    I thought that you'd finish blackshitpile for sure by this chapter, but looks not :/ And it really is painful to see npcs being so stupid isn't it? I mean the main premise might be cleverly thought out (although it has its own inherent problems) but the plotarmor is just so agonizing.

    Alright, I'll take your advice. I was wondering whether I should settle with Giga Drain for longevity or Glare for set up opportunities. Anyways Dragon Pulse is late game stuff, so I'll have both for now (Time for another 10+ hrs of IV breeding again :/)

    So I'm right now breeding my perfect Snivy, gotten down to 4 IVs (getting that HP fire is tricky) and I was wondering: what's the best/most advisable set my Serperior can have for a Reborn playthrough? I have a couple things in mind: Serperior @ Leftovers Trait: Contrary EVs: 248 HP / 4 SDef / 4 Def/ 252 Spd Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk) - Giga Drain - Synthesis - Leaf Storm - Leech Seed But I feel this won't be very effective since Reborn E17 has an awful habit of switching a Pokémon every time I use a stat reducing or status inflicting effect.     So is there something wrong with the weather as of this episode? I played last night and had rainy weather, and still have the same weather as of now.

      No problems with weather , it’s just that sometimes it can take somes days for the weather to change. You can always dl the change weather mod.

    Mate, I've had my Medicham miss 6 consecutive Hi Jump Kicks in Reborn. So many hyper potions wasted... Great battle, as usual I'm really impressed you're able to take her out without any casualties.

    Which are the starters in Reborn that are not available as ingame events?

    Right now I know of Torchic, Froakie and Snivy - any others?

      On the latter team you can get Oshawott which isn't pretty bad. Don't worry you can go to the Online Play on the forums and someone will gladly trade a Litten for you.

    So will we ever have access to legendaries in reborn? Also wondering that even if we do there probably be some severe restrictions while using them.

      I'm trying to think of a Legendary I'd like to use in-game and I cannot think of anyone... Not a Legendary fan here... (I won't bother trying to catch them either, unless some kind of story progression requires me to go hunt for them. Still, I'd rather make them faint than catch them...)

      But what about Pokedex completion...

      I understand why people don't like to use legendaries, I never used them ingame myself but I would soft reset for ages until it sat in my PC

      Well, if Pokedex completion offers something, then sure. If not, I don't see the point. Regardless, theyll be available in post game, for completionists! :)

    I do have a Magnemite already, just haven't trained it yet. I'm a very OCD player so I've done all the sidequests and been very patient and deliberate with choices, no worries. But thank you for the answer and your advice, just reinforces that what I'm playing the right way!

    Is there a way to obtain EV reducing berries in this game? I'm having a hard time with the second gym leader May not be available this early, but still would like to know when I can start EV training. Also without spoiling, how much further until I meet the daycare peeps? Before the next gym? Before the fourth badge?

    Yeah man, I getchu and I agree, personally. I got my ralts after 2 hrs of softresetting and I was about to ragequit. I agree on some points that perhaps the luck factor could be doubled, but there's a reason it's literally called a "jackpot". It takes meaning out of it to increase luck in your favor.
