Veterans Zumi Posted December 24, 2016 Veterans Share Posted December 24, 2016 Some tips for people who don't know what to do with their colors and want to learn more about how to properly apply them to their sprites: http://paletton.com/ is a very good website to come up with color schemes! You can mess around with settings and create a color palette this way that you can potentially use for a shiny sprite. Don't use overly saturated colors -- they hurt the eyes... Especially if you put clashing colors next to each other. What are clashing colors? The basics of color theory I got some more shading tutorials and color palettes for you here, here, here aaaaaaaaand here! Good luck, and most importantly have fun! Other than that these are good to go.
