@Wolfox I am one of the few that absolutely adore Togekiss. 

It's not too fast so the paraflinch is more balanced than the others, and has a great typing.

Although, I really enjoyed playing with it in Gen5 when it was still Normal/Flying, because it ended up being a great asset to my Normal Monotype team.

 

Even if it never were a paraflincher, it still has a great defensive typing and stats. It basically can fill more roles, but paraflinching is actually dooming it to remain in BL and not used in other ways in lower tiers. Besides, I have it in 2 of my teams and only in 1 of them it's a paraflincher. 

 

@Chim It's in my best interest for Victini to die, so... Goltini, Goltini, Goltini. Kill it plz.
