Vinny Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Was on my way to get Grass Knot and I saw this little thing in the Emerald Cave That looks like an Axew egg to me. a bit late there fren
Odybld Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 Also the item is just the Dragon Fang. Don't get needlessly fired up.
dead account Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 I personally don't like Mega Pidgeot's shiny. Preferred the other one Baz made. That shade of purple just looks really out of place on it to me. Am I the only one who thinks this? The other megas look good imo.

I just didn't want to say anything. >.<" Sorry
Bessi Posted September 23, 2015 Posted September 23, 2015 (edited) i think that titania will have some magnetic field(like the iron island in d/p/pt) that will raise the power of steel moves and reduce the power of ground moves for example??? Edited September 23, 2015 by Bessi

That is an interesting idea. It could even go to level of a permanent magnet rise type thing which would give full ground immunity.

Bessi Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 (edited) That is an interesting idea. It could even go to level of a permanent magnet rise type thing which would give full ground immunity. also an effect that could decrease the power of fire moves like a heatproof magnetic field, because fire is a big weakness on the sp def side of steel types.Ground is main weakness on the physical side.as for fighting i dont have an idea really but this weakness can be easily neutralized by pokemon typing. For example: aegislash, mawile, scizor.metagross, bronzong(also with heatproof or levitate),foretress, excavalier and durant.i think it should be mainly worked with ground and fire weakness because steel is not a big deal Edited September 24, 2015 by Bessi
dead account Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 I thought the whole point of the field effects was to make battles more interesting, not make the opponent completely and utterly broken?
Fumble Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 I thought the whole point of the field effects was to make battles more interesting, not make the opponent completely and utterly broken? Yeah, there should be things that also help us beat Titania, like there has been in most other Gyms (like Psychic being boosted in Kiki's Field). Anyway, maybe the Field will increase the damage of Steel and/or some Electric moves?

I do think that Electric type moves could be increased (although that wouldn't help us that much).
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted September 25, 2015 Global Mods Posted September 25, 2015 (edited) ^it would be good for dealing with Skarmory, and if she has one, Empoleon. If not, it's still a high-power option if you don't have anything super-effective. Electric also resists Steel. Edited September 25, 2015 by Ice Cream Sand Witch
Bazaro Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Well, we already know she has a Skarmory, as well as Aegislash, Excadrill, and Scizor (her ace ever since S1 of Reborn's League). Probably Mega Scizor.
Fumble Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Since it's a scrapyard, also maybe do something with Spikes (and maybe even Toxic Spikes and Stealth Rocks)? *shrugs* Even if they're not going to be useful against Tania, maybe the Scrapyard Field can be used for something else. Anyway, Empoleon probably will be on Tania's team for Fire types. I wonder what the sixth would be, though...
mde2001 Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 I'd guess that it could be a metagross or Lucario (Tania's 6th team member). They both add a bit more variety to her team.

Probably Mega Scizor. Am I the only one who thinks it's crazy that we already know most of Titania's team even though we probably won't be fighting her for a long time?
Polaris Posted September 25, 2015 Posted September 25, 2015 Well, we already know she has a Skarmory, as well as Aegislash, Excadrill, and Scizor (her ace ever since S1 of Reborn's League). Probably Mega Scizor. But who says she'll use all those Pokemon in the actual battle? Skarmory, for example, is maybe only used for transportation.
RasenShot Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Nah, she WILL use Skarmory. I highly doubt it's just for that, since it's a pretty good defensive pokemon with access to 2 out of 3 field hazards, Stealth Rock and Spikes.
wytch_doctr Posted September 26, 2015 Posted September 26, 2015 Let's look at the PULSE's... PULSE #00 - Mr. Biggles (destroyed) PULSE #01 - the earthquakes PULSE #02 - Avalugg (destroyed) PULSE #03 - Swalot (destroyed) PULSE #04 - Muk (destroyed) PULSE #05-A/B/C - Tangrowth (destroyed) PULSE #06 - Camerupt (destroyed) PULSE #07 - Abra (destroyed) PULSE #08 - most likely Mr Mime (active) PULSE #09 - most likely whatever is causing the sleep spell (active) PULSE #10 - Clawitzer (inactive) I dunno about the earthquakes being made by the PULSE machine. Avalugg seemed to be a test, like Shelly said how it wasn't in a tactical location. I'd say PULSE 01 could be something near the house where ZEL was combined since it was where the PULSE originated... like how Terra said the sleeping PULSE was on the mountain peak. If it's on the peak then it can spread in a wide area (like Agate City) and maybe the air is too cold for the spores to take effect in Ametrine City. The earthquakes could probably just be bombs made by Meteor, like how they destroyed the Train Station. Plus, don't forget about the PULSE Swalot in the Water Treatment Center, but I couldn't see what number it was before it turned back into the filter thingy.

Baz's post already said Swalot was PULSE 3, which was confirmed by Ame.

I highly doubt it's just for that, since it's a pretty good defensive pokemon with access to 2 out of 3 field hazards, Stealth Rock and Spikes. Remember a long time ago that Ame mentioned that things can change? Like Deliverance's level or Anna's old Gothitelle? I wouldn't really rule out the possibility of Skarmory being just a transportation Poké. After all, looking through the Steel pokémons, it's quite possible she'll pull a Trick Room on us. Enough fatslow Steel pokés to abuse it.
Global Mods Ice Cream Sand Witch Posted September 27, 2015 Global Mods Posted September 27, 2015 Remember a long time ago that Ame mentioned that things can change? Like Deliverance's level or Anna's old Gothitelle? What happened to Anna's Gothitelle? Does she not have one anymore?
Vinny Posted September 27, 2015 Posted September 27, 2015 What happened to Anna's Gothitelle? Does she not have one anymore? iirc, a long time ago, Ame said that she picked Gothitelle in a whim for Anna on the Orphanage scene, and that she had something else in mind for her. Since I have yet to reach that part again, I don't know if Ame changed it. Maybe she forgot. Or maybe she thought Gothitelle was fitting, actually. Or maybe she changed and I just didn't see it.
