    rohdea is because she was originally about 9? and presumably got picked up by the storm chasers and then dropped off to i wanna say 10? or 15 yrs before current time so her age is like actually unknown kreiss prob just has the japanese mangaka genetic and looks younger than he should be but that saki thing, that cant be it right? give her powers just to oppose hazuki and thats it? not even gonna use it to help defeat team xen?
