  1. What is wrong with a green dragonite?
  2. The primals are SUPPOSED to be OP. The base forms are broken already anyway, so why not step it up a little? Plus those megas are intended to be with a TOTALLY DESERVED nerf to Baton Pass making it no longer able to pass any +2 boost or above. Espeon's Stored OPower won't be broken anymore with only 6-7 boosts right? The others are more balanced, Dragonite might be broken but the restriction of having all 5 partners fainted for the ability to activate should balance it. The Dragonites is also supposed to be OP, it's basically Soul Dew for all pseudo-legends. I like Mega Bastiodon but the lack of Sturdy can hinder the use of his best move: Metal Burst
  3. Mega Delibird: Ice-Bug Santa's Gift (Defeatist+Truant+Slow Start+blocks any move not called Present. Present now is guaranteed to heal the opponent All stats increased by 20. I don't care about them because it is just to make Delibird the worst pokemon ever, as Game Freak seems to have something against that guy for some reason. Requeriment: nothing, it mega-evolves automatically on entering the battle with any move not called Present Mega Mimagius Ghost-Psychic Incorporeal (blocks all contact moves entirely. Affected by Mold Breaker) 60 HP 60 attack 70 (+10) defense 135 (+30) special attack 135 (+30) special defense 135 (+30) speed Mega Beautifly bug-fairy Beautiful Trap (If Beautifly has either full HP or less than half, all attacking moves directed to it have 60% chance to miss regardless of accuracy, excluding unavoidable moves. Particularly terryfing in a set with Quiver Dance, Substitute and Morning Sun) 60 HP 70 attack 70 (+20) defense 135 (+35) special attack 70 (+20) special defense 90 (+25) speed New Move: Morning Wind (hitts both targets in doubles, applies bug or fairy type damage depending on which one is more effective against every targetted opponent separately, heals 50% damage inflicted, 70 base power 100% accuracy 15 PP) Requeriment: Beautiflite. Mega Marowak Ground-Rock Sharp Mind (Analytic clone, both abilites are upgraded with added benefit of 10%+accuracy when the power boost requeriments on XY and ORAS are met) 60 HP 90 (+10) attack 130 (+20) defense 70 (+30) special attack (physical attack of 80 base multiplied x2.5 is already enough) 90 (+10) special defense 65 speed (+20) Requeriment: Bone Club/ Marowakite. Mega Luvdisc Serene Grace (60% burn chance, who's laughing now?) 43 HP 84 (+54) attack (otherwise it would maybe even be broken lol) 75 (+20) defense 55 (+10) special attack 75 (+10) special defense 103 (+6) speed (take that garchomp) Required item: Luvdisquite OP Mega Dragonite: same typing Dragon Spirit (when Dragonite attacks with a non-status move, the attack ignores the opponent's typing if Dragonite's five partners have fainted. It is useless on anything other than 6 vs 6 battles. If one partner is revived, the effect dissapears.). 94 HP 168 (+34) attack 105 (+10) defense 130 (+30) special attack 105 (+5) special defense 101 (+21) speed That way we prevent the annoying "any remotely usefull offensive ability given to that damn beast will push it to ubers for sure, as he can abuse Multiscale to boost then replace it to attack" issue. He rises as the last trump card of the match, ready to turn the tables on times of true desesperation Requeriment: Dragonitite (can't really understand why nobody tought of calling the stone that way to prevent repetitions) or Dragonites (custom item, see below) Primal Dialga same typing Temporal Paradox (creates 5-turn effect Temporal Paradox, makes all charge and recharge moves skip the charge-recharge turn and makes them flinch 100% of the time) 100 HP 150 (+30) attack 160 (+40) defense 200 (+50) special attack 100 special defense 70 (-20) speed Requeriment: Adamant Orb. Same rules as any primal form. Primal Palkia Space Warp (activates Trick Room on switch-in) 90 HP 170 (+50) attack 130 (+30) defense 200 (+50) special attack 130 (+10 special defense 60 (-40) speed Requeriment: Lustrous Orb (gasp, what a surprise) Primal Giratina (now origin forme giratina's sprite becomes primal giratina's sprite) Reverse Zone (another 5 turn effect field, all special attacks now run on physical attack and viceversa, meaning only defensive pokemon, mixed attackers and foul play users can confront that monster) 150 HP 140 (+20) attack 130 (+10) defense 140 (+20) special attack 130 (+10) special defense 90 speed Requeriment: guess what Extra: now all special items work as megastones for the respective pokemon, meaning soul dew mega latios is possible, and the three orbs keep the original effect while providing primal reversion, as well as Thick Club mega marowak. Effect of "Dragonites": increases 20% speed, attack and special attack of all dragons, and acts as a mega-stone for all the ones capable of mega-evolving except the lati twins, rayquaza and the sinnoh legendaries. Banned in battle tower and wifi matches a-la-Soul Dew.
  4. Defensive Empoleon walls most of your team. The only pokemon that can defeat it is Metagross, who cannot switch in on it at all, and even on 1 vs 1 defeating him is risky due to scald doing a ton of damage+possible burn, with EQ not even coming close to OHKOing Empoleon first. As you just said, Swampert is definitely a must-have on this team replacing Crobat, preferably with Rest or Heal Bell support to combat the burn-inducing Scald better.
  5. ARE YOU JOKING? Pixilate turns Hyper Voice, a tutor move in ORAS thus trivial to obtain, into a fairy type attack and gives it almost 120 base power, not counting the STAB boost of being now Fairy type attack on a Fairy pokémon, with the unique property of bypassing Substitute. That against an ability that: - Requires the opponent to be the other gender. - Requires the opponent to use a contact move. - Requires relying on a 30% chance to activate.
  6. AgiliWrap Dragonite is just as broken as Amnesia Mewtwo, you know.
  7. you are supposed to use Leaf Storm on the Switch BTW. Spamming Leaf Storm is basically Serperior's job. Plus that's Stealth Rock is for
  8. Why that passion? Because I love that game, because that's my style. Because I can see a mile behind if a gimmick has potential. The fact that EVERY of my teams has an unusual pokemon or set is proof of that. SubDDnite, SubCM Jirachi, Mega Gallade, Semi-Bulky DD Altaria, Ditto... and something truly horrible that has been thankfully banned. PD I auto-censored the comment just for comedy
  9. LOL. The pokemon of your opponent basically suck. As long as you carry a bulky pokemon (cough Quagsire cough Garchomp cough) to stop Talonflame and Barbaracle, you will likely win. Mega Venusaur will wall out Sceptile anyway, so fitting Quagsire instead of Mienshao is the best option.
  10. I only count one, Volcanion won't take very well the flying moves. He will not be able to switch in twice for sure, and never after rocks. It's funny that if Talonflame went ALONE he would basically massacre this team, as the only real to SD Talon is Hippowdon's WhirlWind. That's a BIG mistake, especially considering you are basically relying on the opponent being a total noob and just sending a frail, offensive pokemon against an enemy that can seriouslt dent it with common moves: 252+ Atk Choice Band Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 106-126 (35.6 - 42.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO 252+ Atk Mega Scizor Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 170-201 (57.2 - 67.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO If someone carries the Talonflame, or even Charizard, and sees that you basically have zero responses to them, they won't switch it recklessly at the start if they can consider themselves a decent pokemon player, they will store it for a couple of turns, they will scout your team until they have made sure that yes, the, ehem, rival they have ahead overlooked this obvious threat, THEN they will RAVAGE the team. And look at THAT: +2 252+ Atk Metal Coat Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Talonflame: 170-201 (57.2 - 67.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252+ Atk Metal Coat Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mega Charizard Y: 159-187 (53.5 - 62.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 96 HP / 0- Def Tornadus-T: 288-340 (89.1 - 105.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252+ Atk Scizor Superpower vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Volcanion: 245-289 (67.3 - 79.3%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock. With a Life Orb you can guarantee the KO in Volcanion at the cost of some damage, all while not making you loose your item and a moveslot for the rest of the battle. Not enough for you? even Quick Attack, despite being mediocre, is better than Natural Gift: +2 252+ Atk Technician Scizor Quick Attack vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Talonflame: 191-225 (53.2 - 62.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock +2 252+ Atk Technician Scizor Quick Attack vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Thundurus: 192-226 (64.2 - 75.5%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock <--- big chance to OHKO after rocks and one turn of Life Orb recoil, and thundurus can't OHKO back with any move anyway. Want anti-flying coverage? just use Swords Dance and keep the rocks up, THAT's your best anti-flying coverage, (censored). Oh, and all this forgives that you could simply U-turn to a counter and rack up residual damage as Hippowdon half the pokemon you mentioned, and no one of them likes switching with Stealth Rock up. There is a difference between UNUSUAL, and USELESS. Natural Gift, being a one-turn move that requires a specific item and will only be usefull in one of every ten games is DEFINITELY the second.
  11. Royal Meteor: Dragon Type move Priority -7 PP:5 Status move perfect accuracy It stats a count from 20 to 0. when the count goes to 0, the team that used the move wins. Using the move again while the count keeps going down cancels the effect, regardless of wich team uses it. The animation of the move mimics Draco Meteor, but a LOT bigger.
  12. I recommend switching Darmanitan by Adamant Victini. He has Anti-Water coverage and will not suicide after using his main attack, the speed will never matter with the scarf boost and the power difference is barely noticeable: 252 Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 246-289 (72.1 - 84.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO 252+ Atk Victini V-create vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 270-318 (79.1 - 93.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO 252 Atk Sheer Force Darmanitan Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 270-318 (79.1 - 93.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO I prefer to not waste my breath about Rampardos. I will just say "Try with Latios or Keldeo". Rampardos is strong, but that frailty is just not worth it. 252 Atk Mold Breaker Rampardos Head Smash vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew: 294-346 (86.2 - 101.4%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO. 354 Speed 252 SpA Choice Specs Latios Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mew: 318-375 (93.2 - 109.9%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO. 350 Speed 252 SpA Choice Specs Keldeo Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Mew: 268-316 (78.5 - 92.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO 346 Speed (in case you hate Pursuit Trappers) Plus both act as pseudo-mixed attackers with Psyshock and Secret Sword respectively. And squeeze a defensive pokemon there. With so many choiced pokemon the chance of a set-up sweeper finding a chance to boost and obliterate you is enormous. See? Not having a boosting item destroys the utility of the massive 165 base attack. EDIT: LOL You are running BOTH Darmanitan and Victini? Isn't that quite redundant? Try to run something with Volt Switch instead of Darmanitan. Preferably, Choice Scarf Rotom-W or Choice Specs Raikou to make sure you don't get ravaged by Flying Types (no, Rampardos is too frail to survive even resisted hits, look at that): 252+ Atk Choice Band Reckless Staraptor Brave Bird vs. 36 HP / 0 Def Rampardos: 276-325 (80.2 - 94.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
  13. Lol, Since when Coba Bery HP Rock Serperior is common? Plus you get fun regardless of what you use lol. If not, those "common mons" would have never become common...
  14. I prefer not to talk about how bad natural gift is, especially on a SD+Uturn set without recovery... Wouldn't it be more usefull to carry Coba Berry Serperior with Hidden Power Rock instead? Scizor will never outspeed or survive a hit from any of those pokemon, and you can't just use Natural Gift on the switch as you only have one chance to use the move in the entire battle. Coba Berry Hidden Power Rock Serperior will do it better and if you use it at mistime, the opponent will likely not realize it's Hidden Power Rock, with the benefit that regardless if the opponent sees it, Serperior gets shielded against those pokemon. Don't use Natural Gift. It sucks. Seriously. Plus Scizor can heavily dent all those bar Talonflame and Charizard (lured on, outspeed and OHKOed by Serperior) with Superpower (that will also hit Heatran, Empoleon and Excadrill, all common Scizor Switch-ins), or grab momentum with U-turn, likely to Serperior that will finish them off via HP rock. Of course, this means switching to Choice Band or Life Orb Roost+3 attacks Scizor. Plus what are you outspeeding with that Volcanion? Weavile? Definitely not the megas you said lol, even max speed does not come close: 262*1,5=393<405 256*1,5=384 that just barely outspeeds Weavile, but you already have Scizor. Is that all the reason?
  15. Icy Wave: Exclusive of Empoleon Basically Surf but with a 20% chance to freeze
  16. Wihout a doubt the most beloved video game soundtrack is the main theme of the LJN Video Art. All analog TVs are now exclusively dedicated to broadcast it.
  17. Well, the title says it all, Dragonite has been my one of my two favourite pokémon (the other being Empoleon) from a long time and i would like to use him again on the reborn game..
  18. yeah, azumarrill won't be outspeeding anything anyway. he is slow as a rock. my favourites are jolly and timid, i tend to focus on speed on my teams. the only exceptions are mamoswine who needs adamant to have a chance to kill skarmory with Icicle Hax, the Calm defogger Empoleon and the two excadrill i run for hazard control and for SS, and the Hippowdon who is just there to provide the aftermentioned sandstorm. oh, and the Quiet Aegislash, for obvious reasons
  19. Minecraft Star Wars Battlefront 2 (i dislike EA's ripoff, srry) Treasure Planet Bap EthForces Mod in case someone even knows what it is i use Joanaguayo on Steam and Treasure Planet, SJMistery everywhere else 3DS: pokemon obviously, MK7, intend to play MKWii, and Pokemon HGSS and BW2 if i ever manage to find a tunggle-like connection for Wii and DS. JoanAP 0920 3611 4128
  20. Not a big fan of spinner Claydol. He gets spinblocked so easily it's not even funny. Consider running Prinplup, Swanna, Avalugg or Armaldo instead. I recommend defog due to having two SR weak mons
  21. There is no team on your post lol. Recently i have been testing this baby: Manectric-Mega @ Manectite Ability: Lightning Rod EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def - Thunderbolt - Volt Switch - Flamethrower - Hidden Power [ice] Weavile @ Life Orb Ability: Pressure EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Pursuit - Knock Off - Icicle Crash - Ice Shard Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers Ability: Intimidate EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD Adamant Nature - Stealth Rock - Earthquake - Rock Slide - U-turn Tornadus-Therian @ Assault Vest Ability: Regenerator EVs: 6 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe Hasty Nature - Hurricane - Superpower - Knock Off - U-turn ?-Block (Forretress) @ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def Relaxed Nature IVs: 0 Spe - Volt Switch - Rapid Spin - Spikes - Gyro Ball JustAsYou (Ditto) @ Choice Scarf Ability: Imposter EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Bold Nature IVs: 1 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 SpD - Transform - - Quite a bit random, but does well against offense. I feel that I need to squeeze Latios somewhere, to break down walls.
  22. Consider running Talonflame itemless and with Acrobatics. The lack of recoil is worth the (120*1.2)-110=144-110) 34 base power difference
  23. Why Inner Focus? Plus try Acrobawesome and forget about Brave Shit. Your Talonflames will apreciate not dying in the middle of a sweep
