    It's probably fine to just make instructions that will solve it for one solution. Other puzzles have multiple solutions (like the third Calcenon gym one) but i would imagine most people using this resource just want to get through them

    Also, correction to the guide: Own Tempo Rockruff is available from the start, I believe. At the absolute latest it's first available after the Secret Shore, right before the sixth gym.

    Starting the Classified Information quest ASAP makes things screwy (since it's now available as soon as you enter GDC). You can tell Anabel/Looker about the events of Nightmare City before having gone there yourself. Additionally, if you give Anabel a Nightmare Medallion and go to Nightmare City before having done the story events there, talking to her for the sidequest lets you skip all plot events up until you get inside the Toy Box, including the battle with Zetta.     Are you able to breed the shadow pokemon moves? Stuff like Shift Gear Sudowoodo or Entrainment Slaking are infinitely better than the regular versions

    Ralts is probably fine--I don't think it was ever broken the way something like Gyarados was or Flygon is, but it was extremely popular which is going to skew perception. There are plenty of solid pokemon that get boosting moves and are available before Ralts is obtainable or around the same time--Diggersby, Alakazam, Mismagius, Zoroark, Ninetales, Houndoom, Crawdaunt, Barbaracle, Flygon just in the vanilla game and ignoring starters/mystery egg. Gard has a good STAB combo, but it's still a physically frail, 80 base Speed pokemon with no speedboosting moves/ability

    If the immediate rewards from the puzzle aren't important to you, you don't actually need to do the puzzle to get the sticker. The code the woman wants is always the same, and you can give it to her without completing the magic square puzzle

    But Erin is before GDC On topic, I have to say that although I originally didn't like the... actual reactions of your face at first, having read through this while I was bored at work once, it really grew on me and this (plus your Reborn playthrough) were both great reads.
