    my primeape (defiant ability, so i got a + attak boost off the intimidate) can't touch the quilfish, assurance is it best move against it and it does only 1/4 of his health before it hets ko'd all his other pokemon outspeed mine, and if i manage to get to crobatn, air slah OHKO all that remains of my team

    so i used your tactic with sunny day castform and flamethrower pyroar and it worked helioptile was to weak and got one shotted, i offered slakking and wigglytuff to heal my pyraor and castform when needed noctowl wos good for reflect thanks for the help

    after defeating samson my pokemon levels are between 57- 62. do i have to grind? or can i play the story and level up to level 67 until the next gym leader?
