It's not too hard actually! Here's an easy way to do it, find the first switch and hit it. Then save. The 2nd switch is always by that one, so you should only have check 4 times potentially at most and you can soft reset any time you get it wrong :^

Also the fact that one of the E4 says they're a ghost type specialist yet rocks up with a load of poison types too
