Imo, letting people know once in a while that you appreciate them, that you like them or just respect what they're doing is a good thing. And that's why a new Member Appreciation Thread has been put up now. Same rules apply as in the original topic. +1 Anyway, Bibarel is a good choice in early game, believe it or not. Simple Charge Beam or Amnesia are not things to kid around with. I'd suggest getting Helioptile and Bunnelby too. Helioptile can be found in... I forgot the place's name. It's an empty roof in the town where Corey is gym leader, but when it's sunny, you'll see Helioptile there. Bunnelby can be found in a cave in the forest where the Nuzleaf trapped you. (yes I forgot the name ok I don't play that much)

Zaïre (Maractus) Zaïre did as he was instructed by his lord Rain. Then the tremors started. An incredibly earthquake made even Zaïre shake. He felt gravel falling on his head. He looked up, only to see that the wall he was leaning against was starting to crumble. Zaïre jumped out of the way, just before the wall would have smothered him. He breathed heavily, and looked at the castle doors. I sure hope my lord Rain is alright... Ursa Maior (Ursaring) When the tremors started, Ursa Maior held on to a tree near him. "I changed my mind!" he roared, "Metang, stay here and help commander Atlas with the evacuation of the citizens! I'm going to repay my debt...on my own!" And with those words, Ursa Maior rushed to the Magic Kingdom. Little did he know that his assistance was not needed anymore at all.

I'm just used to my internet at home. I'm hardly ever somewhere else, except for school and sport clubs, where I haven't been at all the past few days.

Marius fell silent. Not only because he didn't want to reply to the rude boy, Henry, who was (oh joy!) his future roommate, but also after hearing the news of the death of the Porygon2. He bended his knees, and got on eye level with his Psyduck, Marina. "Please...do not ever do the same. Do not leave me like that," he muttered to the yellow duck, soft enough for none of the other people to hear. He proceeded to get back up. He stared blankly and emotionless at the rest of the group, not wishing to speak. Even though he didn't know the boy or the Porygon2, losing a Pokémon must always be horrible, to say in the least. Losing a friend just like that... Marius couldn't even imagine how that could feel. He didn't want to be able to either.

Marius looked at the new boy, Henry. He was sure that he had heard that name before today. He just didn't exactly remember where. "Listen up here. As a coordinator, this cape is part of my act. I am not going to throw it away, just because some random bo-" Then it suddenly hit him. The name. He turned pale. Did he really have to share a room with...this guy? Marius' positive outlook just fell apart, right there and then.

Zaïre (Maractus) "Ready. Set. Let's go," Zaïre told the blue-and-white wolf-like Pokémon. He hadn't imagined they would be here this fast. Would they even need the help of that commander of the Kingdom of Land, the Ursaring? Zaïre doubted it. Riding on the back of Rain gave him a good feeling. Never before had he moved over land this quickly. However, realizing he was actually riding on the back of his master, gave Zaïre a weird feeling. Almost as if he shouldn't be enjoying the ride. He shook off the worries. That kind of emotions were not welcome in the cactus' head. Ursa Maior (Ursaring) He groaned when Atlas, his fellow commander, noticed that he was about to leave. "We," he said as he gestured over the troup of Metang, "are about to depart for the Kingdom of Magic. A peacekeeper is held on trial there. Even more, that peacekeeper, a Gyarados, is an underling of the Suicune that saved us. I am going to provide support in the liberation of that Gyarados, together with these Metang. Then I will have repaid my debt with him." He took a long breath. "Now if you would be as friendly to not immediately go to our lord with this info, I thank you."

Just now, Marius had met James. He thought that maybe there were some nice people here too, people Marius could be friends with. "Hey, you know Halloween ended two months ago. You can take off that cape of yours." That did it. Insulting Marius himself was one thing, insulting his cape was three bridges too far. Marisa, his Psyduck, took a step back. She knew what usually happened when someone made fun of his cape. "That cape," he snapped as he turned around, "is a very precious piece of clothing to me. It is literally a part of myself! Who do you think you are, lecturing me?"

"Marius. Marius Sawyer is the name," he said, "And yes, I am a new student here. A coordinator in spe, if I might add." He then realized what the boy, James, said earlier, about Mareek's Pokémon getting badly hurt. James had wanted to check up on him, and so did the boy Marius had been arguing with. He looked back at the boy. "I...guess I owe you an apology, then. I did not know that the matter was that important. I apologize for holding both of you up. Your friend must be expecting you, you should hurry to go and see him." Marius actually managed to put up a faint smile now.

"May I point out to you that you are holding yourself up right now, princess?" Marius said angrily, glaring back, "Besides, that looked nothing alike to how I dismissed you. It was not gracious enough." He then turned to the other boy that joined them. His conversation partner seemed to know him. Even more, the two seemed to be friends. "Why, hello there. I do not believe we have met before. Can you please tell your friend here to calm down? This is not really the nicest of conversations." Marius let out a small sigh. This wasn't how he had pictured his first day at the academy.
