You're still breeding Pokémon ? In Rejuvenation, there is something more useful than that :The Technique contrat. With that, you can get access to some moves you can't have in the current version such as Move Tutor moves or TMs moves (Body Press, Calm Mind,...) Plus the egg moves will be available with the reminder move tutor once you've reached a specific point of the story. So I wouldn't worry about that if I were you. By the way, if you breed Pokémon only for perfect IVs, the game has 2 features for that. 1) Cells Imprint By collecting Black Prisms or Zygarde Cells and trade them to get Cells Imprints, you'll be able to maximize the IVs of your Pokémon. 2) A nurse in ... For 10k Pokedollars you'll be able to customize the IVs of one stat of your Pokémon, so it's 60k for all the stats. And it's pretty easy to get money at this point of the game, so don't worry for that. Finally, don't bother yourselft by breeding your Pokémon to get Egg moves and better IVs since the game has features allowing you to optimize your Pokémon ;)

Hi everyone ! Welcome to a new sample topic ! Since I've finished runs with Monotype Teams based on the Elemental Terrains (Psychic, Electric, Grass and Fairy). I was thinking I'll continue with weather teams. Today, I'll showcase the Water Type. However, don't consider it as a sample Team. This team I'll just present Water Types I consider as a good choice for a Monotype Team, and especially if they're considered as "bad" Pokémon. Let's start ! The Water Type itself The Water type is obviously one of the best type of the game. It offers key resistances, few weaknesses and a very good unique typing. Let's say it : even a Pokémon with only a single typing can be good, especially for a defensive Pokémon. That's why some Pokémon like Alomomola is OU for example (not the reason, but yet). Offensively, it's pretty good too. With only the Water STAB, you can hit 71% of the Pokémon in game (Abilities such as Water Absorb is not taken into account here). Plus, only Water, Grass and Dragon Types resist Water Type attacks. So building a Monotype Water Team is pretty easy ? Dealing with the common weaknesses A good team must deal with Electric and Grass Types, offensively and defensively. Dealing with Electric Types is pretty easy. Swampert It's a reliable Pokémon which fits in many teams. Its key resistances and polyvalence allow you to play it as you want. Defensively, it offers very cool utility moves such as Stealth Rocks, Scald, Yawn, etc. Offensively, its mega evolution is very cool too. By the way I suggest you to use the rain in your team, since it offers a strong offensive presence. Whiscash It's not a better Pokémon compared to Swampert, but with its Crest it has some utility when you need to deal with Grass and Electric Types. Otherwise its options are pretty limited and struggle to deal good damage outside this situation Gastrodon Thanks to its shadow form available during Terajuma story, it's a very useful Pokémon. Thanks to the added moves Scorching Sand and Spikes, Gastrodon is less passive and provides utility for your team. In addition, it acts as an effective Special Wall when it's needed. For the Grass Type, it's a bit harder. Wiscash help to check Grass Types defensively, but struggle to beat them due to its limited coverage. But if you're open to the crest which change typing, you have more flexibility. Sawbuck With its crest, it becomes a Water/Grass Type Pokémon with a very cool design. With Sap Sipper, it provides a rare Grass Type immunity for your Team. It has a good offensive presence combined with Sword Danse (or Work up if you don't want to catch a Sawbuck with the Technique Contrat). Its Grass STAB deals with Water Types and with the Rain, a Water STAB Return can be deadly. The main issue is its fragility due to its defensive Stats and weaknesses. Here is a sample set : Sawsbuck @ Crest Ability: Sap Sipper EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Return - Horn Leech - Megahorn / Jump Kick / High Horsepower - Swords Dance Rain Sweepers A lot of Pokémon appreciate having an enhanced Water STAB to deal a huge bunch of damage, but for now I'll quote only 2 Swift Swim Pokémon since they benefit much more from the Rain. Floatzel I recommend this Pokémon over Barraskewda for 2 reasons : 1 : Floatzel is far easier to get 2 : Just Wave Crash Yep, Floatzel is slower and has a lower Base Stat Attack, but Wave Crash is so strong that it completely compensate these points. Here is a comparison : 252+ Atk Choice Band Barraskewda Liquidation vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew in Rain: 330-388 (96.7 - 113.7%) -- 75% chance to OHKO 252+ Atk Choice Band Floatzel Wave Crash vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Mew in Rain: 415-490 (121.7 - 143.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO Luvdisc Lol, it's the real reason why I made this topic. It's so frail it can be one shot by a lot of priority moves or faster Pokémon. BUT, oh my ! Its crest makes it so good it becomes a pleasure to play Luvdisc ! I'll show you a classic set for it : Luvdisc @ Crest Ability: Swift Swim EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Modest / Timid Nature - Scald / Brine - Icy Wind - Terrain Pulse / Draining Kiss / Hidden Power - Flip Turn With max hapiness, its moves reach 250 Base Power, so it's a good idea to use attacks with special effects. I recommend to use the Modest Nature since Luvdisc still has a terrible 40 Base Stat Special Attack. But combined with the Rain and the different effects of Fields, Luvdisc can be deadly. During my run, it was a win condition against Ryland (Thanks Scald), Crescent, Saki, and even the Space Hags (first try) ! Plus, with the rain active, it destroyed all Talon's Paragon Team ! Just try it !!! Honorable Mention This section gathers Pokémon that I consider OK tiers. They have their utility but with some time they start getting trouble with some major fights. A-Froslass A very good Pokémon to deal with Water Types. It doesn't provide Grass Type immunity and lacks bulk. However, it benefits a lot from rain to unleash devastating Water Sprout on opponents. Pretty good if you manage to get a A-Froslass with Leaf Storm. Plus, using Soak is usually a good move on Froslass. It makes easier for it to deal a good bunch of damage with Giga Drain too. Lumineon A very good Pokémon for the Part 1 of the Story. It's mandatory to catch a shadow Finneon to have access to Quiver Danse. With it, Lumineon can be a game changer for a lot of fights. The bad part is it loses interest due to the power crip and there is no Crest to change that. The Bulky Waters We reached the last part ! I'll show you here 2 Water Types I consider as pretty bulky, and with utility ! Empoleon Having Empoleon in a Mono Water Teams is always a good idea. With a huge utility movepool such as Toxik, Stealth Rocks, Defog, Toxik or even Flip Turn Empoleon acts as a swiss army knife while providing a lot of resistances and Grass Type immunity. By the way, it's also the best Pokémon to tank Freeze-Dry for the team, a huge threat to the Empoleon's teammates. And with Competitive, Empoleon can provide an offensive presence always welcomed in Rejuvenation. Vaporeon A real MVP during a Mono Water run in Rejuvenation. It doesn't provide key resistances to the team for dealing with Grass and Electric Types, but it doesn't matter for Vaporeon. I'll show you the set I used and you'll understand why : Vaporeon @ Interceptium-Z [Ice / Ground] Ability: Water Absorb / Hydratation EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA Bold Nature - Scald - Stored Power - Wish / Rest - Calm Mind With Calm Mind, Vaporeon can be a very dangerous set up sweeper if you manage to set up some Calm Mind. Combined with Stored Power, Vaporeon can deal a lot of damage to a lot of Water resistant Pokémons. And Vaporeon is finally a very good user of the Interceptium-Z. For example Elysia Shield helps to set up Vaporeon more freely and reinforce Stored Power. It's fini les amis ! It was the Pokémons I loved to use during my run, but I didn't test all Water Types Pokémon, so I may have missed very good teammates for a run, so let me know which Water Types you loved to use during your run ;)

Obviously Grassy Terrain works better with a diversified team. When I tested each Elemental Terrain, I specifically ran a Monotype Team : Psychic for euh Psychic, Grass for Grassy, Fairy for Misty and Electrik for Electrik. The main drawback of the Grassy Terrain is it boosts mostly Grass Type Attacks. So when you need strong Grass Type attacks to cover Water, Ground and Rock Type Pokémon, it's a very useful tool indeed. But outside this the benefits are pretty limited. Especially when it's compared to Electrik Terrain, which boosts a better offensive Type, to Misty Terrain, which offers a good versatility (offensively and defensively), and to Psychic Terrain which offers the more firepower of the 4.

Hi ! Acemaster is right, if I remember correctly, all your Pokémon will be able to learn egg moves with the Move Reminder when you're near to fight for your 13rd gym badge (around 80). You can get a rare move from a wild Litten with the Technique Contract (Mr Luck's). But it's after the Terajuma story arc. You'll need to be patient in both cases.

Hi ! It's actually a cool mod to offer. I've checked the Excel you made and the only issue I see for now is the Gym Leader Signature move added in the movepool of some Pokémon. I think it's not lore accurate to add them since they are moves made by Gym Leaders. Except this point I'll be glad to test that anyways. For the post, I don't have the answer sorry !

De rien ! But we should keep writing in English on the topic. The website is English speaker oriented, so we could have some problems (don't remember the rules about it). If you can alert me on how your problem is going, I'll gladly follow that. By the way if you consider new ideas for new runs in Rejuvenation, I have some concepts I've already shared, in hope you'll be able to run the game soon ;)

Tympole LocationEnatsyrte replied to NUTCASE71733's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions Hey ! Tymphole is only findable during the morning, and its evolution is always present if I'm correct. Plus, Rejuvenation has a very cool feature about egg moves and stuff like that. So catch your Tymphole, find stuff to improve it (Cells prints, mints, EVs Spreading,...) and later after your rock badge you'll be able to relearn all the available egg moves of your Pokémon.

Revenge on JAN!Enatsyrte replied to Stormrage96's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions Actually, I managed to destroyed the game on set mode, no item for both parties with my Galarian Rapidash. You don't essentially need STRONG Pokémon to beat it (but yeah some Pokémon are poopy), a good structured and balanced team will allow you to beat the game. Sometimes you need to adapt your team to the situation, but that's the spirit of the game. If with more experience you want to make another run with more challenge, You should consider to test MonoGen Teams, or Monotype Teams with the set mode and no item run. In my case, I made different runs based on Elemental Terrain Teams (Grass, Misty, Electric & Psychic), I let you check that in the different topics I made in the discussion section. Oh and if you want very interesting stuff for your NG+ run, consider to find the correct answers of the red guy in your dream (GDC storyline), it's findable on internet ;)
-
Hi ! My computer died 2 months ago and I didn't get back my save files on it. Actually I would like to start another run with NG+ content (Delpha I miss you !!!) but I guess a completed run is needed to access it. If someone is ready to share a completed save file for me I would be thankful for that

Hi ! Luckly for you, je suis aussi français, so you can send me a message if you need some help. However, I'm not an expert for this kind of problem but I'll try to help you on this. Sometimes the Windows system can block some programs such as Rejuvenation. Did you check if everything is okay with that ? If not, check it anyway. By the way, when you have suppressed the files and the game, did you erase everything ? I think your save file is lost for good, but you may be able to start from the scratch if you correctly delete all the files related to Rejuvenation. Plus, don't forget to update your game before lauching it, it may reduce the amount of trouble with corrected bugs. If my advice didn't work, you should go ask for help in their Reborn Server. The salon rejuv-emergency-troubleshooting in particular, they are more active on Discord ;) And a last advice when the problem is solved ; keep some back up folders for your save files :)

Hi ! I don't remember if these items are available to the Peonny's shop in the nightmarket. She's open at night, so you can check there. Otherwise you could buy revives in the underground shop where you can buy dusk balls. Hope it helps !
-
Continue the mainstory line. You'll get the HM later don't worry. I guess it's just to prevent the player having a strong water type move against Geara (it has no water resistance in its team).

[Fanwork] A crest for Furfrou !Enatsyrte replied to Enatsyrte's topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions In both cases, thanks for the comment ahah. Yeah one of the main problem of Furfrou is its lack of offensive coverage. With Dig and Rock Smash to deal with Steel Types, you won't go far, and the other few moves are good at most, but 0 coverage move >100. To be honest, I was so despised back in the day to see how Furfrou is so limited in its options. With my idea, it's still limited, but now it can perform as a bulky sweeper or a tank with more flexibilty. I think this Pokémon needs to be loved by the community

Hi everyone ! I made a promise for doing a run focused on Electric Terrain and I did it ! It was with a mono-electric team and it was better than I thought. But before presenting the team I'll do a little recap about the Electric Terrain as an Overlay. 1) The goated Electric Type ? As you can see, the Electric Type is pretty good offensively. It doesn't interact much with the rest of the type chart. So as a STAB, it's a good point. However, the Electric type is walled by Grass, itself or Dragon type, but the worse is the Ground Type. (And I still didn't take into account the abilities like Volt Absorb or Lightning Rod) But yes, the Electric Type can make the best offensive combo with the Ice Type, commonly know as the BoltBeam combo. The main issue is having a strong coverage Attack, and Electric Type Pokémon are know to lack good coverage. So could we rely on the enhanced moves of our Terrain ? 2) Moves enhanced by the terrain Here is the major drawback of the overlay. It mostly enhances Electric Type attacks and the other few moves take a secondary electric type such as Surf or Hurricane, which means they become useless against an Electric immune Pokémon. The only moves which doesn't become an Electric Type attack is.... Magnet Bomb... that's it. It's move known only by Magnezone family, Probopass and Genesect. So the interest of the move is pretty limited. However, there is an interesting move for a Mono Electric Team : Magnet Rise. Its duration is extended to 8 turns, but you loose the 50% boost for Electric moves since you're not grounded anymore. But it can have its advantage. 3) And the abilities ? Hopefully, the abilities enhanced by the Overlay are usable, ouf ! But it's pretty gimmick and focused around the Electric Type. Volt Aborb is not very interesting since the overlay doesn't provide defensive effects and the Pokémon with this ability are not defensive. Surge Surfer is very interesting for having a huge speed boost for speed control. Galvanize is pretty limited, but it provides a strong Electric STAB. If you read the Field Note, you could think Plus & Minus provides a +50% boost in Special Attack. However it's not the case, at least for the Overlay. It's sad since there are a lot of weak Pokémon which could be useful if the overlay worked properly. And the last ability is gimmick but useful : Steadfast. It's pretty simple : +1 speed boost on entry if the overlay is already set up. 4) Verdict ? In my opinion, the Electric Terrain as an Overlay is a sword of Damocles : huge risk but huge rewards. You're against a team which lacks Electric Type resistance, it's easy win. Otherwise it'll be far more complicated. I think this Overlay can be funny to play with, so contrary to the putrid Grassy Terrain, I'll be more optimistic for this Team Presentation. So let's go !!! Electric Terrain Generator Pincurchin @ Amplified Rock Ability: Electric Surge EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD Relaxed Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Rising Voltage - Scald / Deluge - Recover / Memento - Spikes / Toxic Spikes Currently it's our only and best option to summon the Electric Terrain. We choose a defensive investment to be able to summon twice the terrain during a battle. It lacks a lot of base stats and more importantly, it doesn't learn any pivoting moves (Parting Shot, Volt Switch...), so be careful with this poor thing. I suggest you to catch one Pincurchin with Rising Voltage, which hits pretty hard even without special attack investment. I suggest you to take a Water Coverage move, but Scald is better and has 30% to burn the foe. But when Tapu Koko will be available, just replace Pincurchin and give it a deserved rest. The Ground Type Immunity Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers / Berry Ability: Levitate EVs: 252 HP / 212 Def / 44 Spe IVs: 0 Atk Bold Nature - Hydro Pump - Volt Switch - Will-O-Wisp / Toxik - Defog / Pain Split An important teammate for a Mono Electric Team, since it has a good bulk and can temporize for your team. You can choose between Will-O-Wisp or Toxik according to your preference. Since the entry hazards are rare, I suggest you to use Pain Split over Defog. It's a good way to deal damage against bosses or weakened some foes for the rest of the team. The only problem is Rotom is available after the Ryland Fight. That's why I'll suggest you some alternatives : The Physical Attacker A-Breloom @ Muscle Band / Life Orb Ability: Tough Claws EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Adamant Nature - Power Whip / Slash and Burn - Wake-Up-Shock - Sucker Punch / Drain Punch - Spore What !? A-Breloom after what I said about it ?! Yeah, it's here, and honestly it deserved it. The dual Type of Grass / Electric was bad for a Mono Grass, especially with Breloom Base Stats. However, it's different with a Mono Electric Team, which already provides speed control and often lacks firepower. Hopefully, A-Breloom provides a huge firepower and the other Electric Types provide a better synergy with A-Breloom. By the way, it's the non Legendary Electric Type with the better Physical Attack stat (130 with good abilities and moves). For the set I suggest something pretty classic. Just catch a A-Breloom with Power Whip, it's very important. Slash and Burn has better accuracy, but you'll miss OHKO against some Pokémon, which can be decisive for your victory. The combo Spore + Wake-Up-Shock is a deadly combo under the Electric Terrain. It's very satisfying to use it. The last moves depends on your playstyle. I prefer Sucker Punch to deal with faster but frail Pokémon you could face during your journey. Thank you A-Breloom, you won my spurs. The Electric Wall Dealer A-Ampharos @ Air Balloon / Shuca Berry / A.Ampharos Crest Ability: Filter EVs: 250 HP / 156 SpA / 102 Spe Modest Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Thunderbolt - Ice Beam - Magnet Rise - Agility / Cotton Guard / Haze Yep, another Aevian form ! Looks like the forms created are pretty good ahah. A-Ampharos has the perfect BoltBeam Combo but it lacks speed to exploit quickly its perfect coverage. The stats spread is made to outspeed defensive Corvinight but even at +2 in speed you cannot outspeed Pokémon with more than 106 BS Speed. At least this stat spread A-Ampharos has a better bulk and hits a bit harder. The items and the status moves depends on the situation and your playstyle. It's like a glue you can adapt to your team. The Surge Surfer Raichu-Alola @ Interceptium-Z [Ice] Ability: Surge Surfer EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Rising Voltage - Psychic - Grass Knot / Magma Drift - Nasty Plot One of the most important member of the team. If it sets up a Nasty Plot, it can reverse the issue of a battle. Outside Nasty Plot, having Rising Voltage will help you a lot to maximize the damage (you can catch a Pikachu with this move in GDC). However, Surf is not recommanded because of the secondary Electric Type it receives from the Overlay, so Grass Knot and Magma Drift are better options than this. The Mega Pokémon Manectric-Mega @ Manectite Ability: Lightning Rod EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Timid Nature IVs: 0 Atk - Thunderbolt / Thunder => Rising Voltage - Flamethrower / Overheat / Flame Burst - Frost Breath - Volt Switch A strong Offensive Pivot for the Team. I suggest you to catch a Shadow Electrike since it has Frost Breath, which is better than Hidden Power [Ice]. When possible, add Rising Voltage to its moveset to make it stronger. With its very good coverage, Manectric is a solid Pokémon you can use during all of your journey. Its main drawback is its lacks of firepower (because Minus is not affected by the Overlay) and its mega stone is available just before Saki's Gym Battle. We reached the end of this sample team. There are a lot of Electric Types because they mostly take benefit from this Overlay and the other non electric options are limited. I think I'll do later a top tiers list of the 4 Elemental Terrains to summarize my point of view on them. It was a pleasure to present this sample teams on this forum. Read you next time !

[Fanwork] A crest for Furfrou !Enatsyrte posted a topic in Official Rejuvenation Club's Discussions Hello people ! I was checking some information about Furfrou and I found out it could be a very cool Pokémon to use if it has had a crest while being lore accurate. It's a ZU Pokémon we haven't seen in game since Gen 7 ! It's a Pokémon with a nice design with the possibility to change its trim. It's more a company Pokémon than a fighter, but come on ! Let's make it better ! It's even possible to do it by adding a new side quest linked to its trims. My idea is to create a new quest in Neo East Gearen City with the hairdresser family. It's a family the player can help at the beginning of the game and offer the possibility to groom their Pokémon. Plus we know the mother is runnning a second hairdressing salon for the helpless people from GDC. Adrien could have learnt of this activity and offers us via the Help Center to help them (During Karma Files or when Neo East Gearen City is available). The goal of this quest could be helping the hairdresser family to make official the second hairdressing salon by donating funds, Pokémon and/or volunteers and a new site inside the city. At the end of the quest, a volunteer working for the second site could offer grooming sessions for Furfrou. Then its other trim forms would be available. Finally, the player could receive at the Help Center the Furfrou Crest. I've said enough about this quest, now let's talk about the crest. Since Furfrou is a very weak Pokémon with a very poor movepool, I've got the idea to give several effects to its crests. 1) New Haircut = a second STAB The first main issue of Furfrou is its lack of offensive coverage on the physical side. Just imagine, the only coverage moves it has to beat Steel Types are Dig and Rock Smash ! Plus, the other coverage moves are pretty limited and lack power : Wild Charge, Iron Tail, Zen Headbutt, U-Turn and Sucker Punch. On top of that, Furfrou didn't benefit from the lastedt generations moves since it isn't available since 2019. With its pure Normal typing, Furfrou is having a bad time to find its place in any team and then it lacks offensive presence. Add to the mix its support movepool is extremely limited and you have a Pokémon easily outperformed by a huge part of the Pokémon available. To help Furfrou to become a more useful Pokémon, we need to give it a second typing according to its 9 trims available : Normal trim : Fighting Heart Trim : Fairy Star Trim : Rock Diamond Trim : Steel Debutante Trim : Electric Matron Trim : Psychic Dandy Trim : Grass La Reine Trim : Water Kabuki Trim : Fire Pharaoh Trim : Ground To keep access to its normal type STAB, not all its Normal type moves will be converted. Only "Hapiness moves" such as Return & Frustration will get the second dual type of Furfrou. Note : the type gained by Furfrou also adds the types' weakeness ! Otherwise Furfou would have 0 weakness with its Heart and Psychic trims, which would destabilize the strategic choice of the trim (for the defensive part). Moreover, having a dual typing is always wanted when you want to be offensive. The different dual typing would allow Furfrou to expand a lot its coverage, here are the different coverage combo we have here : Normal trim : Fighting Heart Trim : Fairy Star Trim : Rock Diamond Trim : Steel Debutante Trim : Electric Matron Trim : Psychic Dandy Trim : Grass La Reine Trim : Water Kabuki Trim : Fire Pharaoh Trim : Ground These screenshots only take into account the dual STABs of each trim, so there is no moves like Dig or Rock Smash taken into account. Anyway, its poor movepool won't be useful enough to fit in many sets, so consider to keep the dual STABs to expand the coverage and nothing else. 2) Increasing the firepower of the Pokémon The lack of a second STAB is not the only Furfrou's problem to inflict damage. Indeed, it only has a 80 Attack Base Stat ! It's very weak compared with other Pokémon like Rapidash or Infernape while they struggle themselves to deal consistent damage. Having a second STAB helps, but as I've said before, the current physical moves of Furfrou lack base power except for Return, Frustration and Iron Tail which are 100 BP moves. Plus, the better Normal STAB of Furfrou will be Body Slam with a 80 BP (new move for Furfrou in Pokémon Rejuvenation, may Arceus bless you Jan's Team). So we need to add a second effect to increase the firepower of Furfrou : using its defense stat to deal physical damage. To make this effect consistent for Furfrou, the Fur Coat ability should be taken into account for calculating the new attack stat of Furfrou. However, the attack stat boost will be the only one taken into account to deal damage with its Physical Attacks. The only set up move available for Furfrou would be Work Up. 3) Summary of the Crest and possible sets Description of the crest : Furfrou's physical attacks use its Defense stat. Gains a second type according to its trim. Hapiness moves become the trim type. It's already the end of the presentation ! I know I've added 3 effects for the Furfrou Crest, but yeah ! It's a ZU Pokémon we want to be viable for the end game ! Even if it has a better Pokémon like this, it still has weaknesses. Furfrou still has a limited offensive, set up and support movepool. Let's show you that : Furfrou @ Crest Ability: Fur Coat EVs: 252 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe Jolly Nature - Return - Body Slam - U-turn / Work Up - Sucker Punch With this spread stat, it's like ith has a 201 BS attack stat without investment. But you could run a bulkier set too : Furfrou @ Crest Ability: Fur Coat EVs: 96 HP / 252 Def / 160 Spe Impish Nature - Return - Body Slam / Sleep Talk - Work Up - Rest Finally, Furfrou is a very good Pokémon to tank physical attack and deal huge damage quickly even if it needs a 252 EVs investment in Defense. It still can set up some Work Up but lacks effective healing tools. Without the Leftovers, the only way to heal itself is using Rest.
