    Today, I closed my eyes because I felt dizzy while having lunch. When I opened them again, I was lying in hospital because apparently I passed out from stress accumulation and exhaustion. Maybe I shouldn't have started a second job...

      Thank you so much guys. I've recovered but the doctor has suggested to stay overnight at the hospital just in case. I was also excused from both of my jobs until next week, so I should be able to recover fully until then.
