Holy crap I didn't expect this to get this popular so quickly. They were all so good I wish I could reply to them all, but that would be a longer post than this is, so I only picked a few. Parents are...tricky sometimes. They want what's best for us so don't worry too much. Just keep working at it and maybe one day you'll make it. Aim to show the world what you're made of. I'm not sure if I should be posting this here or in The Wasteland. Ah well.. So I had one of those random shower thoughts yesterday. You know, the ones that pop out of nowhere and are exremely random/deep? Yeah. Well the question popped into my head :"What do people want most in life? What's their goal?" So I'm making this thread to hear what you guys have to say. What do you guys want most in life, and why? Fame? Money? Love? All of the above? It can be more than one thing. Personally I want two things, which are sort of connected. First of all, I want (as cliche as this sounds) to be wanted. Secondly, I want to be accepted as a human being. I grew up in a pretty hostile environment where no one but my family really accepted me. Not many people wanted me around. I think because I am the exception to the black racial stereotype.... This was all in my early development stage so it kinda haunts me now. That's why I always want to be of use to someone. Whether it's something as small as answering a question or doing someone a huge favor, it makes me happy when I can do something helpful. I have an urge to prove myself, in hopes that I will be accepted and not abandoned. That's what the Reborn community is to me, a refuge, a second home, a second family. All that deep stuff. Getting off of that depressing topic, I want to hear what other people want most in life, as shallow or deep as it may be. Funny thing. This is actually the second topic I've ever made on this forum. I've been here for a year...jeez, laziness to the max.

I see where you're coming from. He does tell you it'll probably work itself out though. Also the Venam example is important to the story, this is more of a surprise sidequest thing.

I think I'm the only one whk kept Quick attack. For revenge killkng purposes, even though Greninja is crazy fast. I think extrasensory is the better choice, instead of x-scissor, because Greninja is a bit more of a special attacker and it has higher accuracy. So my preferred set is mostly special, but physical has it's uses. Too bad dark pulse isn't a thing yet.
