What keeps you motivated to keep working, especially when feeling down or otherwise unwell? 1. this one is probably harder than it should be. people tend to come and go in my life so much that there's usually only a few that i really consider friends- plus there's a number of people that I used to be friends with and stuff anyway. i'd probably say ICSW, Lia, Dan, marsmellow, and Cataline. 2. dude, fuck the genies. they're so bad. probably also incineroar. probably half the ultra beasts too. definitely meltan/melmetal. is that five? i think it's something like that. there's certainly a fair number of pokmans that i don't particularly care for, but only a few that i actively dislike. 3. uhhhhhh tbh I like a good mix of genres. probably RPGs? but, like, with lots of hand-waviness in the mix. 4. sometimes mine is a little bit better than I'd like it to be. so I don't really think it is. 5. I really can't stand doing nothing for very long. Games that are next on your to play list? 1. uhhhhhh i have a long history of making bases out of glass and in jungles! i think it's kinda cool but i dunno if people who aren't me would necessarily agree 2. franziska 100% no contest. edgey is also p ok. we'll give him a very distant second. 3. ....................................................*googles frantically is that in the ones i've played? cuz like? it might be? but i don't remember 4. i wasn't a completionist, so there could be puzzles i'm missing, but i basically spent the whole game just shredding through puzzles. a lot of the touch screen drawing ones were finicky, though, so i'd probably go with one of those. 5. darkness 100% no contest. super is also p ok. we'll give it a relatively distant second. 6. so if you look in my list, under PC games, you will find a game called half dead 2. it is terrible. it is effectively just a shoe throwing simulator. by talking about it now, i am giving this game more attention than it deserves. 7. gonna be honest my next-to-play list is currently (and usually is) super short; i think right now the only game that's on there is moonlighter and mayyybe the phoenix wright i'm missing. there's just usually a lot of other stuff i gotta do and games extending beyond that 1-3 long list just get forgotten. Memes or Vines or Crack videos? oh boy. so, nothing good. i could really go on about this (hi, poli sci major), but i don't think that there's much point in that since "nothing good" establishes that i have a position and i'm sure everyone already knows what that means. i don't think i've ever gotten that mad at a game. usually when i get annoyed or frustrated with something, i take a break and come back to it later. this happens pretty frequently with harder fire emblem difficulties. i've definitely been doing a lot of teambuilding lately. i think it's fun when you're working on a team and you realize that you have this combination that works really well together. i did back in the day, and lately i've been thinking that maybe i should get back into that since the mobile game ecosystem is so thoroughly lacking. i tend to prefer complex stories. crack videos? i like a good shitpost, tbh, but i feel like there aren't very many that i'd consider 'good'.
