    I figured it was going to be in the forest area anyways. I kind of need something because not being able to do anything to the Ryan and Sofia thing is absolutely torturing me. Edit: while I have a good memory, I tend to write any important stuff down on a word document too. I just rarely ever refer to it.

    After the Goodra army backed off of Henry, he sent his Drilbur back out of his Poke Ball. The mole used it's claws to carefully scrape any goo on Henry's legs while Henry himself tried scraping most of the goo off the rest of his body. When most of it was off, he walked over to find out the next victim was none other than Danielle. "That was easier than what I was expecting. Sorry Danielle, but I just couldn't resist." Henry stood back a bit to make sure he could get away should the Goodra want to give him another hug.

    I just realized how evil Mawile is. It uses it's cute little face to lure people in and traps then in that mouth of terror.

    The only type I can't see people being afraid of is fairy...wait Mawile and technically Granbull. Nevermind about that.

    I believe it is or something similar because one of the NPC's parents release breeded (I don't think that's a real word...probably just bred) Pokemon into this area. @Chim: That is a really nice map. (I didn't realize the dorms and main building weren't connected.) Once the Goodra get off of Henry and Danielle confronts him, I'll post again. Until then, Henry must suffer endure a nice, gooey, warm group hug.

    So rewinding a bit, I said I'd give out Henry backstory and I intend to keep my word. I really need to take my mind onto something else for a while so that I'm at the top of my game when I need to post. I'll likely write the backstory flashback in the evening on a word document and be ready for a full post by nightime. Please bunny Henry as need be so that I don't have to worry about it.

    Beedrills are your best bet as of right now. They can be found right in Jasper Ward (or whatever the ward is right below Beryl). Eventually, you'll unlock a spot full of Unown who are great experience grinders.

    "WHAT THE..." Before Henry could finish, he was surrounded by an army of gooey dragons. He had little choice but to endure the cornucopia of love that embraced him. This right here is exactly why I'm not getting a dragon. Hmm...I wonder if I can use these guys for some fun. "I know you're having fun and all, but there's something I'd like you guys to do for me. Don't worry, you'll have a lot of fun. You see, there's this red haired girl who's a bit in a bad mood right and could really use a hug from you nice lot. There's also another girl who's supposed to meet me here shortly that loves hugs more than I do."

    Remember when Tacos said to stop comparing characters before they interact. And no, it wouldn't be funny if the two became friends if that's what you're implying for me to do. Edit: I'm usually not bothered what most people say about Henry as he's a fictional character. I just saw this before. It's a little unsettling especially as you seem to like to emphasize Arius being a jerk.

    Why do I have a feeling I already know what's going to happen? As for group 2, I'm totally fine with interrupting that little scene. Honestly, Darklight's interactions really took me by surprise so I don't know how much of that last post feels forced. Don't worry, Henry's still going to be a dick an unfriendly person to most of you.

    @Antares: Seriously, fix your fucking attitude. Almost all of your posts have been disrespectful to both us and Chim and you seem to throw a bit of a fit whenever things don't go your way. Bless Chim's heart for putting up with you because I would've banned you by now if I was the host. @Turbo: Floatzel is a fun Pokemon to use in the games and I could see it being useful. Never used a Seismitoad, but I assume it's similar to Quagsire who is quite good when used right. If you really want Greninja though, go for Greninja and don't let someone else choosing it stop you.

    I'm planning on doing something similar with Gypsy at some point. Personally, I design my combos more for visuals than actual effectiveness. One idea I had to counter 101's Sonicboom is to have Drilburr use Metal Claw on the ground preventing him from being flung back (totally did not get that idea from Star Wars) @Turbo: I feel so sorry for you because now there are three Lucarios. That's exactly why I tried aiming for overlooked pokemon like Venomoth. Speaking of choices, anyone here aiming to get a Manectric. If not, I switching one of my choices for him because it's my favorite electric type.

    Henry remained silent as he slowly reached out his hand toward Danielle. Before they could shake, Henry yanked his hand back and started to laugh. He quickly stopped himself to explain what was going on. "I just wanted to see how you'd react. I wasn't expecting you to act all super mature and stuff." Henry took a few breathes to calm himself down. "While most of what a said was true, it's stuff I got over a while back. The person I referred to being like you is actually more like a quieter Lana than yourself. I guess I could tell the story, but I'd prefer telling it with less people around. It really did a number on me, but..." Henry looked over at Zuko. "a really good friend helped me out of it." Henry then sighed for a moment. That was the easy part, but he knew he had to continue. "As for why you're one of the few people I'm nice to, I guess I feel like you're the type of person who'd never give up on a friend. Even if we agreed on that handshake, I doubt that'd keep you away for long. It feels like I'm in a losing battle before I even speak. There is one thing though. Something you said makes me feel very uneasy. It's one of the few things from the past I don't think I'll ever get over. Hmm...I guess I really should tell you that story because it wouldn't make much sense without it. Maybe then we can reach some understanding instead of ending up trying to slit each other's throats or acting like the other doesn't exist."

    As long as it doesn't block attacks or is near impossible to counter, I'll give it an ok. You should be able to name at least three different unique counters for the combo in order for it to be acceptable. Counter and/or Mirror Coat does not count as a counter against it. One of the counters must be usable for almost any pokemon. For you people who want to powerplay by using two strong moves like thunderbolt and fire blast in the same turn, I mentioned countless times (mostly in the RP) you can push your pokemon too far. Play fair and don't let the goal be to win, but create a beautiful battle. Edit: @Antares: I have absolutely no idea why you even threw that physics equation at me. 1) It is impossible to create that much force without killing your Lucario. 2) You said a POKEMON COULD NOT REACT TO THE SITUATION. Something like that is always frowned upon.

    "I applaud you for thinking there's actually a nice person inside," Henry spoke in a normal tone, "but any of that 'nice' stuff is just me trying to act like my old self. It's actually because of someone you remind me of that turned me into this. That was the last time I ever really trusted anyone. I guess that nice stuff is a bit of longing for the past, but I try to forget those happy times when I was young and naive." After a long pause, Henry began to speak again. "I was planning on getting on your nerves, but I'm sure you'll have plenty to deal with because of that Kristen girl. I'll make it simple: you stay out of my life and I'll stay out of yours. That should be pretty easy because this is one of those very few times you've ever talked to me. Maybe you're too busy being lovey-dovey over Slade...sorry. Sometimes I don't even realize when I'm doing it."

    Henry was stunned for a second from Tyron's words. He wasn't expecting it at all. Once he regained his train of thoughts he smiled. "I really wasn't expecting that. Since you have a bit of faith in her, I may as well give her a shot to prove me wrong." The trainer then looked back over to Danielle. "Once we're done with the trip, how about we do a quick battle? I don't believe we've ever battled before and it'd be nice facing a fresh face again."

    "That's cute," Henry spoke responding to Danielle's response, "but that mindset won't get you very far. Try thinking about your strengths and weaknesses as well as your own hobbies. If you practice enough, you can actually show what kind of person you are in battles alone and stand out among the crowd. Having battles where you show a bit of yourself are quite fun, especially when neither is obsessed with victory." Henry then gave a quick grin to the Murkrow before looking back at her master. "What surprises me is that you'd go for a defense oriented Pokemon like Mawile as you give me the impression you can't stand your Pokemon getting hurt. Why_not go for something with more speed and power focused like Durant? I'm not trying to be mean, but I just don't think you have it in you to see that Mawile be hit after hit. I'd hate to see a repeat of Day 2."

    @Chim: All you really would need to do is have a Togepi find Henry and I can take it from there. The fun part is going to be getting Henry to catch it as he's not necessarily a big fan of the cute little Pokemon. Edit: Yes, set it up.

    That fighting weakness can be easily fixed. Honchkrow and Malamar. The latter would be a spectacular choice for doubles because you could have you're partner use something like leer or Charm on it. Edit: I also forgot about Greninja with Extrasensory.

    (Wow, I really missed a ton.) Darklight, you don't make this easy for me. Now, what to do what to do. May as well have a little fun before shit hits the fan later. @Zephyr: I am planning on using T-tar, but if you want to use him as well, I'll PM you so that we can really differentiate both Pokemon in order to prevent one from overshadowing another. @Antares: Please keep the thorn in a side thing to a minimum. I literally have to handle people like that every single day just because they think it's funny and cool. Poking fun is fine, but being respectful to others should be top priority.

    Don't even remind me of RL. I usually go to bed at 1/2am and wake up at 7am just to make sure I'm not backlogged on reading posts. I'm going to be very busy for the next three days (including today) so posting will be very slow from me. Edit: @Chim: I have a friend like that. Let's just way I was a great influence on him. Once we start Ch 3, you shouldn't accept any applications no matter what otherwise we might need another scenario writer (probably wouldn't hurt to have another one).
