It's not the holiday season yet. Well, a PS4 would be amazing, but I don't actually expect that. I'd be really happy to get the Dark Souls II Design Works book though. I've been meaning to get that at some point.

Honestly, he didn't really care. After all, they were about to go around town killing at least 6 other people. That was plenty illegal in and of itself. He raised his hands in a helpless gesture. We've done what we were supposed to, and besides... I mean... we gotta get these things back home. We'll get them next time. Sheesh, and then I'll have you explain this whole Holy Grail thing a little better to me, 'kay? Because I'm confused." Sylva raised her hands triumphantly as she started forward. "Okie doke, Master! I think I have a better idea of what this war's about now, anyway! I was confused before, but the emotions of all these Servants have made things pretty certain. Which means we'll also need to set up a territory... And try on the shorts!" She walked forward in glee for another few steps, before stopping abruptly and looking back at her Master, a horrified look on her face. "I never got to try cake!" -

Depends, is Hungrybox a Jigglypuff in this situation? In that case, H-Box wins, hands down. His spacing is beautiful; the bear would never touch him. -
As someone who is pretty familiar with the inner workings of Gimp, I can say that there is indeed a way to shrink an image without quality reduction. Go to Image>Scale Image and then move down to the drop down box labeled "Interpolation." Change that from "cubic" to "none." I have a picture here in case you can't find it. That should remove any sort of quality reduction for pixel art. Hope this helps, and best of luck with the shop!

Would anyone be interested in a thread where I basically pick apart a bunch of anime OSTs and post a collection of what I consider the "best" tracks? I would update it whenever I come across something new, and it might be a nice way to find some good stuff. Just wonderin'.

Hmmm... I had envisioned it sort of like a comprehensive list that would grow over time... Mostly so people could see it all in one place without having to worry about digging through pages or anything. I was thinking that I could just make a post in the thread noting the update and what's new and all that, but if it's a thread where everyone contributes that might be weird... I'll have to think about this.

Mmyeah, it really depends if you want this to be a solo thibg then or if it's gonna be a free-for-all. Although...
If only you post, it doesn't matter either way. You can post things whenever you find them, even jist one by one, and then organise it however you want, since you can delete and edit posts.
On the other hand, if everyone can post, if you reserve a post or two, other people might as well. I can just see 80% of that topoc being "reserved" and "fo...

It's crazy how different 10032 looks in Index season 1 and in Railgun S. You can tell J.C. Staff improved their animation style over those 5 years. Saturday morning cartoons used to be my jam as a kid. As was Transformers Cybertron. I remember spending most of my childhood playing Sega Genesis games like Sonic the Hedgehog 1-3, Kid Chameleon, Gain Ground, Golden Axe, etc... And also Street Fighter 2. You won't see kids growing up on those games these days... I also remember when I was in middle school and everyone getting their own phones became a thing. Everyone was excited to show off their flip phones (If they could even flip) and whatnot. People that age didn't really have cellphones of their own before that... I'm only 18, but that makes me feel old when I see 2nd graders carrying around smartphones.

There's a part of me that says that there's no better time than now for me to change from this avi, since I'm switching off the Halloween version anyway, but then there's the other part of me that just doesn't want to let it go. I feel like it would be hard for any other image to represent me better than this one has, but that one part of me still nags me to change it. :C

Apologies to anyone whose avatar I didn't get to during The Spookening. Life happened and I didn't finish them all, but thanks to those who participated! Hopefully you were pleased with the ones that did get finished! It's been fun, and I plan on doing this again next year, so I'll leave with a "Have a happy what's-left-of-Halloween!"

Vance gave a crisp nod, returning Lily's smile with a sideways grin of his own. "It seems we'll have our own advantages in this war. The more we know, the more adequately prepared we'll be..." Vance visibly frowned. Preparation wasn't really his thing... He tended to deal with things as they came up, but when the stakes were this high, he supposed they'd have no choice. "But we'll have no idea where to start until we get an idea of who the other Masters and Servants are... which means we'll have to do some field work first. How about hitting up that museum to start?" -
The Great Debate: Is Halloween a good or bad holiday?

I personally LOVE Halloween. Seeing all the decorations, all the excited and happy people, all the parties... Something about it just makes me really happy. I'm also a fan of the "spooky" atmosphere sort of things, like dead trees surrounding a Gothic castle and whatnot. I haven't trick-or-treated for a couple years now, as I got hit by the "I'm too old" wave, but I love handing out candy to kids and seeing how happy they get. Unfortunately, I've only been able to do that once, when I was hanging out with some friends at a friends house and I volunteered to hand out candy to any kids who came. I live in the country, so I can't do it at my own house... Anyway, I still voted that I celebrate it, even though I don't trick-or-treat anymore. I think there's more to celebrating Halloween than that. -

Oh, ok. That clears up a bit of the confusion I had with territory creation then. I'm showing my lack of knowledge on the actual mechanics of Fate, beyond the basics. Thanks for clearing that up! ^^ I was planning to have her create a territory in the modern world at some point anyway, so I guess we'll just have to get to doing that. Though Sylva would have an absurd amount of natural ability and prana anyway, based on her lore and where she comes from, so I think she has at least a slight advantage over most Casters. She's the longest living elf to ever walk the earth where she comes from (~2000 years, which yes, is ridiculously long. But that was all part of the plot way back when.), and she has an enormous mana pool and plenty of natural ability with magic after all that time. I'm not sure how that would transfer into the Fate setting, but I won't be attempting anything broken, so don't worry (Besides, I have a Master who wants to win too). It sounds like we'll be working from a disadvantage even with her skills anyway, so we'll just do what we can.

Thinking about things now, I probably should have listed Sylva's Territory creation as EX or at least A, rather than B. Her "Realm of Twilight" Noble Phantasm pretty much is her territory, so maybe that should've been higher than C as well, knowing what I do now about Fate (And how much of an influence territory has for Casters. Though I still don't really know why it's so important for them, other than that canon says so...) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
