  1. On the talk about Ren and Reina, I feel that Ren could be darkness by technicality, since he clearly isn't evil, but still betrayed the group and felt betrayed.
  2. Crescent is Reina is honestly an ascended brain statement. Tired of her brother being a robo-terrorist and getting buddy buddy with a woman who is both older than him yet received his aid as a young child she got a Gothitelle and became an edgelord, manipulating her brother into joining the terrorist organization that she was tired of him joining in the first place.
  3. Or Crescent is just a bad person and her actions aren't justified at all, and that she's doing these things out of her weird obsession with us. Anyway, Ren joined a Terrorist organization, so close enough to becoming evil?
  4. Yeah, I would be happy if people spent their time theorizing and debating over my work, especially when it's civil debating and not arguing and insulting.
  5. Crecent and her virgin Gothitelle, not Freya and her chad Beheeyem.
  6. I don't know, that scene happens after Valor Mountain, as the group is all on Terrial and not Terejuma. Which means that most of her definitely evil actions still were entirely her, and not Beheeyem. Anyway, Freya supposedly kills Crescent, though that's clearly wrong judging by the aforementioned Crescent in Nightmare City.
  7. Doesn't Adam return to normal at the end of V12? Anyway, it definitely could be Keta.
  8. Oh yeah! Cosmia and her brother did sort of assist Nim, with the flying gym leader at least. Kinda weird, since a help center quest way back on Terajuma hints that they're on team Xen's side, and Nim is working with Crescent, who hates team Xen.
  9. I concede on the Melia point, since that wasn't really malicious at all. But with Ren, sure she has him act as a mole, but she also made him join a terrorist organization which has an as of yet unknown method of So she pretty much put him in a very precarious position. As for Sharon, she had nothing to do with Blacksteeple, and that would be like getting mad at Tommen, the grunt you meet in those Garufan ruins under Caratos. Anyway, she provides some much needed levity during the otherwise serious encounters with team Xen. And with Nim, even you must admit that there was absolutely no
  10. I know, it was mostly a joke. Doubt we'd have much reason to see Zetta in the next update, and its good that older stuff is still receiving polishing.
  11. This is a hint that Zetta will be important in the next version. That, or it's just touching up on something early on in the game and is completely benign. Also, on the Crescent discussion... Really though, is her manipulativeness even a surprise anymore? She helped engineer Melia's "death", Ren's joining of team Xen, she tried to push Sharon to her death at her lowest point, completely wiped Nim's personality so that she would want to attack our friends, and I'm certain there's more in store for us. She's been more actively villainous than Madame X, who only ever directly screwed
  12. I think that's more of a revenge by proxy. She wanted to get revenge on say, Melia or Adam or Valerie or whomever, and either Crescent told her that Venam was friends with them, or she came to that conclusion by herself.
  13. Fair enough. Though I don't trust the Puppet Master to do things properly either, considering what happened the last time he helped the group.
  14. No, clearly Karen will show up out of nowhere and use Garufan super crest powers to save Nim.
  15. What sins? That's like saying we gotta beat up Anyway, I like Nim, and hopefully by the end of this the power of friendship makes her mellow out or something.
  16. Ehhh, yeah, I suppose. But I don't think Nim even met Saki. The only time they could have interacted was on the boat.
  17. What kind of grudge would Nim have against Saki? I mean, it makes sense since since as you said, Nim is the only one who stalks gym leaders around midnight.
  18. Don't worry, she is just protecting Saki from the super mega capitalist Tom Nook and his insidious housing deals. Nothing to worry about,
  19. Saki Blakeory goes sicko mode and becomes the final boss of the next version. She makes the Zetta and Geara fight look like the very first fight with Amanda, just after you got your pokemon.
  20. Exactly. If we got it at a reasonable time, then we'd have way too strong of a tool that could trivialize all the painstakingly crafted gym battles, or Valor Mountain.
  21. Technically we get the ring next version, so it seems a bit late to be mad about it now. Anyway, maybe Jan was afraid of someone using Debug mode to give themselves rift matter to give themselves a powerful rift pokemon. Or, he just didn't want us to have access to Mega pokemon earlier on, since we technically obtain our first mega stones before we fight Erick.
  22. Good lord, that Nim fight. Never have I hated trick room with such intensity before. I forgive her for putting us through that, because it's Nim, but still. Anyway, I hope sidequest boss fights remain somewhat more difficult than main ones. I found Defaux to be the hardest rift prior to the nerf, followed by Chandelure. Though admittedly the second one did come after a fairly challenging fight.
  23. Some of the images shown to us of the next version do sorta hint at Angie playing a role in this version, but there's not nearly as much of a mystery going on with her as with Saki and "Risa".
  24. Hmmm, if the twitter is to be considered a reliable source of information, then she isn't too messed up. Of course, this is also the twitter that pretty much just has Saki playing animal crossing all day, and I don't know how to feel about Saki just sitting around doing nothing but play ACNH all day while we're fighting Flora atop a massive pyramid at the end of a wasteland comprised of the former capital of the Aevium region.
  25. Oh yeah, Solatone… Dancing with Alexandra was probably the best part of that sidequest. And the changed dialogue on the train to GDC.
