That's for Reborn. In rejuv, you have to go back to the pyramid. Teleport to the top, then enter through the elevator. Walk until you come across water, on the other side is the wand Braixen lost. Most of them are kinda understandable due to being pretty dang powerful (though the Infernape Crest wishes it could be used more), and then there's chespin. I actually choose Torchic as my starter but I wanted to do the Torchic event (if existed) and I was looking forward to get a Froakie..
