As long as you're doing a class rework, the unique one for the Nomads should be a shaman since they seem as though they would be very in tune with the environment due to their nomadic nature. -
Pokemon Aftermath #1: Assault on Eterna. (IC)
Jory replied to Code: PIRULUK's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Jory looked around him. He'd lost track of his team what seemed like hours ago and he was still only on the third floor of the four-floor building. He looked down at Shredder, his Zangoose. The Pokemon was battered and breathing heavily, but otherwise okay. Around him were a bunch of acolytes caring for their Pokemon after Jory had defeated them in battle. He'd been a little more than upset with himself when he'd remembered Lucas's instructions. Color must be rubbing off on me, he thought sarcastically to himself. He walked up to an acolyte caring for her Magneton and put his hand out. She looked up at him, confused, but quickly realized he wanted the Hyper Potion in her hand. She gulped and handed it to him. He gave her a quick smile, then applied it to his Zangoose's wounds. They had battled over twenty separate acolytes at this point and the trainers only got stronger as Jory and Shredder were progressing up the condominium complex. Luckily, Color's rampage had not reached the third floor or upward. Jory sighed and beckoned for Shredder to follow him toward the stairs. As the pair continued upward, the air became more humid. It seemed thicker, and as Jory's shoes began to glide silently over the moss on the floor he realized that the entire fourth floor had been turned into a jungle! There were exotic plants everywhere. The ceiling, if it still existed, was completely blocked out by the canopy of the jungle. Small Bug-types like Spinarak and Paras were visible on tree trunks and on branches. A flock of Chatot burst from a tree in a cacophony of radio talk show chatter and TV jingles. Suddenly, all the sounds of nature ceased. Branches snapped in the distance, slowly getting closer to Jory. He and Shredder stood facing the sound, ready to take on whatever was approaching. Suddenly, a deafening crack came from the tree in front of them. A horizontal gash tore through the tree, leaving the top suspended in the air for what felt like an eternity. Then it fell, crashing into the jungle to its left. Behind the trunk was the most vicious-looking Pinsir that Jory had ever seen. Next to the Pinsir stood a middle-aged woman in a Conclave Mother's ceremonial garb. She gingerly stepped over the roots of the slaughtered tree and into full view, presenting herself for battle. "It's remarkable that you've made it this far, dearie. But I'm afraid that I can't quite allow you to defeat me. After all, we can't have some dirty rebels in charge!" she said happily. "My name is Penny! Now let's get to the battling part. Pinsir, dearest, use X-Scissor!" she commanded. Her Pinsir lunged forward, closing the distance between himself and shredder at an alarming rate. "Shredder, Detect!" Jory shouted. Shredder's eye gleamed just as Penny's Pinsir was closing to strike the first and last blow. Shredder sidestepped the charging Bug-type, allowing it to zoom past. "Now use Swords Dance!" Jory commanded. Phantasmal swords crossed above Shredder's head and he looked up, swinging his claws. "Keep up the attack, Pinsir! Use Quick Attack!" Penny ordered. A white trail appeared behind her Pinsir as it quickly came back around and struck Shredder at top speed. Jory's Zangoose was knocked back but landed on his feet. He did not appear injured. "Shredder, use Fire Punch!" was Jory's next order to Shredder. He sprang toward Penny's Pinsir and swung a flame-cloaked fist. It connected with incredible effect, sending the Bug-type flying backward. It didn't get up, signaling that it could no longer battle. "Fine, you may not be as weak as I thought, dearie. Go, Carnivine!" the Mother shouted. She laughed as she released her Carnivine from its ball. It hissed at Shredder and flew directly toward him. "Carnivine, use Power Whip!" the Mother ordered. "Shredder, Detect again!" Jory countered. Once again, Shredder managed to dodge his opponent's attack with relative ease. "Now Shredder, Fire Punch!" Jory continued, chaining together the two commands. Shredder nodded and immediately leapt at Penny's Carnivine. "Carnivine, use Sludge Bomb!" Penny shouted. The plant Pokemon opened its gaping maw and released a blast of toxic sludge at the fast-approaching Zangoose. It hit directly, causing Shredder to go down. "Shredder! Buddy, are you okay?" Jory asked as he ran toward his Pokemon. Suddenly the Zangoose twitched and its eyes opened. They were a deeper red than usual- blood red- and an aura of power radiated from Shredder. "ZAN-GOOOOOOOOSE~!!!" he roared. His paw caught fire once more and he charged at Carnivine once more. "Carnivine, Sludge Bomb!" the Conclave Mother ordered once more. Carnivine released its Sludge Bomb at Shredder once again. This time, however, Shredder swung his fist at the malodorous projectile. It detonated, sending goop everywhere. Despite this, Shredder was fast approaching Carnivine. He leapt up and delivered an explosive Fire Punch, sending Carnivine in a smoking trail into the tree behind Penny. It slumped to the ground, clearly unable to battle anymore. Shredder winced and then roared at Penny again. "Ah, Toxic Boost," Penny noted. "Well my snookums isn't going to like that very much, are we, Chanterelle? Go!" she shouted throwing a Net Ball high into the air. It burst open in a flash of light. The beams coalesced into a solid form, which turned out to be a Parasect. "Chanterelle, use Venoshock!" The Parasect fired a blast of corrosive purple liquid at Shredder. He jumped out of the way just as it arrived. In the place where the attack hit, the forest floor was dissolved immediately by the poison. Chanterelle continued to fire Venoshocks at Shredder, each one landing closer than the last. Finally, one got too close. "Detect!" Jory shouted. Shredder moved incredibly quickly out of the way of the acid, landing just next to it. "Now, use Quick Attack to close in and finish it with Fire Punch!" Shredder nodded and looked at the Parasect. Shredder was breathing heavily but he began moving forward faster and faster on all fours, a white trail blazing behind him as he darted between blasts of the Parasect's Venoshock. Narrowly avoiding the last one, the Zangoose took his last few steps and delivered a devastating Fire Punch to the Bug/Grass type. It fainted immediately and Penny ran to it, crying out in shock that she had lost. Jory moved up behind her and zip-tied her hands together and searched her for listening devices, then began to propel her down the stairs toward the exit. He'd finished his squad's mission and defeated the Conclave Mother. He returned Shredder to his Premiere Ball for some well-earned rest, then headed to the statue to rendezvous with the rest of the team. He grinned when he saw Kael and Lupus. At least some of the team had survived the ordeal. -

Sonny looked around and chuckled at the fact that not a single person in the classroom had decided to take illusionary magic as their primary form like he had done when he was in school. He was okay with that. It just meant that he would have to give a bit of a demonstration. He grinned slyly at Emerald and Alina. At least I'm just a substitute, he thought to himself as he began chanting under his breath. Rayleigh snorted uncomfortably and stamped his hooves. The Sawsbuck was quite in tune with nature, so Sonny's illusionary magic had a habit of irritating Rayleigh. Sonny grinned as he approached the active portion of the incantation. A large shadow fell across the window, blocking all sunlight to the room. A high-pitched whine came from the window as a gust of wind attempted to blow through it. Sand blasted against the glass, shaking it horribly. It finally shattered, allowing the roaring gales into the room along with a huge amount of airborne sand that stung the skin on contact. The room became light again as half the window was unblocked. An eye peeked through at them. Immediately after, the open mouth of the beast was visible as it roared furiously: "TYRANITAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!!!!!!!"

He speaks eloquently, denoting a noble upbringing, but he denies any implication of such. Roland is 26 years of age. He enjoys fighting. -
Sonny chuckled as a girl walked in with a thousand-mile stare and didn't even notice him standing right next to the door. Rayleigh smiled and a chuffle emitted from his nose, signalling that he was laughing. He hadn't seen anyone as oblivious as her the entire day, in fact. He strode over to her desk and slapped his hand on the table just loudly enough to be startling. "Hey, you're the girl with the Dratini, right? They're a pretty rare find nowadays, especially with the way things have been since Team Shadow showed up. How's it doing?" he asked, curious about the young trainer's experience with a Dragon-type. Seem to be a lot of those running around, Sonny thought to himself.

Yeah... I'm not sure what's happening with my squad since Color decided to go AWOL and Aruma dropped. Odin seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth as well...

Just watch the first video first. It's followed by my own contribution to this thread. Now here's mine. It's a bit long:

So I'm gonna upload this whole strip of pictures I just took. Excuse the rat's nest of hair, it's very late. I had fun with these, though. Sometimes it's nice to look at a reflection of yourself and think, "I'm going to be okay." I wasn't going to upload these at first, but then I started having fun. At first it was playful... Then I tried to bite my lip and looked ridiculous: And that's me being quite the opposite of photogenic for the evening. Also the forum is a meanie for not letting me put my pics up

That feel when you know everything's going to turn out okay, but you know it's going to be a bumpy road.

I'm a New York native and I can assure you that the Dutch who first founded New Amsterdam must have mistaken it for London from how cold and wet it gets.

A man walked down the path toward the entryway to the Academy. He was just under six feet tall and had a slim build. His close-cut brown hair showed off his sun-stained skin above the neckline of his orange jacket and brown leather utility sling that marked him as a Scout- a member of the branch of the Guards that frequently ventured beyond the island, and a strong Pokeperson at that. His stormy blue eyes glittered with the kind of mischievous excitement that made women gravitate to him despite his best intentions. Trotting beside him was a Sawsbuck, resplendent in its Autumn form and showing off the beautiful red-brown leaves adorning his antlers. As he approached the school, he found his way blocked by a gaggle of young Trainers. A smirk turned up the corners of his mouth as he spread his arms as if to part the students by some imaginary force. "Alrighty, kids. Let's get moving out of the doorway. After all, this is a bit of a safety code violation. You know, fire exit and all. Go, run, get to class before I report you all to Emerald for being tardy." He chuckled, patting his Sawsbuck on the neck. The Pokemon simply closed its eyes and turned up its nose at the young Trainers. "Oh, Rayleigh, they're just kids. You can't expect them to possess any sort of poise or dignity!" he commented sarcastically to his Sawsbuck. The Sawsbuck snorted and continued up the hall. The Scout watched as a young Trainer got bitten by another's Deino. He then turned to the Deino's trainer (Jake). "Hey, while Dragon-types are difficult to train, you should take a page out of that other girl's book and feed yours a snack. Deino tends to wander around when he gets hungry. He's just looking for food and since he's blind, he probably can't tell the difference between this poor young man-" he pointed to Sarcus- "and his food dish. You need to feed him before you get to school so you can avoid incidents like this. Don't let Emerald catch this happening again; she's a real tough cookie, that one..." he said casually, dazing off a bit. He shrugged and began following Rayleigh down the hallway. "Have a good day in class, you rascals!"

To be fair, Jory has a very black-and-white view of the conflict with the Church of Dawn that I hope I will have time to challenge. Because they are all trying to kill him, he is replying in kind.

Pokemon Aftermath #1: Assault on Eterna. (IC)
Jory replied to Code: PIRULUK's topic in Unofficial Official RP Club's General
Squad 1 Jory nodded as Aruma gave her account of what had happened. "Well, we can't spend all day waiting here. We're going to need to advance to the next floor of this place. Shredder, you good to go another round?" The Zangoose nodded and closed his eyes briefly before opening them again, his mouth turned upward into a smirk. "Zan-goose!~" He swung his claw and put a gash in the wall, then looked back to Jory. "I'll take that as a 'yes.' Aruma, I'll meet you at the next set of stairs," Jory told her before looking at Shredder. "Now let's go!" he said to Shredder and the two ran off up the stairs. When they got to the next floor, Jory saw Color trying to make her way through. "Shredder, Quick Attack into Crush Claw! Kill those bastards!" Shredder nodded and dashed off, leaving a white trail behind him. When he reached Color, he leaped into the air at an acolyte. The girl screamed as Shredder's claws began to crackle with a blue-white energy. When the Zangoose hit the ground, two long red gashes opened up in the acolyte's chest and her mouth filled with blood. An Altaria came flying at Shredder and used Flamethrower, scorching Shredder's coat. He roared defiantly at the Altaria and propelled himself into the air with a Quick Attack, allowing him to land on its back. Shredder dug his claws into its back as it began flying evasively, trying desperately to shake him off. "Shredder, use Crush Claw!" Jory shouted. The Zangoose's claws glowed again and tore through the Altaria's skin, causing Shredder to land on the ground and the Altaria to go crashing to the earth. It feebly crawled over to the acolyte Shredder had just taken out and wrapped the trainer in its wings. Then, it shuddered and its eyes rolled back into its head as it slumped to the floor. An acolyte screeched and ran up behind me, wrapping her arms around my neck in a sleeper hold. I repositioned myself so my head was under her arm, then elbowed her in the side and stepped around to sling her to the ground. I got on top of her and grabbed the hood of her robe, wrapping it around her neck tightly and squeezing until she stopped moving. I looked over at Shredder. His claws and arms up to his elbows were coated in blood. He had bruising and scrapes all over his abdomen and legs. That was nothing compared to the Miltank laying next to him with its torso slashed all the way open and its innards spilling out. I sat up and removed a Hyper Potion from my bag, beginning to spray Shredder with it. I finished up with the potion, then we dispatched two more acolytes and their Bellossoms before making it to the next set of stairs. -
THE WATER! "Hey orderly!" I shouted through the bars. "Could ya kindly get me my fuckin' water now? I'm literally dyin' over here!" I smirked inwardly. I felt Pisces agreeing with me through... whatever the fuck kinda link that psycho had to me. I continued to scrape my metal gauntlets against the wall, doing my best to weaken the goddamned restraints on my abilities to the point where I could actually manage to cause some trouble. My wrists started chafing against the steel on my hands. Nobody makes me bleed my own blood... I thought to myself, cursing those FUCKERS who'd locked me in here. Wait. Keep making your bonds chafe. Why? Because your ichor is mostly made of water. If it gets inside the locks while it's still connected to you, then you may have a chance to get at least a hand out. I think we're gonna be good friends, Pisces. All I've ever wanted is to be involved with our life. Now keep scraping. And I fuckin' listened. I kept moving the bonds against the walls, my wrists getting more and more raw.

Since I'm here, may as well update. Legendary is still Entei. That majestic motherfucker. My favorite non-legendaries are Minccino and Zangoose because I finally EV trained a Toxic Boost Zangoose and holy shit.

I'd also like to point out that you don't have a single special attacker on your team. This means Gliscor and Skarmory both wall your team without even trying once Rotom-W is down. I would consider swapping Mega Aggron out for anything with special attack, as you don't need to have 2 physical walls.

Hang on a tick. I'm sorry, but I think the biggest problem with American politics is that we all believe that our politicians need to have one firm set of beliefs and that they're not allowed to "flip flop." The whole thing is patently ridiculous. Anyone who's studied economics or even sociology for three seconds should know that one policy will not always work. I for one think it's quite admirable that he's putting himself out there as someone who's willing to piss off one of the fuhrers parties in order to do what he feels best represents the will of the people he was elected to govern and benefits the state of the country he has pledged to protect. A person's ideas are allowed to evolve, especially a person who has dedicated the majority of his life to trying to make the United States a better place to live.

What I learned in boating school is that Runaan's procs with Twisted Fate's E to make it so that it deals magic damage on every third hit instead of every fourth. Also, Nashor's gives enough cooldown to stun an opponent every 4 or so seconds. That means that ADC Twisted Fate is kind of OP.
