  1. Uh... I'm curious - why haven't you evolved your Dusclops yet?
  2. I love the way you have written the story Keep it up! I'm looking forward to this
  3. I've been EV training my Charizard - focusing on its Attack and Speed EV. It currently has a Naive nature (+Spe, -Spd), and has 186EVs in its Attack - but its Sp.Attack stat is still larger than its Attack stat. I'm guessing this has to do with its pretty high IV for Sp.Attack (27) and its pretty low IV for Attack (11). So my question is: should I breed another Charmander or should I stick with this Charizard? This Charizard currently has Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Dragon Dance and Wing Attack. If I'm going to stick with this one, I'll replace Wing Attack with Air Slash - and will need to replace Dragon Dance with something else - so any suggestion for the fourth move will be appreciated also.
  4. You can buy it from the floral shop in Lapis Ward too. Much more convenient in my opinion
  5. I'm not sure about Compoundeyes but that Dragon Scale is definitely there. The first Horsea I found was holding it.
  6. I just checked a Let's Play video and nope he says Waterfall is being held up in Ametrine. I can't attach a screenshot at the moment for some reason - so I'll give you a link instead: http://youtu.be/LZxj1g8si5k?t=17m36s
  7. I really like the 'Bright' theme. I'm not a huge fan of 'depressing' music (however, it fits the atmosphere of Reborn very well) - and 'Bright' (Oceanic Museum remix) is like almost the only 'bright-sounding' track in Reborn. 'Fluid' comes in second place
  8. I think Waterfall is located in Ametrine. I think Hardy told us this while we first encounter the giant iceberg created by PULSE Avalugg/Glalie Oh okay. Hmm so does that mean Lapis Ward technically had two gyms?
  9. How can you find that out by cheating though?
  10. I'm curious to find out who the next Gym Leader will be. Here's my crappy speculation: Amaria & Titania probably won't appear until we get Waterfall (I'm guessing we'll get this in the next, next episode?) Saphira's gym is in Labradorra (is that right?), and I don't think we'll be accessing the city anytime soon (and she looks pretty strong... I won't be surprised if she is the final gym leader. I hope this is true... she's my favorite character in Reborn xD Adrienn is probably connected to the Amaria-Titania-Waterfall event like many others have speculated, so I'm not expecting xem to be the next leader. Ciel & Terra are potential candidates, although I would put Ciel at a higher priority as Terra seems to be the strongest out of the trio. Hardy might also fit in too. In fact, he may be more likely than Ciel, because you need one of those Battle Passes to fight Ciel. Terra left the circus anyway (where the hell did she go?), so we probably won't be fighting her soon. I think I recall the signal governing the problem in Agate is located in Ametrine? So I guess we can enter Ametrine... conflict with Blake (and possibly battle and defeat him?), find the source of the signal, defeat the PULSE Pokemon, return to Agate - and have a gym battle. Slightly off-topic but: 1. If Waterfall is located in Ametrine, will we need to have a Gym Battle there? If so, who would be the leader? 2. (very off-topic) Where is Noel's gym usually located at?
  11. I agree to some of this. I don't want to sound rude, but I'm actually sick of people saying that "Wow OOO is a pushover! I beat him/her with only a Blaziken/Gyarados!", when other people needed like several attempts to defeat him/her. Maybe its just me overreacting, but I consider that as trolling to be honest
  12. Sounds neat, but the chances of shiny encounters in Reborn are already quite high enough anyway... so I don't think there is really much point
  13. Hmm nope. I just went to the Bulbapedia website and the only moves it can learn via the move-relearner are Imprison, Nasty Plot (which is a move you might consider), Flamethrower, Quick Attack, Confuse Ray and Safeguard. No Flame Burst there unfortunately...
  14. I think Mockingbird misread Fire Blast as Focus Blast. I'm guessing he was lucky... because I noticed that sometimes the opponent uses some attacks at extremely weird times. For example, the Cinccino attacked me with Bullet Seed against my Charizard ... which I found pretty amusing (it didn't happen often though. The consecutive times, he used Rock Blast) Unfortunately, I don't think there is another way to Growlithe. Nor, re-teach Flame Burst to your Ninetales. The only option would be to breed another Vulpix
  15. Hmm... I may be not the best at answering these but I'll have a go: Chesnaught - Get rid of Pain Split or Bite for Leech Seed. Butterfree - Sleep Powder is a more convenient option than Poisonpowder Ninetales - I would get rid of one of Flamethrower/Fire Blast (I would prefer to leave Flamethrower due to 100% accuracy but its your call) and replace with it Will-O-Wisp. Most of Noel's threats use physical moves - so burning them would be crucial. It won't help much in this gym battle but the Will-O-Wisp + Hex combo is pretty decent too Slurpuff - I'm actually not sure how well this Pokemon does... but if its not that useful, I would use it as a shield (a.k.a send it out when your other Pokemon need to heal) or teach it Fake Tears to support your Ninetales or Pachirisu Delcatty - Uh... I really would get a replacement Pokemon for this. I actually don't like changing party members myself, but Delcatty is extremely worthless. I would get another Pokemon that can deal with Noel's birds because Pachirisu is an alright Pokemon, but it probably won't be able to handle two birds itself.

    flabebe

I thought this was the case too... IIRC I caught my Violet Flabebe at the place described above
  17. Everyone seems to have positive responses... so I'll raise one (once I completely EV train my Pokemon... which is going to take a while ....) Might go with Focus Energy / Surf / Dragon Pulse / Ice Beam. Sounds okay to me
  18. I was looking for a Horsea so I can use it to breed a Charmander that knows Dragon Dance. I found one - and it happened to have a Dragon Scale (and I'm guessing I was extremely lucky because it was my first Horsea!) Hence I'm wondering, if it is worth training a Kingdra? I've never used one before ever in the official Pokemon game - so I really don't know how good it is.
  19. I thought Uproar was a Special Attack? And yeah Shade doesn't have Spiritomb anymore.
  20. Wow thank you so much! I really appreciate this. Looks like I got a bit of work to do... haha
  21. While I'm waiting for E14, I was thinking of raising my Pokemon more uh... professionally (not sure if this is the right word but can't think of another word atm). I've never done breeding before, so I'm new to the mechanic. Any comments on my team would be appreciated! But please don't advise me to replace any of the members. But advice on what other Pokemon I should raise is also welcome. *Caution: Extremely unoriginal nicknames Rizar (Charizard) (Lv. 69) Held Item: BrightPowder Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk) Ability: Solar Power Moves: Dragon Rage, Flamethrower, Air Slash, Smokescreen Skunny (Skuntank) (Lv. 69) Held Item: Scope Lens Nature: Naughty (+Atk, -SpD) Ability: Aftermath Moves: Toxic, Flamethrower, Night Slash, Screech Zuzu (Shiny Azumarill) (Lv. 69) Held Item: Quick Claw Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpA) Ability: Huge Power Moves: Bounce, Superpower, Aqua Tail, Play Rough Aimby (Ambipom) (Lv. 69) Held Item: Silk Scarf Nature: Naughty (+Atk, -SpD) Ability: Technician Moves: Double Hit, Rock Smash, Swift, Screech Karoz (Shiny Zoroark) (Lv. 69) Held Item: Dread Plate Nature: Rash (+SpA, -SpD) Moves: Night Daze, Foul Play, Flamethrower, Nasty Plot Houdin (Alakazam) (Lv. 69) Held Item: Mind Plate Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk) Moves: Psychic, Shadow Ball, Calm Mind, Reflect
  22. I'm pretty sure Trainer046 is an Ace Trainer (can't really remember the exact name). She was one of the Gym Trainers in Charlotte's Gym. I think Trainer047 is also an Ace Trainer, and was also present in Charlotte's gym (although I'm not too sure on him)
  23. I never said Radomus will die. It was just speculation. But you do have a good point. I forgot that the leaders were based off of real people - so you're probably right.

    Shoal Salt

It was available prior to E13 (I think it was hidden in Citae Arc-d'... yeah) - but not anymore due to introductions of Shoal Salts and Shells
  25. But Shade's Gym didn't portray Eclipse's death - so Radomus's death is still a possibility (but I don't want it to happen though) The Champion being Arceus itself... wow that I never thought of.
