Hey Inuki we don't know each other very well, we should change that. Like we really should. Happy birthday.

Sick bond unit. I think that concept is actually really cool, though I doubt I'll actually be able to use it because Ikaru said that castles are region locked. Oh and I did do that. But because of his 6 space movement it was difficult to approach him, so I baited him out and he crit me. Next time I'm going in there with Azama paired up with Kagerou, then Hans can eat my 7 space movement!

Nah she did it herself. What difficulty were you playing on? Also I tried the level again, was stupid, and got Orochi killed. Now with lessons learned I tried the level a third time, and it was going really well until my main character got crit on an 11% chance by that Berserker dude. Screw this level, it's kicking my ass harder than the ninja one. Yeah he's promoted to Great Master and he's a total beast. Growths like HP: 65%, Str: 65%, Skl: 45%, Spd: 60%, Lck: 55%, Def: 50%. Because of the first 20 levels spent as a Monk his Res is pretty great too so his only weak stat is Mag. That's honestly not even important though because the HP stats in this game are so low he can still function as a perfectly effective healer by using a sun festival. Added to that his hilarious personality and he's easily my favorite character from either side.

I was actually gonna start mine with sure. Now I can't. But hit me up.

This. Game. What. The. Frig. After losing chapters 10, 11, and 12 prior to beating them I turn up at chapter 13 (Birthright) and start getting tons of great level ups. +Skl, Def, and Res on Kagerou, stuff like that. Then my army gets nuked by a lightning strike and I lose my main man Azama as well as Kaden. That's not fair, it's just not fair. It's way harder than Awakening that's for sure, and I love it for it. But I want my level ups back. Seriously, it's like the game knew I was gonna walk right into that. Seriously though, Azama's horrendously broken. He's my only promoted unit, and he's doubling people while dealing enough damage with each hit to kill them WITH A DAMN BRONZE NAGINATA, and he's got more Def than Rinkah. He also heals people, where is the downside?

Pokenations (Creative/Fun/Notable sets)
Sheep replied to Reignited'Light's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Ursaring (M) @ Choice Band Ability: Guts EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD Adamant Nature - Double-Edge - Close Combat - Crunch - Thrash My big boy Ursaring here had one job and he did it pretty well. Stop me from being swept by a Sigilyph. Guts means that they can't stop you by burning you and if you can snag a burn with the band then you'll deal with a standard cosmic shifter at +2 with no worries whatsoever. I needed the band though because I judged that the guts boost on its own wasn't going to be enough to stop that damn bird totem pole thing setting up on me. It's a shame that despite getting rid of his number one threat I still lost to Jerry's even more creative Eelektross set. Props to him for that. Edit: Togetic (F) @ Eviolite Ability: Serene Grace EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Bold Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Tri Attack - Defog - Roost - Heal Bell I guess there's also this set here. Designed to troll pretty much their entire nation into submission, act as bait to lure in Sigilyph, and spread status around their team, it was stricken by a sudden case of being unable to land a 40% chance. Still worked alright for a while though I guess. -
Praise The Sun... and Moon - Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon
Sheep replied to Godot's topic in Pokémon Fan Club
Oh I don't know, I think it looks a lot like a termite. White body, reddish brownish head, large jaws. The description says that it uses its jaws for digging, and my brain immediately jumped to bug/ground upon reading that and that it loves electricity. The only inconsistency in the designs is Grubbin's stumpy legs, like those of a caterpillar, but that can be explained through maturation stages in the evolutionary line. -

Congrats Jelly, there's a part of me that wishes I knew you better, and another part of me that keeps me doing other things instead. Your humor is great though and I'm glad you're still here. -

Isn't termite a no brainer for bug/ground? -

Plea-he-he-hease give me a physical bulky offense bug/ground termite pokemon. Bug/ground is close to the bug dual type I want most, the only one I want more is bug/water. As for the rhinoceros beetle thing, Heracross is already a rhinoceros beetle, I doubt they'll do another. -
I never got my pastel goth aesthetic. I want a refund.

Nah posts in the Arcade don't count towards post count. Her 10,000th was actually a meeting recap in the auth section.

That's not actually a question I know how to answer, 'cause I don't make the game. If you really want to know though, there is a place you can go to ask if there are any plans for romance in reborn, and why. That'd be this thread. Is the game a better representation? I dunno about that, it seems to me that it trades a universe of kid friendliness, goofy villains, and simplistic plot for a post apocalyptic universe of pessimism. Neither are particularly close to our own current day society in my opinion. Also I don't remember prostitution ever being a thing, or even ever being touched on in reborn, where do you remember it from?

What is the highest leveled wild you have encountered?
Sheep replied to Govictory's topic in Reborn City
Either a Bronzong from Route 4 or a Swalot from the Water Treatment Plant. Not sure which, and I'm not sure of the levels. -
I love the mad lemon but this is pretty great.

The quiz is actually really inconsistent with me, but the first time I did it it gave me a typing that I honestly agree with a lot. Normal/Psychic. Normal: Normal Types are usually light-hearted and easy-going people. Like everyone else, they have their flaws and insecurities, but perhaps uniquely, they're able to accept themselves and others in spite of their flaws and always make the best of it. Psychic: Psychic Types are the intellectuals. They value intelligence, creativity and thoughtfulness. They prefer to look at the reasons behind things rather than the things themselves, and accordingly thrive both independently and socially. Often times, they are extraordinarily unique individuals, but they seldom seem to mind this. And I think I really am that mix of accepting and intelligent.

Noooooooooooooo Zapdos was a nightmare in UU, it was literally on every team.

I had a lot of trouble with Aya, but my hardest gym battles were actually Shelly and Ciel. Easiest would be Radomus.

I'm pretty sure Ame removed that chance, but it does exist in the main series games.

It's not even only on Apophyll beach, it's in some very specific rocks on Apophyll beach. You'll find the rocks you're looking for by going south from Apophyll academy, into an area with a handful of trainers, and Kiki giving a lecture.

I'm a bug kind of guy. Dunno why I like that type so much to be honest, but when I count up the number of pokes from each type that I like Bug comes out well in front. There are actually very few bug types that I don't like, and my all time favorite pokemon, Heracross, is a bug type. It's a surprisingly good type, with really bad type interactions but a slew of good pokemon and dual typings.

I go for stats of around 20 or higher. I don't breed for a specific hidden power though, and if the stat isn't important then I'll happily go for high teens.
