you much luck, and you seem to be doing better then me so far, good! I had help from a friend along the way as it was my first, but Larvitar and Pawniard early game? Good choices. Honeslty I think the KiKi AI is busted, she kept trying to use Strength because it's part Fighting, but it's also part Psychic so my Pokémon were immune. You'll be fine against her. Shelly took too many tries then I care to admit(and I had traded in a Pawniard for her) I think I took Ame's advice and rode the wave with Frogadier! Lucky us Dark monorunners get the frogger, so weaknesses can be a thing of the past!.....most of the time. If you strategic about it you can get some cheeky resists(like using Smack Down to get to rock type and avoid bug moves on Shelly(Note, you must evolve to Greninja otherwise they will try to hit you with grass attacks instead of bug)) Overall, we get a lot of variety and quite a few options, so don't fret too much
  5. Ah yes, a Fighting type mono-run it is then! I'll get to work on it as soon as possible!
  6. Another one! I actually did a poison run myself and it was pretty easy most of the way. Honestly Radomus only took 2-3 tries, even with a Hadley's with 1 Attack IVs, lol. I wish you lots of luck!!!
  7. I just noticed I got another response!(I'm very surprised I haven't gotten Magnezone/Gardevoir suggestions, they seem to be fan favorites..) I will definitely consider those three! A tanky Ninetails sounds interesting and the Gogoat and Sawsbuck would work well definitely.
  8. Gemini and Tessa of course! Fake Out and Flame Burst on Illumise pretty much nulls her strategy! Beyond that I have no idea..
  9. Save the police, name Growlite Tessa!! Also name the Cacnea Thorne of course!
  10. I see Fighting is definitely ahead! ^^ should be an interesting one, but we will still have to see who wins. I'll wait until Friday to and play whichever wins.
  11. Soooooo I've done a couple of monotype playthroughs already, including poison, dark, and an in progress bug one. I don't want to start posting the bug one because I'm already rather far into it, so I thought maybe I would join in on the hype and start another fresh one to post on here too! One problem, I have no idea what type to do...so I'm taking suggestions. I'm pretty open to anything except Posion, Dark, Flying, and Bug. I tried a flying one, got pretty bored of it, the others are already done/in progress, so leave me some suggestions please! If it wasn't one of the water/fire/grass/ground/psychic/normal ones that are already going on that'd be cool too, but feel free!
  12. Counter Crustle? I hadn't considered it actually.....I got a dwebble to breed rather early on in my run so i've had mine for while actually! Also, hey, I just noticed out Larvesta match! Mine is timid too! Except, she's female and shiny though... I also took your advice on EV training up my bugs and it really does help so much wow! It's so fufilling to watch a Ariados crit take out two of Shade's pokemon with Sucker Punch... I wish you luck on what's to come, I know how ruff it is out there for us poor bug trainers...nice update~
  13. Wow! Another bug monotype, that is actually going well! on Shelly, I totally agree with you, she was one of the hardest so far. I haven't faced Shade yet but I'm not looking forward to it, since I don't have many of the team members you have...maybe I should train up a Vivillion.. Good luck on the upcoming battles! I found that Heracross(Got lucky and landed one from Wondertrade) and a Wormadam Sandy Cloak I trained up. They've both been pretty good team mates so far, I highly recommend them!
  14. cough Jaggi I love your mono-ground playthrough I really like seeing mono-runs cough Huh...Maybe I'll go with either Excadrill or Flygon... I'm leaning Flygon.
  15. I believe it's a glitch, but using the move in the first slot for Leafeon allows me to use Last Resort. In this case that move is Swords Dance, so It really depends on how fast Leafeon is comparatively, but usually if it lives a hit for an SD I can Silk Scarf Last Resort at least two Pokémon down. On Sandslash, I mainly used it for Aya way back when, and now it's sort of become a HM slave. I'm considering replacing it with a better ground type but I mainly just have no idea which one. Any suggestions, based on my current team/up coming leaders?
