Question. If i change my pokemon's nature, does it's stats automatically re-adjust? or do i need to scale it down to 1 and back up again to reclaim the stats?

Yo Dark Souls Fam, i need help. I have a Dex build which i originally intended to be similar to a sneaky bow assassin build from skyrim where i avoid combat and just snipe things. I used the Uchigatana for the longest time until i got the farron great sword, which i love, and now i am at a dilemma. Should i be using the Dragonrider bow or the black bow of pharos?
