there are a LOT of early game events that have switched around.....the majority of battles and events are still there, but they are definitely not in the same order as V12. also Gen 8 has switched around some of the encounters and battle teams so uh, yeah, what the poster above me said. Any guides for previous versions are more or less useless because it's changed so much

I just fought Narcissa with Chesto Cinderace and Drifblim went for Hypnosis turn 1 to burn the berry yeah. It can't really go after the Cinderace with anything so it figures it'll just put it to sleep. (btw I swept the rest of Narcissa with Magical Seed Coalossal, that was fun. Strapped both Fire Spin and Flame Charge - Smack Down for Chandelure - on that bad boy and turned the field straight against her)

yeah, you can either Amnesia and get the +4 SpD boost or Calm Mind and go +2/+2, I did it the Amnesia way but CM may be easier

managed to get through this :) just intimidated the heck out of the A-Wak and switched back and forth between electric and flying types to avoid Bonemerang while targeting the other slot. That Haunter wasn't fun but I still two-shot it with Cinderace Pyro Ball. and then swept Narcissa with a Coalossal of all things, that was fun

also what can help is Dedenne or Pachirisu with Nuzzle. Replace the Pikachu for this fight.

I believe I caught the Natu and it already had it.

WHY. Just why. That Giratina is enough of a pain to deal with, I finally figure out a strategy to beat it (thanks, Dedenne) and now.....whoops, here's a battle with Geara too. And if you lose, you're sent back to before Giratina. Do the "raid" bosses have infinity PP on their moves? I swear that thing used Thunderbolt 40+ times and Dragon Breath another 30+ times. It also never gets paralyzed after Nuzzle. Talk about broken, you can't even hax it. So not only do I have to have a perfect team to clear the Giratina....I now have to have something that breaks Impidimp's screens before literally everything kills me. UGH. Any tips from those who have tried this?

G-Meowth is available in Phasial Cave I think, but for some reason it doesn't seem to learn any TMs

Get a Natu/Xatu in Amethyst Depths. Use Ominous Wind to turn the field off. It'll go into the Haunted Field, but it's no longer helping her. Just watch out for Drampa's Shadow Ball, which will be boosted.

however, you absolutely should train a Natu/Xatu for the NEXT gym fight in order to use Ominous Wind and flip the field away. That's the only way I won that damn fight. Then Simple Swoobat comes in, Calm Mind or Amnesia (especially after the Bewear is gone) and just mops up.

Cherubi is definitely still available early

as someone that is currently stuck on Marianette, this news about Audino trainers cannot come soon enough I've been doing just fine starting a new file on regular difficulty, but I just ran into a freaking wall with Multipulse's type coverage

THANK YOU for a grind trainer in Sheridan, I'm really struggling to beat Marianette and beating up on Ariados in the courtyard just isn't cutting it for grinding

I feel the biggest difference difficulty-wise that makes Rejuv a little "easier" is that Reborn really limits the pokemon that are available to you early on until you get deeeeeeeeeeeep into the story. Rejuv does have that same thing going on early, but if you're doing all of the sidequests and actually hunting in the routes, I feel the choices for your team are a lot better than Reborn is. now, if you're not aware of what you can catch on a given route, or you miss a sidequest or something like that, yes it CAN be as hard as Reborn

so, am I dumb, or did I miss how to get onto the Chrisola Rooftop to get that Zygarde cell? I know it's during the day only. But I have no way to get to the roof where I am in the game right now (1 badge)?

considering how hard he's made this game on himself, I don't have a problem with him spamming assists to win gym battles dude's dumber than a box of hammers sometimes, but that's a part of his charm and why he's entertaining....you can tell he does love this game.
