Just what the title says: Create your own Pokemon move! Remember to add typing, base power, special/physical/status, accuracy, and any secondary effects (and description if you'd like!)

I'll start:

Medusa's Stare:

Ghost Type

20 Base Power (Special)

100% Acc.

Paralyzes target and prevents them from switching

The user intensely stares at the target, Paralyzing the Pokemon with fear and trapping it until the user faints.

Also, another:

Frosty Glaze:

Ice Type

N/A (Status)

75% Acc.

Freezes target (We really need a Freeze Status move)

The user lets out a frosty breath which covers the target in ice, Freezing it.

I gave up on this list. Takes so much effort.

Crackle:

Fire

40 Base Attack (Special)

100% Acc.

20% chance to burn target.

The users uses a flame to make embers bounce and flicker onto the opponent.

Devour

Dark

70 Base Attack (Physical)

85% Acc.

Higher crit chance, may cause flinch, 1/16th heal from damage caused.

User feasts upon the target

Weakness Strike:

??? Type

70 Base Power Physical/Special (depends on the Attack and Special Attack stat)

100% Accuracy

The user finds a weakness in the opponent's defense and strikes. Does 2x damage to types the user is weak to.

I'm actually making custom moves for Apotheosis and here's one the first gym leader has.

High Society:

Normal

50 BP Physical

100% accuracy

The user attacks the target before it and regains 2/3 HP of the damage dealt. Has a 30% chance to raise speed.

Rainbow Blast! Basically a powered up tri-attack/nature power...

All pokemon can learn this move

Normal type (changes depending on the field)

100 atk(Special/Physical depending on the field but mostly special)

20 PP

A terrifying, yet pretty badass move that is unique, in the way that the move changes, with the field it's in...

if there's no field in effect the move is special, with a normal typing, and a 10% chance to bring the rainbow field into play

in an electric field, the move is special, while gaining an electric typing

in a grassy field, the move becomes physical while gaining a grass typing

in a mist field, the move is special, with a fairy typing

in a dark crystal cavern, the move is special with a dark typing

in a chess board, the move is physical with a psychic typing

in the big top, the move is physical with a fighting typing

in a burning field, the move is physical with a fire typing

in a swamp field, the move is special with either a poison/ground typing dependent on the enemy your facing

in a rainbow field, the move is either special or physical, depending on the opponent, the move gets a power boost bringing the move up to a 130 base power, changes the type to be super effective onto the opponent mon, while bringing your side (whoever's out) a stat boost in attack/Sp.Att by two stages...

in a corrosive field, the move is physical, with a poison typing

in a corrosive mist field, the move is special, with a poison typing

in a desert field the move is physical, with a ground typing

in a ice field, the move physical, with an ice typing

in a rocky field, the move is physical, with a rock typing

in a forest field, the move is special, with either a grass or a bug typing, depending on the opponent

in a super heated field, the move is special, with a fire typing

in a factory field, the move is physical, with either a electric or a steel typing, depending on the opponent

in a short-circuit field, the move is special, with either a electric or a ghost typing, depending on the opponent

in the wasteland (in game), the move is special, with a poison and also a random typing (though the random typing has a 10% chance to occur)

in the ashes beach, the move is physical, with either a psychic typing or a fighting typing, depending on the opponent

in a water surface, the move is physical, with a water typing

in a dive field, the move gains a boost, bringing the base power up to 110, is a special move, and is a water typing

in a cave, the move is physical, with either, a rock, or a ground typing dependent on the opponent

in the Gl1tch F13ld, the move is special, and the typing is completely random (except there is no steel, dark, or fairy typing)

in the crystal cavern, the move is special, with a dragon typing, also theirs a 10% chance of it being a ground typing, and a 5% chance of it being a dark typing

in the murk water surface, the move is physical, with either a water or a poison typing, depending on the opponent

in the mountain, the move is physical, with a ground typing, also there's a 5% chance of the move being a ice typing

in the snowy mountain, the move is physical, with a ice typing, also, there's a 5% chance of the move being a ground typing

in the holy field, the move is either special or physical, with a power boost bringing the base power up to 120, the typing of this move in this field is normal, also th user of this move gets a boost in defense and special defense by two stages

in the mirror arena, the move is special, with an ice typing, also the move has a 10% chance to decrease accuracy by one stage...

phew, that was a doozy...

Reaper's Harvest
Physical/Special
Ghost/Steel
Base Power: 60
Accuracy: -/-
10PP

A guaranteed hit move attack and special attack are reduced by 1 stage each use, it's type varies on the User.

Notes:
If the user is Ghost or Dark type this move becomes Ghost type, otherwise the move is a Steel type attack.

If the user is holding a Reaper's Cloth this move will do Physical Damage, otherwise it is Special Damage.

If the user is targeting a Ghost pokemon half the damage is used to restore hp to the user, if the target is not a ghost it will have a 10% chance of inflicting the target with Entropy (lose 1/16 hp per turn)

20% chance to cause paralisis and 20% chance to make the foe flinch
The user attacks with an eletrified kick. It may also make the target flinch or leave it with paralysis

Frostbite
Ice type (physical)
60 base power

100% accuracy
Does x2 damage to frozen targets
The target's body suffers from increadible cold. It's power is doubled if the target is frozen

Blood Drain
Bug type (physical)
80 base power
100% accuracy
Heals 1/2 of the damage inflicted
The user sucks the victim's blood to heal itself. The user restores half the HP of the damage inflicted

Draco Flame
Dragon type (special)
110 base power
80% accuracy
10% chance to burn the target
The user attacks with a mystical fire. It may inflict a burn

Tornado
Flying type (special)
90 base power
100% accuracy
The user creates an enormus unstoppable tornado

Terra Erruption
Ground type (special)
130 base power
90% accuracy
Lowers user's Sp. Att stat by 2 stages
The user creates a huge explosion under the ground of the foe. It harshly reduces the user's Sp. Att however

Neon Punch
Fairy type (physical)
75 base power
100% accuracy
The user makes its punch to glow with neon light and the smashes its target with it

Diamond Shard
Rock type (special)
100 base power
90% accuracy
The user creates hundreds of small diamond that cut the foe as they fall on him

Enrage
Fighting type (status)
-- base power
-- accuracy
The user becomes out of control sharply increasing its Attack and Sp. Attack but becomes confused

Berserk:

Dark
Status
-

Users Attack is raised every time an opponent's Pokemon faints. Lasts 3-5 turns. User get's confused after the duration of this attack. Effect won't disappear after switching your Pokemon out.


Possession:

Ghost

100 BP Special
75 accuracy

User is leaving his own body to posess the opponent. User attacks 1st turn and recharge 2nd turn. Lowers opponents Attack, Sp.Attack & Speed. Hits Normal-Type Pokemon.


Mind Control:

Psychic

??? Special(?)
100 accuracy

User takes control of the opponent. Making it hurt itself 2-5 times (similar to confusiondmg but targeting the opponents sp.def.)

"Wrath of Dragon"

Type: Dragon

Category: Status

Base Power: 0

Secondary Effects: Raises all stats by 1 stage in exchange for 25% health, does not boost accuracy or evasion.

"The user engulfs itself with dragon fire in order to fuel it's anger, simultaneously giving it a boost to it's destructive power"

Typhlosion's signature move.

Supernova

Fire

Special attack

Power ???

Accuracy 80

The user deals enough fire damage to kill itself and deals the exact same fire damage on the enemies. Users with Flash Fire Don't take the fire damage and doubles the attack against the enemies. 30% burn chance and if the user doesn't die then it is unable to move the next turn.

Type: Psychic

Base power: -

Accuracy: -

Category: status

Effect: if the opponent uses a special based move at the user, the attacker receives damage equal to 1/8 of their maximum HP.

This move lasts for 5 turns. The ability infiltrator can bypass the effects of this move.

Thorn Wall

Type: Steel

Base power: -

Accuracy: -

Category: status

Effect: if the opponent uses a move that makes contact at the user, the attacker receives damage equal to 1/8 of their maximum HP.

This move lasts for 5 turns. The ability infiltrator can bypass the effects of this move.

Wow that's OP :'( freeze doesn't have a set duration like sleep, it can potentially last forever (until the frozen target faints).

Here's another move that will be used by a gym leader.

Thermal Burn

Fire: Special

50 BP 15PP

90% Accuracy

Upon hitting Thermal Burn has a 20% chance to burn. If it hits a burned target, it's power doubles

BUT the last reply was almost a year ago... 20 JUNE 2014...

so I guess it is ok to revive the topic here... but that's just my opinion and you mods must decide.

as for my moves:

Vaporize

Type: Fire

Special

Base Power: 65

Accuracy: 100

PP: 15

The user emits a strong heat, increasing the temperature around him to unbearable degree.

This move hits all Pokemon in battle. This move is super effective against Water-Types.

Chain Lightning

Type: Electric

Special

Base Power: 70

Accuracy: 95

PP: 10

The user sends out lightning that hits the target. The Lightning jumps over to the targets partners, hitting them with 1/3 of the power.

has a 10 % chance to inflict a poison or paralysis 10 % chance to flinch 5 percent to trap enemy and 35% to half of do the maximum damage with no added effects

if the opponent is the same type the users weakness and resistances are swapped fails if the user type changes before the move is executed.
