In this topic, you can ask about any problems you're having regarding in-game quests and pokémon locations, along with anything else of the sort. Have at it, you phoenixes.

I have a few questions,

Once I leave the railnet with Cain and the kids will I be able to get back to Reborn City? I haven't done a few things in the city yet and I heard that it becomes unavailable later on.

Do I have to join one of the gangs to get the bicycle or is there a better (more moral) way?

Is there a cure for the man in the Lapis Ward?

I can't find the mysterious seventh street, does it open up later in the plot or can I get to it now?

Where can I find the Dazzling Gleam TM?

1. Yes you can return, there's a point in the story where you will not be able to return for a while but it's considerably later in the game.

2. You'll have to join one eventually.

How do you know if the pokemon you go to steal it's not already stealed if you don't play the game?

Um, is there any requirements to get Igglybuff/Cleffa event? I can't get it to activate and I have three badges already. I go into the abandoned house at night, but no one is there. I go to the woman's house, but all she says is "Everything is going to be alright..."

you need to enter a house not far from the women where 2 grunts are, then they leave and go to the women with the cleffa/igglybuff.

fight the grunts and chose one of the 2 pokemon

If you mean the guy who alters natures with Heart Scales, he's in 7th Street.

At night, there's an abandoned house you have to go to where two Team Meteor Grunts are supposed to be. They're supposed to be plotting to attack the woman with the Cleffa and Igglybuff and take the Pokemon. I went to the abandoned house, and neither were there. I did just like the video and nothing. I don't have either of the Pokemon either, so I have no idea what could be wrong.

Uh I do play the game (up to badge 5 in fact) and I know you steal a pokemon because I saved first joined Aqua gang then restarted when they go to steal a ponyta from the old mean woman in the Lapis Ward.

It's in the Blackstream Factory, the place you teamed up with Amaria with, in the dark room.

Use honey on the honey trees (the ones that look slightly different) and leave or wait for a while, then a heracross and a pinsir will show up on the tree and fight, if you help pinsir it will destroy nearby logs and if you help heracross it will destroy a nearby web.

Where in the Underground Railnet can you get the key to the secret room in the Power Plant? I want to evolve my Magneton before I battle Noel.
