I am really sad to see what they have done with Euron's character this season, he went from a charismatic character who manipulated everyone around him, even those that disliked him, into doing his bidding is e to sheer cunning and intelligence. He was closer in character to Petyr Baelish, than the Gregor Cleganeæ And in the TV series they made him a mindless power-hungry berserker. 

Hopefully this is not an indication of what is to come from the White Walkers in the series.
