I think they only put pokemon in the video of only one of their typings, not sure how they choose, but iirc golurk was in the ghost video already. Maybe they choose based on which type has generally less pokemon, hence why Garchomp will be saved for dragon? As for the ghost video, it was never meant to be cute.. all the ghost mon were depicted as per their dex entries which are creepy and disturbing the mega banette was quite disturbing tho. The psychic video also depicted some very creepy dex entries

I gotta say, the electric one was too full of pikachus and pikaclones for me to like... Ground one, though. That was nice I guess only rather "boring" types are left (at least for me) Ghost and fighting will still be my favorites

I share the same sentiment. I use pokemon whose designs I like normally. Them monkeys were mediocre at best so I didn't use the one I got

Is there a source backing up the claim that GF merely based a pokemon on a fakemon they liked? Seems...odd but anyway Bubonic plague is yet another disease thing so I doubt that's happening

Support for grasshopper pokemon. Kricketune is just that- a cricket. Ain't really a grasshopper and was not meant to be. That's another one for the "well it could be that but it really isn't" list would also want another mantis, not enough of those

I am willing to spoil myself the legends, starters, region map in order to have just enough info for speculation (even if the real story would be leaked, I wouldn't see it, but I can speculate anyway ) That probably means staying away from leak places though. I think May's corocoro will show the legends at least... but we also will likely have another source to show them to us before corocoro since it's never been the first source to reveal info about games (There's a first time for everything but yeah)

So fellas, we are diving into the month of May.. Will we finally get.. ANYTHING on these games , will we not?? Who knows anymore.. On that note, I am curious to know, how much of the leaks are you guys willing to follow? I followed every single leak there was for XY and I have to say, I have many regrets. I think I won't repeat the same mistake for SunMoon and just stop following leaks after seeing the starters and legends..and maybe some new features+ the region map

It would hardly be called grinding even. With the exp share, o powers, pokemon amie enchancing exp we have now, it's super easy to merely fight wild things you encounter and oh,what's this? Your team's already overleveled. Even in a challenge mode, you would not really have to grind like you have to grind in..say.. some mmos

I did say unless they are ghosts.. I tend to like the ghosts.. Chandelure, Banette (It's a haunted doll so it's inanimate I guess), Aegislash are among my favorite ghosts.. But I was never a fan of robotic or mechanized things so there's that Nor do I like diglett, vanillish , trubbish, grimer , koffing, geodude, roggenrola etc But yeah, that's just me. We all have our preferences. Anything can be awesweet if done right. True, Chili would be nothing different than Cherrim or so, but it best be done right. It does feel almost as odd as having..say.. carrot pokemon though. Marlin would be quite cool, but we have so many water types, I really hope some of the neglected types get a lot of additions with the new gen I used Unfezant only one time in all my playthroughs... Never again. Poor thing is as unfortunate as Noctowl. They oughta fix that EDIT: That Edaphosaurus looks neat, I'd want a fossil of it

They can just start with giving us a challenge mode since they will never make pokemon games harder by default , what with it being oriented around kids and stuff. Challenge mode that is actually challenging, where the AI is set to the absolute max and opponents fight competitively. Can't be that hard to let people choose their level of difficulty.. Other games already do it , Pokemon needs to follow (even the gen 5 challenge mode wasnt that much of a challenge and they axed it). But in all honesty, introducing difficulty modes should satisfy everyone. You don't wanna grind? Play on easy. You want a challenge? Sure, we have a higher difficulty mode. Super training already exists for EVs and I don't think it's really slow to maximize your EVs, but there are already "shortcuts" being introduced gradually - join avenue had training regimes , Kalos has a berry juice shop and whatnot. They are limited but they are still something. There's also carbos, zinc etc. Having IV stones eliminates some of the purposes of breeding and it feels like giving your pokemon steroids to enhance what they were born with .. Don't think that's logical because we can't change what we were born with, neither can pokemon. But with training, you can enhance your capabilities, friendship also grows over time and that makes sense for EVs and friendship. TLDR I view it as handholding and spoonfeeding to make all these things easy for us. It makes sense that you have to put effort into improving your pokemon team instead of having all the steroidsitems readily available to you. Pokemon is not a game that is compatible with Dark souls difficulty (Hell, DS isn't THAT difficult if you learn the boss patterns). In Pokemon, however, if a guy has 6 mon that are 15 levels higher than yours, chances are that no amount of strategy is gonna help you (maybe if you're really lucky and pull every single gimmick you have off). That's counter-productive because a game should not be stupidly hard or annoying, it should be just right. NPCs battling competitively is really the most they can do (That includes having a full team of 6, evolved, items and movesets, also switching when needed etc) + things like what Reborn has, such as field effects, making you do events to obtain some better pokemon and whatnot

Tell your aunt you'll pay her back when you're done not starving.. What kind of relative demands you paying back while you're trying to juggle school and a job and that already doesn't come cheap? Why does she offer things without letting you "read the fine print" anyway? Seems like some agenda. But either way, you already stated that your spending habits won't change despite being told to be careful so , wellp. Nothin to add apart good luck and get out of that asap

I decided to start from scratch for this and see how ALL the content has improved so wellp, got a ways to go still until I reach ep 3 But it's quite nice already bar the 90% female ratio of dem sandile

I guess the Armaldo case has already been cleared up, but yeah, Sandshrew and Slash are pangolins and desert shrews with armadillo-reminiscent armor, but we don't have a genuine one. Time to remedy that! I never thought of Altaria or mega altaria as a peacock simply because it doesn't capture what I think of when I think of a peacock tldr I agree with Lilleen. It's like Luxray all over again- based on a lynx but that ain't a lynx. Would like to see proper version of both. Also, did we not also have Pidove, Tranquill and Unfezant ? That's.. meant to be a pheasant I think? Idek Give me a blue jay though. I love blue jays Seems quite reasonable that GF doesn't model pokemon on disease-carrying insectoids I suppose.. I mean even when I think of Mosquito or roach pokemon, I feel kind of.. grossed out. B>another ladybug mon though.. Or more interesting species of insects. Narwhal suggestion is nice, we don't have enough whales. The deep sea abyss monster creatures would also be nice to see And the kangaroo one too! How do we not have a kangaroo yet though, really... We got a goat at last, but we need more! We also don't have enough sharks Am i the only one who is not fond of seeing inanimate objects being made into pokemon (unless they are ghosts) ? I'm reading here about chili pokemon, cloud pokemon, pet rocks and stuff :ph34r: and I just go "wat" in my head .. But wellp, it's not like we don't have icecreams or garbage bags and whatnot (I was never fond of those anyway)

Armadillo pokemon. We got none of those either (Sandslash is not one) Zygarde may be based on fenrir but zygardog is nothing but a hunting hound, sadly. Bring on dem arctic wolves Peacock pokemon would be nice, or a hummingbird (or both) . More owls and ravens/crows

Cynthia best champion hands on. Idk who in their right mind would hate on her. I'd love to see another champion like her, it could be a guy or a girl, doesn't matter as long as they have plot involvement (That goes for gym leaders and/or E4s too)

I'm not sure if you're aware of them or of which ones you're aware of if yes, but would you want those to be reported to you? Edit 2: I think there might be something wrong with the gender ratio of Sandile (as a starter) I have so far done over 15 resets.. Only 3 of the Sandile were male, the rest were female every time. The ratio is meant to be 50/50 but it feels like it's 90% Female instead

I personally don't think we would be getting a starter with a fairy typing.. It seems like it'd be too op (like getting a something/dragon starter) Maybe that's why Charizard and Sceptile are only dragons when they mega evolve. But anyway, if we'd get a grass fairy, I don't imagine it'd be a bird.. I can't imagine WHAT it'd be even.. The grass fairies we currently have are flowery things that resemble a plant more than an animal In regards to getting a bird grass starter. I think we have to keep in mind the fact that both the fire and water birds we got are birds that can't fly (chickens can somewhat fly but very low and not for long). So if we'd get a grass bird, I think we should be looking at another species of bird that isn't famous for its flying capabilities (i.e would not be part flying type) I think they wouldn't have issues giving 2 birds so early on (they didn't in hoenn or sinnoh) if one of them is not the obligatory flying type

B-but... Quilava, Charmeleon , Braixen ( I do agree though, Dewott is also among my favorite middle evo starters)
