Love is one of those fickle things where you don't want to leave the person you're fixated on in your two bodies (mental body and spiritual body; I'm assuming you've never seen him physically.) The way that you're going about trying to forget and move on isn't healthy. Like Amethyst said, berating yourself isn't going to solve the problem. At this point, it's better to forget this person if he is causing you this much internal turmoil. I won't say I understand and tell you that I know it's hard to forget this person because I don't. However, I do know that letting yourself detach from him gradually will do you some good. Gradually letting him go will allow you to really decide for yourself if you truly want to be free from this person. In the event that this person reaches out to you, then decide whether you want to go back or to stay back. Nevertheless, I hope this helped.

Hello people of the Reborn forums, Yes, as you can tell by the title, I've hit artist's block...again. Unfortunately, it is so. The problem I am having most of all is the vs sprite. I was going to use Pryce as a base without the challenging hand to make him look as apathetic as possible. However, it's the hair. It's always the hair. every single time.... I want his hair to be straight style or regular Asian hair, but I have no idea how to go about that? Do any of you know of any sprite that has that or will I have to suffer to make it by hand? Below you will find Pryce with no hair. This is the base I was going for.

I agree. You could say I'm an extreme empath because my emotions for a subject take longer to let go of problems people usually shove off easily. At this point, he can do what he wishes to girls and get heartbroken. I've told him many times to not to look for love in a game, but alas here we are. I'll welcome him back of course if he does happen to turn around, but for now, I gotta let experience teach him. As sentimental to me as a friend, I feel like it is time to let him go. Dissociating with him might be the best thing for me to move on. I never spoke much about my problems. (Not that I had any that weren't major nor minor) However, I've gotta try to let go or else I'll keep dwelling on it. Sometimes, it's hard for me to tell who the friends are from the fake ones. I've already been plagued with someone whom I deem to be two-faced within my school. This time, it's more of therapist to patient. That is besides what I want to convey here. There will always be a sacrifice in making any decision, but letting himself crash and burn emotionally on his own might be the best solution for me to move on and as well as for him to learn what I've been telling him and his friend for months now. It's nice to know there's people here who can empathize with me or at least level with me in this situation, so thanks, I guess. I rarely get "close" to friends anymore so I'm really bad at dealing with things like this alone. Thanks again, I guess

Sometimes, it does feel like life is trying to spite you for existing. Going through emotional highs and lows this school year as well as truly seeing people for who they really are, it feels as if life isn't meant for me. Heck, I still feel that way. However, I do believe in the power of a test and this definitely is a test. I know we all hate being tested, but it can't be helped. Be strong. Never give up hope. Persevere. Show the world that you aren't fazed by this test it's giving you even when hope seems lost. If you feel like you can't do it alone or it's too much, the Reborn community will be happy to bolster you with confidence or what have you.

Hello everyone, Unfortunately, this isn't my art update nor is it a happy-go-lucky message of youthful freedom. This is life and I'm about to share something that happened recent. Okay, so, I have this friend. He has this "ideology" that long distance relationships found on the internet are better than real life ones, so he started to talk to girls on an online game (don't ask). Ever since then, it's been heartbreak after heartbreak for him. I've told him subtly to stop looking for love on a game where you're going to get played literally and figuratively. That's besides the point right now at this point in time. Now, me and this friend aforementioned are fighting. I won't go into detail about the deeds done since it's really petty and stupid. The times I try being considerate and thinking ahead are the times when people think I'm using them for personal gain. Am I wrong for thinking "Hey, this guy wants to try this out at this level in competitive play. I'm sitting here collecting dust and I think it looks bad from my POV so I'll just move on ahead and catch him up later after I finish this character up."? I just feel angry and at the same time emotionally drained. It makes me doubt what friends truly are. Are they parasites or partners? Allies or adversaries? After trying to help him not go through heartbreak, I'm tired of helping people who keep going back to the problem. All I can say is that what's done is done and if he spites me, then he can do so freely because I'm tired of holding grudges to people who aren't worth my remaining brain cells. What do you guys think honestly? I'm running on half sleep fumes and unbridled emotional flooding so...yeah. Do I remove him from my life in order for me to not feel?

Greetings everyone who is either bored or follows my stuff, I want to start off by saying this: I AM NOT A PROFESSIONAL ARTIST! ...There, I said it. Jokes and ranting aside, I want to aspire to become a spriter such as those with lofty titles which I will not get into b/c we would be here all day/night/morning/eternity so... I am hereby announcing my art project here since I've no motivation for this so this will help me get some and if I rage quit, y'all can spite me. I do have an idea on what the character's name and facial expression is going to look like. My problem is the base. Please note: I am a novice at the art of spriting. Please humor my maniacal deviance at times. The character is the dark type champion of a game I have in the embryonic stages. What base would befit a person with little to no emotion and emanate a dark presence when you see him? Let me know what y'all think in the comments and I'll be happy to give it a try. Tbch, I do think that Greninja has its...capabilities with Protean and even more so with Battle Bond. However, Protean, as many would agree, is sort of a jack-of-all-trades. It's unpredictable, but it also be annoying for many players. I, for one, wouldn't like to be receiving end of a Russian Roulette game with Greninja. It has too many possibilities to exactly pinpoint which weakness to crack down on. Thus, I think the best course of action is to make sure Protean isn't a viable ability for Greninja. As for Aegislash, he's a great Pokemon that can easily crack down on both offense and defense. However, King's Shield does pose a problem for physical sweepers unless said Pokemon has an ability that offsets the penalty for directly hitting the shield. There are two sides to Aegislash and I'm not talking about its ability. The first is a mini powerhouse who can shift between hard offensive and hard defense. The other side is the guerilla warfare tactic. Shield, hit, shield, shield... Nonetheless, Aegislash isn't impossible to defeat, but predicting when it will put up King's Shield does get kind of annoying. I am still on the fence about Aegislash, but either way, I'll adapt to it.
