I planned something else for Shiro tbh. And I wasn't sure if you evolved it or not... And in the future I'd like to hear your opinion too. You are involved in this after all so even if you just PM me if you don't want to put it in the OOC. Everyone does but it isn't mandatory. Just describe how it looks like or mak a statue like some of the others did. I still have to read it but I knew your plans for Noibat so I'm going to set something up as soon as he enters the cave. Maybe How many shiny objects does she have?

Yes. I don't want to give them moves / certain behavior in battle when someone else ends up with them.

Pokémon Academy: Ch 2a: Dragons [IC]
Chim replied to Chim's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Group 1 (Bforger, Murdoc, Zephyr, EXLink) After they visited the Salamence hide-out, the group went back to the cottages. They were the last to arrive and immediately left with Alastair and Roman. They reached the area with the Druddigon nests pretty quick and saw them hang around in a sandy area along with some others species including Flygon and Garchomp. Unlike before with the other group, some fire types were running around as well, explaining where the heat came from. Alastair told everyone to move along the tree line until the dragons were used to their presence and the students were free to approach them. “Don’t startle the big ones, especially the Garchomps!” Alastair said while keeping an eye out. The students learned everything about safe approach in class anyway and his job here was to keep an eye out and calm down dragons if that was necessary. Slade soon found himself surrounded by various Gible. They played the same game they did with Evan. They dug holes around the student and hid underground until they knew he was standing with his back towards them. Then they popped out with a loud “Gible!” before disappearing again. Shiro on the other hand found himself in the midst of some Druddigon. They came out of the forest and passed right by him. Three little ones took a moment to sniff the closest students, including the shy student and his Ralts. ((Zephyr and Murdoc; I’ll let you start your interactions. Lana is free to talk to if you want.)) Group 2 (Commander and DarkLight) When the students reached camp back they found themselves waiting for Phoebe’s and Devin’s groups to return. The last group was already there, but unfortunately they didn’t have time to talk to them. Alastair informed them that their group was next to go to the swamp. The students had barely enough time to prepare for said trip when Phoebe and later Devin showed up with their students. After a longer walk then before they reached the lake and swamp area. Roman’s only warning was to not make a Dragonite angry and watch out for Dragalge’s poison. He and Phoebe kept silent about the very friendly Goodra in the area because they found it amusing when they managed to hug a student. Henry, who didn’t expect anything, would soon find out he was next on the target list. He wasn’t very sociable and without realizing it he managed to isolate himself while exploring the swamp area. Just like Robert earlier he noticed he was being snuck upon when leaves started to rustle. But before he could turn around he received the full power of the might Goodra-hug. It wasn’t easy to break through and Henry had bad luck. Multiple Goodra’s and pre-evolutions left their habitat and found the student being hugged by one of their own. Henry had no choice but to watch them get closer and be in the center of a very gooey group hug. ((DarkLight I’m going to let you start your interaction.)) Group 3 (TurboAura, Tses, Tacos) Sofia kept her distance from Ryan the entire way back. She didn’t realize she ran over Sissy and Robert earlier and walked around with her eyes fixated on the ground. They had to wait about five minutes until Devin’s group arrived at the cottages, where the other groups were already waiting, and left with Rebecca and Brendan. “Everyone, gather around,” Rebecca instructed when they finally arrived. “You’re free to explore this area and interact with the wild Pokémon. If you want to do the creativity challenge you can get a camera from Brendan. You don’t have to make a picture so feel free to make something if you want. Up ahead are five caves which are all connected to each other. They have a dead end so it’s impossible to get lost and they are filled with Noibat and Noivern.” She paused for a minute. “In the trees around us are a lot of Altaria nests. You can usually lure them down with snacks or by being friendly to it. That’s all I had to say so go ahead and explore.” The students didn’t know they were being watched by a certain Swellow in the trees. She came back as soon as she saw the previous group of humans leave, only to find her nest completely destroyed. But that didn’t matter. She could rebuild it later. For now she would watch very closely who she could fool into giving her nice shiny things without having to deal with retaliation. ((All of you can start your own interaction. Maybe I’ll change Swellow’s target xD)) Group 4 (K_H, Surge, Jory, Azery, Lucky Elf) The group was the first to reach the accommodations back. They had to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes before the last group arrived and left with Devin. They walked for a while until they reached the Tyrantrum territory. “Wait until I get back,” Devin instructed. “You have to show these Pokémon some respect before they accept you in their territory.” He walked over to the Tyrantrum, ready to bow, when he heard some noise behind him. The little Tyrunt’s had so much fun playing with the previous group they didn’t wait for any signs and just went ahead. They started dragging students by their shirts or gave them small bumps with their heads in order to get them moving and to play with them. The Tyrantrum in charge noticed it and just snorted to give her approval. ((All of you are grabbed by at least one of them)) -
When storyline is involved yes. Or battles or something like that. And I'm having too much fun with group 2...
-
I gave Jory the heads-up I'm going to move along. He can catch that Charmander in a flashback or something. I'll leave that up to him to decide. Anyway I only do it because we're still in the teambuilding / PC interaction phase. If it involves storyline (coming soon) I won't do it.

Pokémon Academy: Ch 2a: Dragons [IC]
Chim replied to Chim's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Somewhere in the forest “Is everything clear?” the leader of the small group asked. “Then take this with you,” he said handing over a device that looked like a Pokédex. Apparently that’s what the biggest guy with the deep voice thought as well. “A Pokédex? What are we supposed to do with that?” “It’s not a Pokédex,” his partner, the female, interfered. “It’s remodeled to a walkie-talkie isn’t it? “Old-fashioned but effective. It suits our disguises perfectly as it’s a basic model of a Pokédex that tourists can lend. We remodeled it with speakers and a tracker. It’s a hell of a lot better than using that Skarmory all the time. And this way we won’t get caught on a rangers radio either because it uses an entire different system with radio frequencies. Even if one of the rangers picks up the frequency we use, he can’t hear anything but an annoying interference. Now move out and don’t forget our plan. We strike tomorrow!” The group of four split of in pairs and removed their hoods for the very first time. They seemed like normal tourists hiking through the woods. The Skarmory hopped behind the leader and the guy with the frail build. -
A bald man in his early twenties watched one of his so called allies grab his artefact. Vincent waited a little longer until the man left before walking over to the box and grabbing an old book in a foreign language. “I’ll be upstairs,” he informed the last remaining remember of their little alliance. Vincent entered a dusty bedroom with not much in it except a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. He put his luggage down and immediately started to draw the summoning circle. It was done rather quickly so he searched his luggage for a flask with his own blood he prepared a few days ago. He took the flask and the old book and studied it a little. He was excited to summon a powerful servant, preferably a king that created his own empire by conquest. He didn’t recognize the writing or the language, but he assumed the MA had done exactly what he asked for. So maybe the writing was ancient Macedonian? How awesome it would be to summon the King of Conquest himself, but no matter how he looked at the words, it looked like some sort of Asian language. It could be a book about Atilla the Hun… Vincent wasn’t sure if the guy ever reached Europe or Russia. He placed the book, still wondering about who it could be, and poured the blood on the magic circle. A red snake made its way on the ground, spreading to fill the entire circle and a faint red glow could be seen. “Fill. Fill. Fill. Fill. Fill. Let it be filled fivefold for every turn, simple breaking asunder with every filling. For the essence, silver and steel. For the foundation, stone and the archduke of contracts. Close the gates of the four cardinal directions. Come forth from the crown, and follow the three forked road leading to the kingdom. Let it be declared now. My will creates your body. Your sword creates my destiny. If you heed the Grail’s call and obey my will and reason, then answer me. I hereby swear. That I shall be all the good in the world. That I shall defeat all evil in the world. From the seventh heaven, clad in the three great words of power, come forth from the circle of binding, guardian of the scales!” A bright flash appeared, blinding Vincent. Smoke filled the room and when everything cleared a tall slender man stood in front of him. The man wore dark clothes and his face was hidden. The only thing that Vincent could see, were the man’s dark eyes. “Are you my Master-dono?” the man asked. “Yes I am!” Vincent replied. “What was your name when you were still alive?” “Hattori Hanzo, Master-dono.” The Assassin made a bow to show his respect. “Who?” Goddammit! Those idiots from the MA screwed up! I asked specifically for a heroic spirit who was known for his combat skills and military power! What do I get? A no-namer! And what’s with the dono?” “I am a man who lived in Japan. In my lifetime I was known as a ninja, samurai and general, Master-dono.” Vincent mood changed from disappointment and rage into impressed. He wasn’t all that familiar with Japanese history but ninja’s were bad-ass in his books. “How did you die?” his tone became slightly more interested. “In battle at the age of 55, Master-dono,” Hanzo replied with another bow. This time Vincent’s eyes widened in surprise; a ninja surviving until he reached the age of 55… this guy must’ve been strong in battle, smart and sneaky at the same time. Wait a minute this can work! Most spirits are from European History or Legend so basically I have the wildcard. I don’t think they will have an easy time finding out who he is, especially if they focus on European Heroes. And since he’s obviously Assassin he fits my plans perfectly. I wanted to go after the other masters anyway. I just hope my two associates downstairs can keep the Servants busy. Vincent smiled again. “I’ll just call you Assassin from now on. As for you; call me Master. If you use that dono suffix the others will have an easier time to figure out who you are.” Assassin made another bow. “As you wish, Master,” he said before disappearing into spirit form.

I might move ahead and let Jory know he can do that catch in a flashback or something. He's busy so I don't blame him, but at the same time I don't feel comfortable to let 15 others wait at this point in the story.
-
Because I didn't keep it a secret. And I thought Donphan was an overlooked Pokémon so that's why I chose it. A herd of Mamoswine might be a little too much.
-
I'm using Joltik to show a little of Alvin's past. I might come up with something else for that. Evan is the same. That Donphan herd isn't there for the fun of it.
-
Logan walked close to Clint and Surge when descending the Hill. “Where do you want to set up camp, sir?” he asked. “It may be advantageous if we can keep an eye on that bridge. Some enemies might try to cross it or decide to take a swim to reach this shore.”

Group 1 is done. Kage and Raiza caught their Pokémon and Slade is done playing. Shiro and Lana weren't really involved now. As for group 2 DarkLight can still respond to commander if she wants, if not I'll move ahead when Jory had the chance to post. Speaking of species clause and being original: I don't plan much and try to give NPCs Pokémon that aren't taken because I know everyone likes diversity. So Alvin is going to get a Joltik and either Pinsir or Heracross. Did anyone plan to catch any of the last 2? And because of that I planned on giving Evan a Phanpy and later on a Meditite.

Funny you post that word because from my point of view you are trying to get your way without listening to what we say. (And I'm not the only one) First of all: we won't make your combo's. You seem to really want an Extremespeed / Close Combat combo and while that can work you left no openings. We told you there is no way in hell someone will take 3 (yes I still say it's 3) attacks head on and probably lose the battle in one turn. Tone it down. This isn't the anime. While that logic does apply I won't allow guaranteed OP hits. 1 hit KO's aren't allowed either. The only reason you can have a hit like that is if your opponent allows you to. Those moves usually happen at the end to finish the battle and only if both players agree. Example: Evan (my pc) vs Mareek (Surge). Both their teams are neutral against each other. Let's say I put them against each other and it turns out Vaporeon vs Scyther. I know Surge is a good RPer so he won't go overboard. After the battle keeps going and my Vaporeon is at the losing end because he cornered me without being OP. I can decide to let Scyther have the victory and let Vaporeon be hit full power. Result: -> I can use this for character development. In your case (this is the image you give me): Your Riolu / Lucario will do something like this: Extremespeed hits and Vaporeon is sent flying, Lucario uses extremespeed to get behind Vaporeon to hit it again in the air, after that Lucario jumps up for a Close Combat and smacks Vaporeon into the ground knocking it out. Result: I had no say in what happened to my Vaporeon -> I feel this fight was unfair -> I get pissed -> I don't feel like being involved in this RP for now. (In this case I'm the host so it won't work on me.)

The counters are too depend on circumstances. Not everyone has a ghost type or you can easily avoid it be sending out that Lucario / Riolu against any other type. Same for the second one as not every Pokémon has aura abilities, which yet again, you can avoid by not sending your Pokémon out against one that could. Number 3 would mean 1 hit and your Pokémon is down. If you want a drawback like that I'm not going to stop you, but if your Pokémon takes an attack after that I'm calling the battle and let it faint. Personally I think neither player would be satisfied with an outcome like that. The suggestions were to leave openings for your opponent to avoid it or counter back without them being a specific type or have aura abilities.

There goes my plan Btw can we (MA guys) describe our rooms in the mansion? Because my character is going to crash there.
